1. A method (10) for a first vehicle (100) in a mobile communication system (400) for setting up a data communication with a second vehicle (200), the method (10) comprising

Receiving (12) a message from a second vehicle (200) on a first radio frequency, the message comprising information relating to an antenna of the second vehicle (200);

configuring (14) an antenna of the first vehicle (100) based on information relating to an antenna of the second vehicle (200); and

the data packet is transmitted (16) to the second vehicle (200) on a second radio frequency using the antenna of the first vehicle (100).

2. The method (10) of claim 1, further comprising receiving the data packet at a second radio frequency using an antenna of the first vehicle (100).

The method (10) according to one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the information relating to the antenna of the second vehicle (200) comprises information relating to the position of the antenna of the second vehicle (200), or information relating to the position of the second vehicle (200) and information relating to the position or location of the antenna on the second vehicle (200).

4. The method (10) according to one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising determining information related to a position of the first vehicle (100), and wherein the configuring is further based on the information related to the position of the first vehicle (100).

The method (10) of claim 4, further comprising determining a location of the antenna of the first vehicle (100) based on information related to the location of the first vehicle (100), wherein the configuring (14) is based on the location of the antenna on the first vehicle (100) relative to the location of the antenna of the second vehicle (200).

6. The method (10) of one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the reception of the message uses static antenna characteristics.

7. The method (10) of one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the antenna on the first vehicle (100) is a directional antenna, and wherein the configuring (14) comprises directing a main lobe of the directional antenna towards an antenna of the second vehicle (200).

8. The method (10) of claim 7, wherein the directional antenna is a beamforming antenna, and wherein the configuring (14) comprises setting beamforming weights for the beamforming antenna.

9. The method (10) of one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising transmitting another message to the second vehicle (200) using the first radio frequency, the message comprising information relating to an antenna of the first vehicle (100).

10. The method (10) of claim 9, wherein the further message comprises information relating to a position of the antenna of the first vehicle (100) to enable the second vehicle (200) to direct the antenna beam towards the antenna of the first vehicle (100).

11. Method (10) according to one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the second radio frequency is above 6GHz, and/or wherein the messages received on the first radio frequency are cooperation-aware messages.

12. The method (10) of one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the message received on the first radio frequency is received using a control channel controlling communication on the second radio frequency.

13. An arrangement (20) for a vehicle (100; 200) in a mobile communication system, the arrangement (20) comprising

One or more interfaces (22) configured to communicate in a mobile communication system (400); and

a control module (24) configured to control the one or more interfaces (22), wherein the control module (24) is further configured to perform one of the methods (10) of claims 1-12.

14. A vehicle (100; 200) comprising the apparatus (20) of claim 13.

15. A computer program having a program code for performing at least one of the methods (10) of claims 1 to 12 when the computer program is executed on a computer, processor or programmable hardware component.
