Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention provides a portable monitoring device, which comprises a monitoring host 10, a detecting wire 20 and a locking member 30 for establishing a stable connection relationship between the monitoring host 10 and the detecting wire 20;

The detection lead 20 is provided with a tension pre-warning mechanism 40 for detecting the tension of the detection lead 20, and the tension pre-warning mechanism 40 can send an action instruction to disable the locking member 30 when the tension of the detection lead 20 reaches a preset value.

Based on the existing structure of the portable monitoring device, the embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that when the tension of the detecting wire 20 reaches a predetermined value, the tension pre-warning mechanism 40 can drive the monitoring host 10 to be separated from the detecting wire 20, so as to prevent the detecting wire 20 from dragging the monitoring host 10 to move.

The number of the detection wires in the monitoring device can be any, and the detection wires can be adjusted according to the type of specific monitoring equipment, and when a plurality of detection wires 20 are arranged, the locking member 30 is used for simultaneously connecting the plurality of detection wires 20 with the monitoring host 10;

the tension pre-warning mechanism 30 is connected to the plurality of detecting wires 20 at the same time, and disconnects all the detecting wires 20 from the monitoring host 10 when the tension of any one of the detecting wires 20 reaches a preset value.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the locking member 30 includes a plug seat 31, a fixing member, and an ejecting portion 33;

The plugging seat 31 and the connection ends of the plurality of detection wires 20 are connected at the same time so that the plurality of detection wires 20 form an integrated plug to conveniently plug all the detection wires 20 at one time, and the monitoring host 10 is provided with a jack 11 for the plug to be plugged into;

the fixing piece is connected with the monitoring host 10 and the detection lead 20 at the same time to avoid the connection between the monitoring host 10 and the detection lead 20 from falling off;

the pop-up portion 33 is disposed on the monitoring host 10, and when the fixing element fails, due to the insertion function of the plug and the jack 11, the plug still cannot automatically disengage from the jack 11 to separate the detection wire 20 from the monitoring host 10, so that the pop-up portion 33 can pop the plug out of the jack 11 after the fixing element fails.

Furthermore, a circle of outer edge sleeve 12 is arranged on the periphery of the jack 11 on the monitoring host 10, a guide sleeve 34 used for being inserted into the outer edge sleeve 12 is arranged on the plug seat 31, the fixing member comprises two first fixing holes formed in the outer edge sleeve 12, the two first fixing holes are respectively arranged on two sides of the outer edge sleeve 12, second fixing holes corresponding to the first fixing holes one by one are formed in the guide sleeve 34, a positioning shaft 32 is jointly inserted into the first fixing holes and the second fixing holes which are located at the same position, and the outer edge sleeve and the guide sleeve 34 are fixed through the positioning shaft 32.

The popping part 33 is a spring, one end of the spring is connected to the monitoring host 10 and is located in the outer edge sleeve 12, the plugging seat 31 extrudes the other end of the spring to enable the plug to be inserted into the jack 11, and when the fixing piece fails, the spring restores to deform to enable the plug to pop out of the jack 11.

In this embodiment, the tension pre-warning mechanism 40 mainly functions to drive the fixing member to unlock after detecting that the tension value of the detection wire 20 is greater than a preset value, so that the tension pre-warning mechanism 40 may have any structure, and may detect the tension value by using a modern sensor or other equipment, and then drive the fixing member to move by an automatic control system, but this method is too complicated, and therefore, preferably, the tension pre-warning mechanism 40 includes a primary buffer unit and a secondary unlocking unit which are connected to each other;

the primary buffer unit is used for relieving the tension of the detection lead 20 when the tension of the detection lead 20 reaches a preset value;

the secondary unlocking unit is used for releasing the connection relation between the monitoring host 10 and the detection lead 30 after the primary buffer unit is started.

Based on the existing structure of the tension warning mechanism, another feature of the embodiment of the present invention is that the primary buffer mechanism can reduce the tension value of the detection wire 20 before the monitoring host 10 and the detection wire 20 are disconnected, because the failure of the fixing member requires a certain time, and reducing the tension value in advance can further prevent the detection wire 20 from dragging the monitoring host 10 to move within a too short time.

Specifically, the primary buffer unit includes a reel 41 connected to the plug seat 31, a plurality of separation wheels 42 are sleeved on the reel 41, two adjacent separation wheels 42 are connected by a telescopic spring 47, and the detection lead 20 is wound at a gap between two adjacent separation wheels 42 in a zigzag manner;

when the tension of the sensing wire 20 reaches a preset value, the sensing wire 20 enters between the two separation wheels 42 and is wound on the reel 41 to realize the reduction of the winding radius, so that the tension value of the sensing wire is reduced.

The separating wheels 42 are formed by connecting two rotating wheels in a circular truncated cone shape in a mode of overlapping large head ends, the two adjacent separating wheels 42 are tightly attached, the expansion springs 47 are connected at the edges of the two adjacent separating wheels 42, when the tension value reaches a preset value, the detection lead moves downwards along a gap between the two adjacent separating wheels, the expansion springs between the two adjacent separating wheels are forced to deform, and the detection lead is wound on a reel.

The secondary unlocking unit comprises two end head sleeves 43, the two end head sleeves 43 are respectively arranged at two ends of the reel 41, one end of each end head sleeve 43 is closed, and the other end of each end head sleeve 43 is sleeved at the end part of the reel 41 through a sleeve hole matched with the reel 41 and is fixedly connected with the adjacent separating wheel 42;

the end caps 43 are connected to the positioning shaft 32 through a linkage rod 44, and when the detection wires 20 enter between two adjacent separating wheels 42, the end caps 43 at two ends simultaneously move outwards to enable the positioning shaft 32 to exit along the first fixing holes and the second fixing holes.

In addition, for the installation of the winding shaft 41 and the inserting and extracting seat 31, if the installation site of the winding shaft 41 may affect the movement of the two adjacent separating wheels 42, an ejecting rod 45 is arranged on the end surface of the winding shaft 41, the ejecting rod 45 penetrates through the closed end of the end head sleeve 43 and extends to the outside of the end head sleeve 43, and the inserting and extracting seat 31 is fixedly connected with the end part of the ejecting rod 45 through a connecting rod 46.

The connection mode enables the installation point of the reel 41 not to influence the movement between the separating wheels 42 and the movement of the end cap 43.

The above embodiments are only exemplary embodiments of the present application, and are not intended to limit the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is defined by the claims. Various modifications and equivalents may be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit and scope of the present application and such modifications and equivalents should also be considered to be within the scope of the present application.
