Technical Field
The invention relates to a pair of shoes, in particular to a method for manufacturing zipper-free high-systematical moisture permeable waterproof shoes.
Background
If the height of the shoe shaft of the existing high-heeled waterproof shoe exceeds 12cm, a side zipper is usually arranged at the shoe shaft of the existing high-heeled waterproof shoe so as to be convenient for a user to put on and take off the shoe, however, the arrangement of the side zipper can improve the convenience of putting on and taking off the shoe, but the waterproof performance of the high-heeled waterproof shoe is affected, the situation of water leakage is easily caused at the side zipper, and in addition, the arrangement of the side zipper also affects the comfort of wearing the high-heeled waterproof shoe.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a zipper-free waterproof shoe with high moisture permeability which overcomes at least one of the drawbacks of the prior art.
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a zipper-free high-systematical moisture permeable waterproof shoe, which comprises the following steps:
(A) the sock body in the leg, which is worn on a shoe tree, defines a wearing space for the shoe tree to penetrate through, and comprises a first foot part and a first leg part extending from the first foot part.
(B) An adhesive is applied to the outer surface of the high-leg sock body.
(C) And sleeving a moisture-permeable waterproof sleeve on the sock body in the stockpile shape, wherein the moisture-permeable waterproof sleeve is in a stockpile shape and comprises a second foot part corresponding to the first foot part and a second leg part corresponding to the first leg part and extending out of the second foot part.
(D) Applying the adhesive to the outer surface of the moisture-permeable waterproof jacket.
(E) The low-traffic shoes-shaped moisture-permeable waterproof inner sleeve is sleeved on a second foot of the moisture-permeable waterproof sleeve in a penetrating manner, the low-traffic shoes-shaped moisture-permeable waterproof inner sleeve comprises at least one cutting piece, the cutting piece comprises an inner cloth layer and a surface cloth layer which are connected with the second foot, an upright velvet layer which is woven between the inner cloth layer and the surface cloth layer, and a moisture-permeable waterproof layer which is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the surface cloth layer, and the upright velvet layer is provided with a plurality of mutually-spaced velvet yarns.
(F) Applying the adhesive to an inner surface of a gore outer sock body including a third foot portion corresponding to the second foot portion and a third leg portion corresponding to the second leg portion and extending from the third foot portion.
(G) And the high leg outer sock body is sleeved on the low leg shoe-shaped moisture-permeable waterproof inner sleeve and the second leg section of the moisture-permeable waterproof sleeve in a penetrating manner.
(H) Heating to a preset temperature and maintaining the preset heating time to bond the sock body, the moisture-permeable waterproof sleeve, the low-legged moisture-permeable waterproof inner sleeve and the sock body of the high-legged sock together.
(I) And the sole is fixedly connected with the third foot part of the high-leg sock body.

In the step (B), the adhesive is sprayed on the outer surface of the socks in the step (D), the adhesive is sprayed on the outer surface of the moisture-permeable waterproof sleeve in the step (F), and the adhesive is sprayed on the inner surface of the socks in the step (E1).
In the step (H), the preset temperature is not less than 80 ℃, and the preset heating time is 2-10 minutes.
The method for manufacturing the zipper-free high-uniformity moisture-permeable waterproof shoe further comprises a step (I4) between the step (I) and the step (I3), wherein in the step (I4), two lacing decorative pieces are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the third foot part of the high-uniformity sock body, and in the step (I), the sole is fixedly connected to the third foot part of the high-uniformity sock body and is connected with the lacing decorative pieces.
The manufacturing method of the zipper-free high-system moisture permeable waterproof shoe further comprises a step (J) after the step (I), wherein the shoe tree is removed from the high-system sock body.
The method for manufacturing zipper-free high-uniformity moisture permeable waterproof shoes further comprises a step (H) after the step (J), wherein in the step (I4), each tightening decorative piece is provided with a bottom end part and a top end part, the top end part of each tightening decorative piece is provided with a plurality of shoelace through holes which are arranged at intervals, the bottom end parts of the tightening decorative pieces are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the third foot part of the high-uniformity sock body, and in the step (H), the tightening belts are detachably arranged through the shoelace through holes of the tightening decorative pieces.
The invention provides a method for manufacturing zipper-free highly uniform moisture permeable waterproof shoes, in the step (E), the low-shoes-shaped moisture permeable waterproof inner sleeve further comprises a waterproof unit, the cut piece is provided with a main face part and two side wing parts which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the main face part and are integrally connected with the main face part, the main face part is provided with a front arc-shaped flange and a rear opening concave edge, each side wing part is provided with a side butt joint edge, a front arc-shaped joint edge connected between the side butt joint edge and one end of the front arc-shaped flange and a rear butt joint edge connected between the side butt joint edge and one end of the rear opening concave edge, the front arc-shaped joint edge of the side wing part is butt jointed and connected with the front arc-shaped flange, the side butt joint edges of the side wing part are butt jointed and connected with each other, the rear butt joint edges of the side wing part are butt jointed and connected with each other, the waterproof unit is provided with a first waterproof strip, and two second waterproof strips, wherein one second waterproof strip is fixedly connected with the front arc flange of the main face part along the front arc connecting edge of one side wing part and the outer surface of the moisture-permeable waterproof layer of the cut piece, so as to cover the front arc connecting edge of one side wing part and the front arc flange of the main face part, the other second waterproof strip is fixedly connected with the outer surface of the moisture-permeable waterproof layer of the cut piece along the front arc connecting edge of the other side wing part and the front arc flange of the main face part, the first waterproof strip is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the moisture-permeable waterproof layer of the cut piece along the side butt joint edge of the side wing part and the rear butt joint edge of the side wing part, so as to cover the side butt joint edges of the wing parts and the rear butt joint edges of the wing parts and to be staggered with the second waterproof strips.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the first leg section of the sock body in the high leg and the third leg section of the sock body outside the high leg are used for flexibility, so that a user can conveniently wear and take off shoes, the wearing comfort is improved, in addition, the moisture permeable waterproof sleeve is matched with the design of the low leg shoe-shaped moisture permeable waterproof inner sleeve, the gap of the vertical velvet layer of the low leg shoe-shaped moisture permeable waterproof inner sleeve can generate a moisture absorption effect, so that moisture is quickly discharged to the inside of the low leg shoe-shaped moisture permeable waterproof inner sleeve after penetrating through the sock body in the high leg and the moisture permeable waterproof sleeve, then the moisture is discharged outwards through the moisture permeable waterproof layer of the low leg shoe-shaped moisture permeable waterproof inner sleeve, a good moisture permeable effect is generated, meanwhile, the design of the moisture permeable waterproof sleeve matched with the moisture permeable waterproof layer of the low leg shoe-shaped moisture permeable waterproof inner sleeve can generate two waterproof effects, and the waterproof effect is good.
