Background

The existing hardware structures such as doors or windows comprise a fan body and a frame body which are connected in a rotating mode, and the fan body can be locked on the frame body. The fan body is generally provided with a lock seat, a lock point or a transmission part. For some electric doors or windows, wires are required to be arranged on the sash body and connected with an electric appliance component (such as a motor) and a power supply, and the electric appliance component can drive a transmission part and other structures to move, so that the sash body can be automatically opened and closed on the frame body.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a fan body and a fan body wiring method, which have the advantages that the wiring structure and the wiring mode of a lead are simple, the subsequent maintenance is convenient, the structural integrity of a fan frame is not damaged, the structural strength of the fan frame is ensured, and the installation reliability of toughened glass on the fan frame is further ensured.

In order to realize the transfer of the lead 3 from the fan body to the frame body 20, a wire passing device 5 is also connected between the fan body and the frame body 20. The wire guide 5 comprises a first mounting end (not shown), a second mounting end 51 and a flexible tube 52. The first mounting end is mounted on the fan frame 10. The second mounting end 51 is mounted to the frame 20. Both ends of the flexible tube 52 are connected to the first and second mounting ends 51, respectively. The end of the lead 3 far away from the electrical component 2 sequentially penetrates through the first mounting end, the flexible pipe 52 and the second mounting end 51 and then is switched to the frame 20, and then the lead can be connected with a power line or a controller in a wall body. The flexible tube 52 is exposed between the fan body and the frame body 20 to protect the wires 3 and prevent the wires 3 from being squeezed when the fan body is opened or closed. The wire guide 5 is prior art and will not be described in detail.

Specifically, the transmission groove 6 for installing the transmission member is formed in the periphery of the fan frame 10, the wiring groove 1 of the embodiment is also formed in the periphery of the fan frame 10, the transmission groove 6 is designed and formed at the same time of designing and forming the transmission groove 6, and the processing and manufacturing are simple and convenient. Preferably, the cabling channel 1 is arranged parallel to the drive channel 6, i.e. the cabling channel 1 extends in the same direction as the drive channel 6. When the wiring groove 1 is formed in the side face 7, the surface of the cover plate component 4 is preferably flush with the side face 7, the cover plate component 4 does not protrude out of the fan frame 10, and the integral attractiveness of the fan body is guaranteed.

For the installation of convenient apron subassembly 4 on fan frame 10, be provided with first joint portion on apron subassembly 4, be provided with the second joint portion that can with first joint portion joint on the fan body, realize apron subassembly 4 and fan frame 10 detachable connection. For example, the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion may be mutually matched snap structures, and are not limited herein. In this embodiment, the fan frame 10 is rectangular and includes two opposite long sides and two opposite short sides. The cover plate assembly 4 is a split structure, and includes two first cover plates 41 and two second cover plates 42. The two first cover plates 41 are respectively disposed on two long sides of the fan frame 10, the first cover plates 41 extend along the length direction of the long sides, and the length of the first cover plates 41 is equal to the length of the long sides. Two second cover plates 42 are respectively arranged on two short sides of the fan frame 10, the second cover plates 42 extend along the length direction of the short sides, and the length of the second cover plates 42 is equal to that of the short sides. In other embodiments, the adjacent first cover plate 41 and second cover plate 42 may also be an L-shaped integral structure. Or, the first cover plate 41 and two adjacent second cover plates 42 form a U-shaped integrated structure. The window opening rocker motor 21 drives the rocker to drive the fan frame 10 to rotate in a direction close to or far away from the frame 20 relative to the frame 20. The handle automatic lock body 22 locks or unlocks the fan frame 10 to the frame body 20 by driving the handle. In other embodiments, the electric drive assembly may also include other powered power assemblies.

It should be noted that the electrical component 2 may include some common electrical components, such as decoration components (e.g. LED lamps) and display components, which need to be powered, besides the above-mentioned electrical driving component, as long as the electrical components are connected to the fan frame 10 and need to be powered.

Two short sides are respectively set as a first short side and a second short side, the first short side is a short side located above the rectangular fan frame 10 in the figure, and the second short side is a short side located below the rectangular fan frame 10 in the figure. The two long sides are respectively set as a first long side and a second long side, the first long side is a long side on the rectangular fan frame 10 away from the side where the rectangular fan frame is pivoted with the frame body 20, and the second long side is a long side on the rectangular fan frame 10 away from the side where the rectangular fan frame is pivoted with the frame body 20.

The first lead 31 is sequentially arranged along the first short side and the second long side, the second lead 32 is sequentially arranged along the first long side, the second short side and the second long side, the first installation end of the wire passing device 5 is installed on the second long side, the first lead 31 and the second lead 32 are converged into a lead bundle at the first installation end, and the lead bundle is sequentially switched to the frame body 20 after passing through the first installation end, the flexible pipe 52 and the second installation end 51.

It is understood that, for the first cover plate 41 corresponding to the first long side, the length of the first cover plate 41 may be set according to the length of the wires 3 arranged on the first long side, and is not necessarily equal to the length of the first long side, as long as the first cover plate 41 can cover the wires 3 arranged on the first long side. Similarly, for the second cover plate 42 corresponding to the first short side, the length of the second cover plate 42 may be set to cover the wires 3 routed on the first short side.

It should be noted that, for the first cover plate 41 corresponding to the second long side, an avoiding hole for avoiding the first mounting end may be formed thereon, or the first cover plate 41 adopts a split structure and includes two sub-cover plates, and the two sub-cover plates are respectively disposed at two sides of the first mounting end.

In addition, although the routing paths of the first wires 31 and the second wires 32 do not overlap with each other in the present embodiment, in other embodiments, when the routing paths of the first wires 31 and the second wires 32 overlap with each other, the first wires 31 and the second wires 32 may be disposed in the same routing groove 1, or the first routing groove and the second routing groove may be separately formed, and the first wires 31 are disposed in the first routing groove and the second wires 32 are disposed in the second routing groove.

In the wiring method of the sash body provided by the embodiment, the wires 3 are arranged in the wiring grooves 1 on the surface of the profile of the sash frame 10 instead of being arranged in the hollow cavity inside the sash frame 10 in a penetrating manner, so that the existing hidden wiring is replaced, the wires 3 are convenient to arrange and operate, a through hole for leading out the wires 3 is not required to be formed in the sash frame 10, the structural integrity of the sash frame 10 is not damaged, and the structural strength of the sash frame 10 is ensured, so that the installation reliability of toughened glass on the sash frame is ensured. The cover plate component 4 covers the wire 3, and the wire 3 is fixed and protected. The cover plate assembly 4 is detachably connected with the fan frame 10, so that the installation of the cover plate and the subsequent maintenance of the wires 3 are facilitated.
