Background

The simplest and most efficient method for recycling the rural organic wastes is fertilizer utilization, and the commonly used strip-pile type and groove type industrial composting has the advantages of short composting period, good decomposition degree and equalization and the like, so that the method is widely applied, but the strip-pile type and groove type industrial composting has the problems of high investment cost, wide occupied area, multiple composting procedures and the like, and the operation procedures are relatively fixed and are difficult to adapt to rural multi-element organic wastes with variable properties. Traditional cellaring type, open-air stacking type and film-covered type light simplified compost can be widely used in rural areas due to the advantages of low cost, simplicity in operation, no need of special fields and the like, but still have the problems of poor product fertilizer efficiency, long composting period, substandard pest killing rate and the like, so that the safe and efficient use of compost products is restricted, and the optimization promotion of modes and processes is urgently needed.

The source of the multi-element organic waste in rural areas is wide, the multi-element organic waste comprises crop straws, vegetable straws, garden branches, livestock and poultry manure, household garbage and the like, the seasonal yield is uneven, and a near light simplified composting device capable of continuously feeding and discharging materials is needed. Meanwhile, due to the existing compost membrane fermentation mode, the problems of lack of a moisture adjusting device in an anaerobic area and a fermentation process due to difficult artificial film mulching, uneven ventilation and oxygen supply, long compost period and the like exist, the aerobic composting efficiency and the fertilizer efficiency of compost products are greatly influenced, and odor such as methane, ammonia and the like can be generated due to anaerobic fermentation to pollute the atmospheric environment.

The invention aims to: provides an aerobic composting membrane type reaction system which can continuously feed and discharge materials and avoid environmental pollution, and realizes the fertilizer treatment of solid wastes by utilizing microbial fermentation.

Aiming at the defect that the continuous feeding and discharging can not be carried out in the prior art, the invention creatively arranges the track on the ground, and enables the fermentation bin to move along the guide rail and to be telescopic (the continuously moving fermentation bin is in two states of tightening and stretching, an arched door is arranged when tightening, and a strip-shaped fermentation bin is arranged when stretching), and simultaneously, two ends of the fermentation bin are respectively provided with a sealing door as a feeding port and a discharging port, thereby realizing the continuous feeding and discharging of materials, namely realizing the feeding of one end of the fermentation bin according to the requirement and the discharging of the other end according to the requirement according to the material handling capacity.

The composite molecular film is covered above and on the side surface of the folding type bracket of the fermentation chamber, and the bottom outside the fermentation chamber is provided with two water pressure sealing hoses for sealing a gap between the composite molecular film and the ground, thereby preventing odor such as methane, ammonia gas and the like generated by anaerobic fermentation of microorganisms from leaking and polluting the atmospheric environment.
