The replaceable plug valve of claim 1, further comprising a removal screw, wherein the valve cover extends to two sides to form a removal portion, the removal portion is provided with a removal screw hole matched with the removal screw, and the removal screw is disposed in the removal screw hole and contacts with the valve body.

5. The replaceable plug valve of claim 1 wherein four of the cap bolts are arranged in an array circumferentially around the upper opening of the mounting cavity.

The replaceable plug valve of claim 1, wherein the lower surface of the valve cover is provided with an annular fixing protrusion, the side wall of the fixing protrusion is provided with at least two fixing screw holes at equal intervals, and fixing holes are formed at corresponding positions on the side wall of the valve seat, and the positioning screws are connected with the fixing screw holes and the fixing holes.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a replaceable plug valve.

Background

The plug valve is a rotary valve in a closing part or a plunger shape, and the opening or the closing of the valve is realized by rotating 90 degrees to enable a passage port on the plug to be communicated with or separated from a passage port on the valve body. After long-time use, the plug valve is likely to be damaged, and the plug valve is directly replaced or the valve seat is singly replaced by disassembling the valve and then other disassembled parts are assembled in the prior art; the removal of the plug valve in the pipeline is very complicated.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention mainly aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and discloses a replaceable plug valve, which is provided with a matching body and a valve body;

the upper assembling body comprises a valve seat, a cock, a valve cover, a positioning screw, an adjusting screw and a handle, wherein a rotating shaft is arranged in the cock in an axially extending mode, the valve cover is connected with the valve seat through the positioning screw and forms a cock cavity for accommodating the cock, the cock is rotatably arranged in the cock cavity, the adjusting screw is arranged on the valve cover and is used for pushing the cock to slightly move downwards, and the handle is connected with the rotating shaft of the cock and is used for driving the cock to rotate;

the valve body includes: the mounting cavity is formed by inwards recessing the top of the valve body; the valve body and the valve cover are fixed by the valve cover bolt through a valve cover nut so as to realize the installation of the upper assembling body and the valve body.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

the plug valve consists of the upper assembling body and the valve body, and is fixed through the valve cover bolt and the valve cover nut, so that the plug valve is quickly maintained, a large amount of time is saved, the efficiency is high, and the leakage rate is low; moreover, the operation can be finished without special replacement of the tool; in addition, the assembly of the upper assembly body is directly completed in a factory, and the assembly efficiency is high. The two sides of the valve cover are provided with the disassembling screws, and the lever principle is ingeniously utilized, so that the disassembling is easier. The valve cover and the valve seat are fixed through laterally-mounted screws, and the screws are common parts, so that the cost is low and the installation is convenient; simultaneously, the valve seat is matched with a positioning groove on the valve body to realize the connection of the valve seat and the valve body. The upper and lower positioning between the upper assembling body and the valve body is realized through the positioning screw, and the horizontal positioning is realized through the positioning pin; when the upper assembly body can still be used, the upper assembly body can be arranged in the valve body in situ.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

A replaceable plug valve is shown in figures 1-5, and is provided with a body 1 and a valve body 2; the upper assembling body 1 and the valve body 2 are fixedly installed through bolts and nuts; in particular, the method comprises the following steps of,

the upper assembling body 1 comprises a valve seat 11, a cock 12, a valve cover 13, a positioning screw 14, an adjusting screw 15 and a handle 16, a shaft hole 17 matched with a rotating shaft of the cock 12 is formed in the middle of the valve cover 13, the valve cover 13 is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the cock 12, the valve seat 11 is sleeved on the cock 12 and is connected with the valve cover 13 through the positioning screw 14, the valve cover 13 and the valve seat 11 form a cock cavity for accommodating the cock 12, and the cock 12 is rotatably arranged in the cock cavity. An adjusting screw 15 is arranged on the valve cover 13, the cock 12 is pushed to move downwards by the adjusting screw 15, and a handle 16 is connected with a rotating shaft of the cock 12 to drive the cock 12 to rotate; the positioning screw 14 is used for vertical positioning, so that the flow passage port of the plug 12 and the flow passage port of the valve body 2 are prevented from being vertically staggered when the upper assembly body 1 is assembled on the valve body 2.

The valve body 2 includes: the mounting cavity 21 is formed by inwards sinking the top of the valve body 2; and a bonnet bolt 22, wherein the bonnet bolt 22 is vertically arranged on the upper surface of the valve body 2. The bonnet nut 23 is matched with the bonnet bolt 22; during installation, the valve cover 13 is arranged on the valve cover bolt 22, and the valve cover 13 is fixed through the valve cover nut 23, so that the upper assembling body 1 and the valve body 2 are installed. Four bonnet bolts 22 are arranged and are respectively arranged in the circumferential direction of the upper opening of the mounting cavity 21 in an array manner; i.e., four bonnet bolts 22 arranged in a circumferential array. The bonnet bolt 22 is matched with the bonnet nut 23, so that the upper assembling body 1 and the valve body 2 can be quickly assembled and disassembled.

In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-5, a pressure ring 18 is further included, the pressure ring 18 being disposed between the tap 12 and the bonnet 13, the set screw 15 being in contact with the pressure ring 18. At least two adjusting screws 14 are arranged and are respectively arranged on the periphery of a shaft hole 17 in the middle of the valve cover 13 at equal intervals; preferably, three or four adjusting screws 14 are provided.

In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the protrusion 36 is provided around the shaft hole 17 on the upper surface of the valve cover 13, and the screw hole matched with the adjusting screw 14 is provided on the protrusion 36, so as to increase the contact height between the adjusting screw 14 and the valve cover 13 and improve the connection strength between the adjusting screw 14 and the valve cover 13.

In one embodiment, the upper opening of the mounting cavity 21 is radially provided with a positioning groove 24, and the end of the positioning screw 14 is arranged in the positioning groove 24. The positioning of the upper assembling body 1 and the valve body 2 is realized. The flow passage of the valve seat 13 is prevented from not corresponding to the flow passage of the valve body 2.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-5, the valve cover 13 further includes a removal screw 19, the removal portion 31 is provided to extend to two sides of the valve cover 13, a removal screw hole matched with the removal screw 19 is provided on the removal portion 31, and the removal screw 19 is provided in the removal screw hole and contacts with the valve body 2. In order to ensure the sealing performance between the cock 12 and the valve body 2 when the cock is used, the mutual acting force exists between the cock 12 and the valve body 2, so that the cock is very difficult to disassemble and can be disassembled by some external tools; through the structure, the dismounting of the upper assembling body 1 can be completed only through a spanner; specifically, each bonnet nut 23 is removed, the removal screw 19 is rotated, the lower end of the removal screw abuts against the valve body 2, and the upper assembling body 1 is jacked up after receiving a reaction force, so that the removal of the upper assembling body 1 is completed. The above embodiment has the disassembly screws 19 arranged at both ends of the valve cover 13 to extend, and the clamping position when the upper assembling body 1 is taken out is in the mounting cavity 21, namely in the middle of the valve cover 13, when the disassembly screw 19 at one side is rotated, the disassembly screw 19 at the other side is equivalent to a fulcrum to form a lever, so that the upper assembling body 1 is taken out more easily.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the lower surface of the valve cover 13 is provided with an annular fixing protrusion 32, the side wall of the fixing protrusion 32 is provided with at least two fixing screw holes 33 (screw holes) at equal intervals, and a fixing hole 34 (light hole) is provided at a corresponding position of the side wall of the valve seat 13, and the set screw 14 connects the fixing screw holes 33 and the fixing holes 34.

In the above embodiment, the inner wall of the valve seat 11 has a stepped structure, and the fixing projection 32 is disposed at the stepped structure.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-6, the valve further comprises a positioning pin 35, the positioning pin 35 is disposed on the valve cover 13, the valve body 2 is provided with a positioning hole 25, and the positioning pin 35 is inserted into the positioning hole 25 during installation. The upper assembling body 1 and the valve body 2 are precisely assembled together through the positioning pin 35. The situation that the horizontal overturning is 180 degrees cannot occur in the assembling process of the upper assembling body 1 and the valve body 2 is ensured.

When the valve is used, as shown in fig. 1-6, the assembling body 1 and the valve body are two independent parts, the valve seat 11 is placed in the installation cavity 21, and the positioning screw 14 is matched with the positioning groove 24, so that the flow passage opening of the valve seat 12 is flush with the flow passage opening of the valve body 2 and is on the same horizontal line in the assembling process of the assembling body 1. After assembly, the bonnet nut 23 is screwed, and the adjusting screw 15 is adjusted downwards, so that the cock 12 is displaced downwards, the close fit between the cock 12 and the valve seat 11 is ensured, the valve seat material is ensured to reach sufficient compression, and the valve sealing is realized.

When the valve is maintained, after the valve is installed on a field pipeline, the valve has the problems of leakage and the like, and when the valve needs to be maintained, the bonnet nut 23 can be loosened. The four bonnet nuts 23 are removed and the removal screws 19 are screwed down on both sides, whereupon the upper assembly 1 is lifted. The valve maintenance can be completed by replacing the new upper assembling body 12, and when the upper assembling body 1 is replaced, the positioning pin 35 is inserted into the positioning hole 25, so that the upper assembling body 1 and the valve body 2 can be accurately reset. The degree of positioning between the mounting body 1 and the valve body 2 is ensured.

When the handle 16 is rotated, the cock 12 can rotate 90 degrees together with the handle 16 to realize the opening and closing functions of the valve, and the valve seat 2 cannot rotate. Since the valve seat 11 and the valve cover 13 have been connected together by means of the set screw 14. The valve cover 13 and the valve seat 11 are connected with the valve body 2.

Therefore, through the structure, the upper assembling body 1 can be quickly replaced to recover the normal use of the valve.
