Background

When the high-pressure infusion pump works, the plunger needs to be matched with the sealing ring for ensuring the sealing property. Because the pressure of dozens of megapascals needs to be endured, and the mobile phase needs to be continuously conveyed, the abrasion and the leakage of the sealing ring occur sometimes, and once the leakage occurs, the liquid chromatograph cannot normally operate. Due to the influence of machining precision and mechanical assembly precision, the phenomenon that the plunger rod eccentrically grinds the sealing ring sometimes occurs, the non-concentricity of the plunger rod and the sealing ring can expand the sealing ring to one side in motion, local eccentric grinding is carried out on one side of the sealing ring, and the sealing ring is easy to leak.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a suspension type floating plunger mechanism, an infusion pump and a liquid chromatograph, which can realize floating installation of a plunger piece and further relieve the technical problem of eccentric wear of the plunger piece.

In a first aspect, the present invention provides a suspended floating plunger mechanism comprising: a plunger connecting piece and a plunger piece;

the drive assembly is for driving the plunger coupling member to move relative to the pump head assembly.

With reference to the second aspect, the present invention provides a first possible implementation manner of the second aspect, wherein the driving assembly includes: the cam is rotationally connected to the base and is in transmission connection with the driving piece;

the circumferential surface of the cam abuts against the suspension type floating plunger mechanism.

In combination with the first possible implementation manner of the second aspect, the present invention provides a second possible implementation manner of the second aspect, wherein an elastic means is mounted in the base, the elastic means abuts against the plunger coupling member, and the elastic means has a tendency to make the suspended floating plunger mechanism abut against the cam.
