The nicking device comprises a nicking screw, a screw insertion hole is formed in the right side wall of the bottle opening cylinder, the insertion end of the nicking screw is a pointed end, and a pressing block is arranged at the outward extending end of the nicking screw; the tip of the nick screw is inserted into the bottle opening cylinder through the screw jack, the outer peripheral wall of the insertion end of the nick screw is fixed with a limit stop ring, and the nick screw between the right side wall of the bottle opening cylinder and the pressing block is sleeved with a return spring.

The clamping device comprises an upper ring body, a lower ring body, a plurality of C-shaped reeds and a rotary rod, an annular groove is formed in the inner wall of the bottle opening cylinder body, an upper sliding ring capable of moving up and down is coaxially arranged at the upper part of the annular groove, and the lower ring body is coaxially fixed at the lower part of the annular groove; the upper end and the lower end of each reed are respectively hinged and fixed on the upper ring body and the lower ring body; the upper ring body is connected with a lifting driving device, and the lifting driving device can drive the upper ring body to move up and down in the annular groove.

The lower end of the rotary rod is hinged below the annular groove through a spring hinge shaft, the upper end of the rotary rod is a free end, and an anti-skid rubber pad is arranged on the free end. As shown in fig. 3, when the upper ring body is at the upper limit, the spring leaf is in an extension state, and the rotating rod is closed towards the inner wall direction of the bottle opening cylinder body under the action of the spring hinge shaft; as shown in fig. 5, when the upper ring body is at the lower limit, the middle part of the spring plate is bent and protruded towards the middle shaft part of the bottle opening cylinder body, and the rotating rod can be ejected out towards the middle shaft direction of the bottle opening cylinder body.

The lifting driving device comprises a lifting driving sliding block and an L-shaped driving connecting rod, a lifting sliding hole is formed in the outer side of the left side wall of the bottle opening cylinder, a connecting rod jack is longitudinally formed in the left side wall, the upper end of the connecting rod jack is communicated with the lifting sliding hole, and the lower end of the connecting rod jack is communicated with the annular groove; the driving connecting rod comprises a cross arm and a longitudinal arm which are vertically connected into a whole, the middle of the cross arm is arranged in the lifting sliding hole, one end of the cross arm, which extends out of the lifting sliding hole, is provided with a lifting driving sliding block, the longitudinal arm is arranged in the connecting rod jack, and the lower end of the longitudinal arm is connected with the upper ring body. As shown in fig. 3, in the initial state, the lifting driving slider and the upper ring body are positioned at the upper limit position. As shown in fig. 5, the lifting driving slider moves downward along the lifting slide hole, and the upper ring body can be driven to move downward by the driving connecting rod, so that the spring leaf is bent and deformed to push the rotating rod inward.

The whole operation process is very simple to operate and is very suitable for medical workers to use.
