The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. according to the invention, the square raw material cloth pieces are cut and spliced again, so that the one-piece dress with various different styles can be obtained, and under the condition of using the detachable cloth connecting piece, the one-piece dresses with various styles can be mutually switched in use, so that the clothes wearing fun of a user is increased.

2. The invention meets the design requirement of zero waste, does not generate waste cloth pieces in the production process, not only can effectively reduce the production cost of the clothes, but also can greatly reduce the pollution problem of the clothes production.

Example 1

A zero-waste garment production method based on square cloth comprises the following specific steps:

step one, taking a piece of raw material cloth. The raw cloth piece is square ABCD.

And step two, as shown in fig. 1, two mutually perpendicular dividing lines FH and EG are formed through the geometric center point of the raw material cloth piece, and the square ABCD is divided into four identical quadrangles AEOF, DHOE, CGOH and BFOG. Each of the four quadrilaterals has a set of diagonal angles of 90 °.

Each quadrangle is formed by splicing an outer right-angled triangle and an inner right-angled triangle with overlapped bottom edges. The outer right-angled triangle is a non-isosceles right-angled triangle corresponding to the corner of the raw material cloth piece; the inner right-angled triangle is correspondingly far away from the middle part of the cloth piece and is an isosceles right-angled triangle. Two right-angle sides of the outer right-angle triangle are respectively a long outer right-angle side and a short outer right-angle side. Two right-angle sides of the inner right-angle triangle are respectively a first inner right-angle side and a second inner right-angle side. Four corners of each quadrangle are respectively an inner right angle point, an obtuse angle point, an outer right angle point and an acute angle point. The outer right-angle point corresponds to a right-angle point on the raw material cloth piece, and the inner right-angle point corresponds to a geometric center on the raw material cloth piece.

And step three, as shown in fig. 2, dividing the raw material cloth piece into a first four-side cloth piece 1, a second four-side cloth piece 2, a third four-side cloth piece 3 and a fourth four-side cloth piece 4 along the dividing lines FH and EG. The first quadrilateral fabric 1 is a quadrilateral AEOF. The second quadrilateral fabric 2 is a quadrilateral DHO 'E'. No. three four-sided fabric piece 3 is quadrilateral CGO 'H'. The fourth four-sided cloth piece 4 is a quadrangle BF ' O ' G '.

Step four, as shown in fig. 3, the first four-side cloth piece 1, the second four-side cloth piece 2, the third four-side cloth piece 3 and the outer short right-angle sides (sides FA, DE ', CH ', BG ') on the fourth four-side cloth piece 4 are sequentially connected into a diamond-shaped gap, and the first four-side cloth piece 1, the second four-side cloth piece 2, the third four-side cloth piece 3 and the fourth four-side cloth piece 4 are fixed together. The diamond shaped notches form the waist opening of the skirt. The adjacent side edges (i.e. the edges AE and the edges DH) of the first four-side cloth piece 1 and the second four-side cloth piece 2 are respectively corresponding outer long right-angle edges. The adjacent side edges (i.e. the edge BF' and the edge CG) of the third four-edge cloth piece 3 and the fourth four-edge cloth piece 4 are respectively corresponding outer long right-angle edges.

Step five, sewing the adjacent side edges (namely the edge AE and the edge DH) of the first four-side cloth piece 1 and the second four-side cloth piece 2 together to form a front skirt piece; the adjacent side edges (i.e., the edge CG 'and the edge BF') of the No. three four-sided fabric sheet 3 and the No. four-sided fabric sheet 4 are sewn together to form the rear skirt sheet.

Step six, sewing the two side edges (the edge OF and the edge O 'E') OF the front skirt piece and the two side edges (the edge O 'G' and the edge O 'H') OF the rear skirt piece together respectively to form the irregular bottom-hem half-skirt, as shown in fig. 4.

In this embodiment, the size of the cloth piece is determined according to 84 women's table, the control part is the length from waist to hip, i.e. the circumference of diamond surrounded by the edges AF, DE', CH ', BG' is greater than or equal to 68 cm of waist, and the length of the shortest part of the skirt (i.e. O 'E') is capable of covering the hip. Because of the crisscross angle can change, when the two parting lines FH and EG and the contained angle far away from the cloth piece take 30 degrees to cut apart, through the experiment, take 1 centimetre to sew up the end, confirm that the length of side of raw materials cloth piece should be greater than or equal to 85 centimetres. Therefore, the side length of the raw material cloth piece is 85 cm.

Example 2

A zero-waste garment production method based on square cloth comprises the following specific steps:

And step three, as shown in fig. 2, dividing the raw material cloth piece into a first four-side cloth piece 1, a second four-side cloth piece 2, a third four-side cloth piece 3 and a fourth four-side cloth piece 4 along the dividing lines FH and EG. The first quadrilateral fabric 1 is a quadrilateral AEOF. The second quadrilateral fabric 2 is a quadrilateral DHO 'E'. No. three four-sided fabric piece 3 is quadrilateral CGO 'H'. The fourth four-sided cloth piece 4 is a quadrangle BF ' O ' G '.

And step four, as shown in fig. 5, the first four-side cloth piece 1 and the second four-side cloth piece 2 are placed together in a crossed mode (the upper end of the crossed part of the edge AE and the edge DH forms a neckline), and a front garment piece with a V-shaped neckline is obtained. And (3) placing the outer long right-angle sides of the third four-side cloth piece 3 and the fourth four-side cloth piece 4 together in a crossed manner (the upper end of the crossed part of the edge CG and the edge BF' forms a neckline), and obtaining the rear garment piece with the V-shaped neckline.

Step five, overlapping the front garment piece and the rear garment piece together to form a garment body main body; sewing two sides (side AF and side DE ') of the top of the front cut piece and two sides (side CH ' and side BG ') of the top of the rear cut piece together respectively to form two shoulder sewing lines of the clothes body main body; the two side edges (the edge OF and the edge O 'E') OF the front garment piece and the two side edges (the edge O 'H' and the edge O 'G') OF the rear garment piece are respectively sewn to obtain two side seams OF the garment body. Gaps are reserved at the positions where the tops of the two side seams of the coat body main body are connected with the two shoulder sewing lines and are used as armholes of the coat body main body. The crossed part of the bottoms (namely the sharp corner points) of the first four-side cloth piece 1 and the second four-side cloth piece 2 on the front garment piece is tied to form a V-shaped front collar with knots. Tying the crossed parts of the three-side cloth piece 3 and the four-side cloth piece 4 on the rear garment piece to form a V-shaped rear collar with knots, and obtaining a hem knotted V-collar upper garment, as shown in fig. 6.

In this embodiment, the size of the raw material cloth piece is determined according to 84 women's tables, the control position is shoulder width and chest circumference, namely, a shoulder line formed by the side AF should be equal to the shoulder width, the circumference of a cylinder formed by enclosing four pieces of four-side cloth pieces should be greater than or equal to the chest circumference, and the cross-shaped angle can be changed, when an included angle between two dividing lines FH and EG and a far-away cloth piece is 30 degrees for dividing, through experiments, a 1 cm sewing head is taken, and the side length of the raw material cloth piece is determined to be greater than or equal to 95 cm. Therefore, the side length of the raw material cloth piece is 95 cm.

Example 3

A zero-waste garment production method based on square cloth comprises the following specific steps:

step one, taking a piece of raw material cloth. The raw cloth piece is square ABCD.

The first quadrilateral fabric 1 is a quadrilateral AEOF. The second quadrilateral fabric 2 is a quadrilateral DHO 'E'. No. three four-sided fabric piece 3 is quadrilateral CGO 'H'. The fourth four-sided cloth piece 4 is a quadrangle BF ' O ' G '.

Step four, as shown in fig. 7, the outer right-angle points (point a and point D) on the first four-side cloth piece 1 and the second four-side cloth piece 2 are sewn together to be used as the middle point of the front waistline, so as to form the front garment body. The inner right-angle points (points O and O') on the first four-side cloth piece 1 and the second four-side cloth piece 2 respectively form sleeve bottom points of the front garment body. The outer short right-angle edges of the first four-side cloth piece 1 and the second four-side cloth piece 2 form a waist line on the front garment body. The first four-side cloth piece 1 and the second four-side cloth piece 2 are partially overlapped in a crossed mode, so that an acute angle point on the first four-side cloth piece 1 is located above an inner straight angle point of the second four-side cloth piece 2, and an acute angle point on the second four-side cloth piece 2 is located above an inner straight angle point of the first four-side cloth piece 1.

And sewing the outer right-angle points (point C and point B) on the third four-side cloth piece 3 and the fourth four-side cloth piece 4 together to be used as the middle point of the back waist line, so as to form the back clothes body. The inner right-angle points (point O and point O') on the third four-side cloth piece 3 and the fourth four-side cloth piece 4 respectively form the sleeve bottom points of the rear garment body. The outer short right-angle edges of the third four-side cloth piece 3 and the fourth four-side cloth piece 4 form a waist line on the back clothes body. The third four-side cloth piece 3 and the fourth four-side cloth piece 4 are partially overlapped in a cross mode, so that an acute angle point on the third four-side cloth piece 3 is located above an inner straight angle point of the fourth four-side cloth piece 4, and an acute angle point on the fourth four-side cloth piece 4 is located above the inner straight angle point of the third four-side cloth piece 3.

Step five, overlapping the front garment piece and the rear garment piece together to form a garment body main body; the two side edges (edge OF, edge O ' E ') OF the front garment piece and the two side edges (edge O ' H ', edge O ') OF the rear garment piece are respectively sewed to obtain two side seams OF the garment body. The positions of the two sharp angle points (point E and point H) on the front garment piece and the positions of the two sharp angle points (point G and point F') on the rear garment piece are tied respectively to be used as two shoulder straps, and the cross-knotted upper garment is obtained, as shown in figure 8.

In this embodiment, the size of the raw material cloth is determined according to 84 women's table, the control positions are shoulder width and chest circumference, that is, the shoulder line formed by the line segment AF should be equal to the shoulder width, the circumference of the cylinder formed by the four pieces of four-side cloth should be greater than or equal to the chest circumference, and the cross shape can be changed, so that the raw material cloth is divided when the included angle between the line segment HE and the vertical line is 30 °. Through experiments, 1 cm of sewing head is taken, and the side length of the raw material cloth piece is determined to be greater than or equal to 95 cm. Therefore, the side length of the raw material cloth piece is 95 cm.

Example 4

The first quadrilateral fabric 1 is a quadrilateral AEOF. The second quadrilateral fabric 2 is a quadrilateral DHO 'E'. No. three four-sided fabric piece 3 is quadrilateral CGO 'H'. The fourth four-sided cloth piece 4 is a quadrangle BF ' O ' G '.

Step four, as shown in fig. 3, the inner right-angle points (points O and O') on the first four-sided cloth piece 1 and the second four-sided cloth piece 2 are sewn together to serve as the middle point of the front neckline, and the first inner right-angle sides on the first four-sided cloth piece 1 and the second four-sided cloth piece 2 are sewn together to form a front garment piece. The short outer right-angle sides of the first four-side cloth piece 1 and the second four-side cloth piece 2 are connected to form a front waist line.

And sewing the inner right-angle points on the third four-side cloth piece 3 and the fourth four-side cloth piece 4 together to form a rear neckline midpoint, and sewing the first inner right-angle points on the third four-side cloth piece 3 and the fourth four-side cloth piece 4 together to form a rear garment piece. The short outer right-angle sides of the third four-side cloth piece 3 and the fourth four-side cloth piece 4 are connected to form a front waist line.

Step five, overlapping the front garment piece and the rear garment piece together to form a garment body main body; two side edges (edges AE, DH) of the front garment piece and two side edges (edges CG, BF') of the rear garment piece are respectively sewed to obtain two side seams of the garment body, and the top ends of the two side seams are not sewed to be taken as armholes. The positions of the two acute angle points on the front garment piece and the positions of the two acute angle points on the rear garment piece are respectively tied to form two shoulder straps, and the collar-hanging sleeveless jacket is obtained, as shown in fig. 10.

In this embodiment, the size of the raw material cloth piece is determined according to 84 women's figures, the control part is waist length and back length, that is, the total length of the line segments GB, CH ', DE ', AF connected together is greater than or equal to the waist length, the angles G ' and E, F ' and H can be knotted on the shoulders, and because the angle of the cross shape can be changed, the cloth piece is divided when the included angle between the line segment HE and the vertical line is 30 °. Through experiments, 1 cm of sewing head is taken, and the side length of the raw material cloth piece is determined to be greater than or equal to 85 cm. Therefore, the side length of the raw material cloth piece is 85 cm.

Example 5

The style-variable garment comprises a first quadrilateral cloth piece 1, a second quadrilateral cloth piece 2, a third quadrilateral cloth piece 3 and a fourth quadrilateral cloth piece 4 which are quadrilateral. Each quadrangle is formed by splicing an outer right-angled triangle and an inner right-angled triangle with overlapped bottom edges. The outer right-angled triangle is a non-isosceles right-angled triangle corresponding to the corner of the raw material cloth piece; the inner right-angled triangle is correspondingly far away from the middle part of the cloth piece and is an isosceles right-angled triangle. Two first inner right-angle sides on the front garment piece and the rear garment piece are connected together through a separable connecting piece respectively to form two side seams. Armholes are reserved at the tops of the two side stitches.
