Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of scaffold connection, in particular to a transverse connecting piece and a horizontal supporting assembly.

Background

In the process of uncovering, jacking and overhauling the coke oven, the adjacent walls at two sides of the overhauling area need to be horizontally supported so as to prevent the walls at two sides of the overhauling area from deforming and damaging. At present, in the overhaul of the coke oven, the span of an overhaul area is generally small, and the use requirement can be met without a horizontal support which is transversely fixed.

In order to meet the condition of needing large-span horizontal support in the process of overhauling the coke oven, the nonstandard horizontal support needs to be transversely fixed so as to ensure the bearing capacity, stability and safety of the horizontal support.

If the nonstandard horizontal support is transversely fixed through the standard scaffold steel pipe, the scaffold steel pipe is safe and reliable, and the cost can be reduced. But there is no structure that can realize scaffold steel pipe and nonstandard horizontal support connection in the prior art.

Therefore, there is a need to provide an improved solution to the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a transverse connecting piece and a horizontal support assembly, which are used for overcoming the problem that the prior art cannot transversely fix a horizontal support through a standard scaffold steel pipe.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

Compared with the closest prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention has at least the following excellent effects:

1) relates to a component for transverse connection and fixation of a non-standard horizontal support for coke oven overhaul, which connects the non-standard horizontal support with a scaffold steel pipe and facilitates the transverse fixation of the non-standard horizontal support.

2) The transverse connecting piece is reliably connected with the non-standard horizontal support, so that the positioning is accurate, the bearing capacity and the safety of the non-standard horizontal support are improved, and the deformation and the damage of walls on two sides of a renovation area (particularly a large-span renovation area) are prevented.

3) The non-standard horizontal support is transversely fixed and strengthened by using the standard part (scaffold), so that the manufacturing of the non-standard part is reduced, and the material cost and the labor cost are saved.

4) The transverse connecting piece is simple in manufacturing process, simple and easy in installation method, easy to operate, safe, reliable and low in cost.

5) The non-standard horizontal supports can be connected and positioned by using the phi 48mm scaffold steel pipe through the transverse connecting piece, the positions of the non-standard horizontal supports are fixed, the stability of the non-standard horizontal supports is enhanced through transverse connection, and the bearing capacity of the non-standard horizontal supports is improved.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived by one of ordinary skill in the art from the embodiments given herein are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.

The transverse connecting piece can be used for fixing non-standard horizontal supports (hereinafter referred to as horizontal supports 4) in the uncovering and overhauling of the coke oven, so that the bearing capacity and the safety of the horizontal supports 4 in the horizontal support assembly are improved, and the deformation and the damage of walls on two sides of an overhauling area, particularly a large-span overhauling area, are prevented.

The scaffold comprises vertical rods 6 and transverse horizontal rods 3, the specifications of the transverse horizontal rods 3 and the vertical rods 6 are phi 48mm multiplied by 3.5mm, and the scaffold is mainly used for transversely fixing and reinforcing a horizontal support.

Specific embodiments of the horizontal support assembly of the present invention: as shown in fig. 1, the horizontal support assembly includes a horizontal support 4 and a cross-connector. The horizontal support 4 comprises at least two horizontal support single bodies, the adjacent horizontal support single bodies are connected through flanges, and when the horizontal support 4 is used, the horizontal support 4 simultaneously supports two opposite walls of the coke oven, so that the two walls are prevented from being deformed and damaged.

The transverse connecting piece comprises a horizontal connecting part 1 and a transverse connecting part 2, the horizontal connecting part 1 is fixedly connected with the transverse connecting part 2, and the transverse connecting piece is manufactured in the mode, so that a die and a process required by machining are simple. In other embodiments, the horizontal connecting portion 1 and the transverse connecting portion 2 may also be integrally formed, so that the strength of the integral forming is higher, and the number of processing steps is less.

The number of the flange bolt penetration holes 5 is four, two of them are provided in the semicircular portion 11, and the other two are provided in the rectangular portion 12.

In other embodiments, the horizontal connection portion 1 may be a block shape, and in this case, the strength of the horizontal connection portion 1 is high, but a flange bolt having a long length needs to be used.

In other embodiments, horizontal connecting portion 1 also can be other forms, for example the staple bolt, through staple bolt and horizontal support fixed connection, the installation of staple bolt is comparatively simple, all need not to twist the flange bolt during the dismouting, and is swift convenient.

In other embodiments, the horizontal connecting portion 1 may only include a rectangular portion, and the size of the rectangular portion matches the size of the flange supported horizontally, so that the horizontal connecting portion is simple in process requirement when being cut, and is convenient to process and manufacture.

The transverse connecting part 2 is a transverse connecting rod which is used for limiting and matching with a transverse horizontal rod of the scaffold; specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the transverse connecting rod is a hollow pipe to reduce the weight. The pipe wall of the hollow pipe is provided with two mounting holes 21, and the two mounting holes 21 are oppositely arranged on the pipe wall of the hollow pipe. The rectangular part 12 passes through the two mounting holes 21 and is welded with the hollow pipe, so that the connection strength of the transverse connecting part 2 and the horizontal connecting part 1 is ensured. The radial dimension of the transverse connecting rod is the same as that of the transverse horizontal rod 3 of the scaffold, when the transverse connecting part 2 and the transverse horizontal rod 3 are connected, the steel pipe scaffold fastener used when the scaffold is built can be directly used, a special fastener does not need to be purchased in addition, and the cost is saved. Preferably, the specification of the hollow pipe is phi 48mm multiplied by 3.5 mm. The transverse connecting rod is fixedly connected with a transverse horizontal rod 3 of the scaffold through a fastener. The horizontal supports 4 are positioned and supported transversely by the uprights 6 of the scaffold and by the transverse horizontal bars 3 of the scaffold.

In other embodiments, the radial dimension of the transverse connecting rods can be different from the radial dimension of the transverse horizontal rods of the scaffold, so that the universality of the transverse connecting piece is improved.

In other embodiments, only one mounting hole is formed in the pipe wall of the hollow pipe, the end, away from the semicircular part, of the rectangular part does not extend out of the hollow pipe, only one mounting hole needs to be formed, and the processing is convenient.

In other embodiments, the hollow pipe may not be provided with a mounting hole, the rectangular part is tangent to the hollow pipe and welded, and the mounting hole does not need to be formed at the moment, so that the processing is simpler and more convenient.

In other embodiments, the transverse connecting rod can also be a solid tube, so that the structural strength of the transverse connecting rod can be better ensured.

In other embodiments, the transverse connecting portion may also adopt other forms, such as a hook hooked on the transverse horizontal rod to realize the limit fit of the transverse connecting portion and the transverse horizontal rod, so as to realize the fixation of the horizontal support, and at this time, the transverse connecting portion is connected with the transverse horizontal rod quickly and conveniently.
