The turning device comprises a second driving part 8 fixedly connected to the upper end of the straight rod 77, a transmission shaft 9 in power connection with the front end of the second driving part 8, and a template 10 fixedly connected to the front end of the transmission shaft 9; the second driving piece 8 is started, the second driving piece 8 drives the transmission shaft 9 to rotate, and the transmission shaft 9 drives the template 10 to rotate, so that the front side and the back side of the jeans can be polished at one time; after the grinding is finished, the rotation of 90 degrees can be carried out, so that the blowing device can blow air to two sides of the jeans, and waste materials can be better removed from the jeans.

The positioning holes 40 are positioned on the front and back sides of the template, two polishing blocks which are in screw fit with the positioning holes are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the template, and the depth of the positioning holes on the upper end surface and the lower end surface does not exceed one half of the thickness of the template 10; through the cooperation of the positioning hole 40 and the grinding block 41, grinding can be performed at different positions.

The spring device comprises a front vertical plate 20 and a rear vertical plate 20 which are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the upper end face and the left side and the right side of the lower end face of the template 10, a positioning shaft 18 which is rotatably arranged on the front vertical plate 20 and the rear vertical plate 20, a torsion spring 19 which is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the positioning shaft 18, an extrusion block 16 which is fixedly connected to the upper end of the torsion spring 19, and a left straight plate and a right straight plate 4 which are fixedly; when the template 10 moves rightwards for grinding, the extrusion block 16 moves back and forth under the action of the torsion spring 19, so that the straight plate 4 cannot interfere with the movement of the extrusion block 16, the grinding stability of the device is maintained, and meanwhile, the operation of the whole device cannot be influenced due to the height change of the debugging device.

The flushing device comprises a water tank 5 fixedly arranged on the upper end surface of the conveyor belt 61, a water tank space 7 arranged in the water tank 5, a water pump 82 fixedly arranged on the left end surface of the water tank 5, a first water pipe 83 arranged at the left end of the water pump 82, a second water pipe 84 arranged at the upper end of the water pump 82 and a third water pipe 84 communicated with the right end of the water tank space 7; the water pump is used for pouring external water into the water tank space 7 for flushing; the lower end wall of the tank space 7 is arranged to be inclined so that the jeans waste can be flushed out of the tank 5 with water better under the action of the water pump 82.

The working principle is as follows: starting the first driving member 31, the first driving member 31 drives the power shaft 49 to rotate, the power shaft 49 drives the left polishing barrel 13 to rotate, meanwhile, the power shaft 49 drives the first belt pulley 52 to rotate, the first belt pulley 52 drives the second belt pulley 30 to rotate, the second belt pulley 30 drives the right polishing barrel 13 to rotate, the power shaft 53 drives the third belt pulley 55 to rotate, the third belt pulley 55 drives the fourth belt pulley 56 to rotate, the fourth belt pulley 56 drives the pinion 57 to rotate, the pinion 57 drives the bull gear 58 to rotate, the bull gear 58 drives the third transmission shaft 59 to rotate, the third transmission shaft 59 drives the first transportation barrel 33 to rotate, the first transmission barrel 33 drives the second transmission barrel 13 to rotate, the power shaft 49 drives the fifth belt pulley 66 to rotate, the fifth belt pulley 66 drives the sixth belt pulley 28 to rotate, the sixth belt pulley 28 drives the turbofan 46 to rotate, the second driving member 8 is started, the second driving member 8 drives the transmission shaft 9 to rotate, the transmission shaft 9 drives the template 10 to rotate, after polishing is finished, 90-degree rotation can be performed through the second driving piece 8, the hand wheel 81 is rotated manually, the hand wheel 81 drives the rotating shaft 80 to rotate, the rotating shaft 80 drives the bevel gear 24 to rotate, the bevel gear 24 drives the threaded pipe 22 to rotate through meshing transmission with the bevel gear ring 25, the threaded block 21 moves upwards under the limitation of the spline grooves 78 and the splines 29, therefore, the proper lifting height of the straight rod 77 can be selected according to the thickness of jeans, and polishing can be performed at different positions through matching of the positioning hole 40 and the polishing block 41.

The transport cylinder is a metal cylindrical drum, and the size of the transport cylinder needs to be customized by a factory.

The first driving member and the second driving member are not limited to a motor, but also include a device capable of driving the device, and also include manual driving.

Has the advantages that: the jeans front and back polishing device is simple in structure, the front and back surfaces of jeans can be polished at one time, the working efficiency is improved, and the labor is saved.
