1. A wireless moxibustion device, comprising:

the shell is covered on the top surface of the middle piece, and a first accommodating cavity is formed between the shell and the middle piece;

2. The wireless moxibustion device of claim 1, wherein the replaceable moxibustion head comprises:

the top of the base plate is provided with a second accommodating cavity for accommodating the heating piece;

the cover plate is covered on the substrate, and a power supply temperature control connecting piece is formed at the top of the cover plate;

the power supply temperature control connecting piece penetrates through the middle piece and is electrically connected with a rechargeable battery;

and the heating part is powered by the power supply temperature control connecting part and is used for emitting far infrared light wave heating moxibustion pieces accompanied with terahertz wave band light waves.

3. The wireless moxibustion device of claim 2, wherein: the power supply temperature control connecting pieces are at least two, and the power supply temperature control connecting pieces form a symmetrical structure by using the geometric center of the cover plate.

4. The wireless moxibustion device of claim 2, wherein: the power supply temperature control connector has magnetism and can be mutually adsorbed with the rechargeable battery to form electric connection.

5. The wireless moxibustion device of claim 2, further comprising:

8. The wireless moxibustion device of claim 6, wherein: the heating plate is a circle with the diameter range of 14 mm-35 mm.

9. The wireless moxibustion device of claim 6, wherein: the thickness range of the heating sheet is 0.1 mm-2 mm, and the thickness of the conductive coating is 0.1 mm-1 mm.

The wireless moxibustion device of claim 7, wherein: the inorganic nano microporous composite material comprises, by weight (%), 10-20% of mixed ceramic crystal powder, 10-25% of glass powder, 10-20% of stone needle, 5-15% of zeolite, 15-20% of stones, 10-20% of guiyangshi, 10-15% of magnetite ore, 5-10% of silica, 10-25% of kaolin and 10-25% of violet mud, wherein the total amount of the components is 100%.

The wireless moxibustion device according to any one of claims 1-10, wherein: the far infrared light wave accompanied with the terahertz waveband light wave is a far infrared waveband with the characteristics of 8-15 microns and a heat radiation light wave accompanied with a frequency waveband of 0.9-3.6 terahertz.

12. The wireless moxibustion device according to any one of claims 1-10, wherein: the shell is formed with a display window which is used for displaying the real-time temperature of the wireless moxibustion device.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine, in particular to a wireless moxibustion therapy device used in moxibustion.

Background

The traditional mode of traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion is moxibustion which is basically characterized by burning or heating moxa and indirect moxibustion (such as indirect ginger moxibustion, indirect monkshood cake moxibustion and the like) which takes the moxa as a heat source, the natural burning of the heat source is uncontrollable, the use is inconvenient, and the traditional mode is difficult to use in medicinal moxibustion. However, the therapeutic effect of moxibustion techniques is well established in clinical applications of traditional Chinese medicine, especially in indirect moxibustion (including drug moxibustion). With the progress of science and technology, people continuously try to improve moxibustion technology for 20 years, mainly aim to search and develop new heating materials and try to overcome the insecurity, the uncontrollable property and the inconvenient use of the smoke and the smell generated by burning the moxa and the open fire of the moxa. Therefore, electronic moxibustion is performed with its own efforts. At present, except for traditional moxibustion, some moxibustion applied to clinical traditional Chinese medicine in the market uses electronic moxibustion, namely, electric heating far infrared radiation (generally called physiotherapy) and acupuncture point substance separation moxibustion by using a heat source, and the moxibustion comprises the modes of making wormwood into wormwood cakes and then electrically heating the wormwood and the like.

At present, the electronic current situation of the moxibustion technology is only to simulate the heating mode of the moxibustion and cannot completely simulate the curative effect of the moxibustion. Although the electronic moxibustion can also realize the moxibustion treatment process, the existing electronic moxibustion equipment cannot achieve the traditional moxibustion effect of the traditional Chinese medicine. How to reproduce and even enhance the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion through electronic moxibustion is a technical problem to be solved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a novel wireless moxibustion device which is simple in structure and convenient to carry and use.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a wireless moxibustion device, comprising:

the shell is covered on the top surface of the middle piece, and a first accommodating cavity is formed between the shell and the middle piece;

the wireless communication module is fixed in the first accommodating cavity and used for receiving an external instruction and sending the external instruction to the controller;

the rechargeable battery is fixed in the first accommodating cavity and is used for supplying power to the wireless communication module, the controller and the replaceable moxibustion head;

the controller controls the output power of the rechargeable battery according to an external instruction so as to control the heating temperature of the replaceable moxibustion head;

the replaceable moxibustion head can be adsorbed on the bottom surface of the middle piece and can emit far infrared light waves accompanied with terahertz waveband light waves to heat the moxibustion piece;

wherein, after the replaceable moxibustion head is installed in place, the replaceable moxibustion head is electrically connected with the rechargeable battery.

Optionally, the wireless moxibustion device further comprises the replaceable moxibustion head comprising:

the top of the base plate is provided with a second accommodating cavity for accommodating the heating piece;

the cover plate is covered on the substrate, and a power supply temperature control connecting piece is formed at the top of the cover plate;

the power supply temperature control connecting piece penetrates through the middle piece and is electrically connected with a rechargeable battery;

and the heating part is powered by the power supply temperature control connecting part and is used for emitting far infrared light wave heating moxibustion pieces accompanied with terahertz wave band light waves.

Optionally, in the wireless moxibustion device, the number of the power temperature control connectors is at least two, and the power temperature control connectors form a symmetrical structure with the geometric center of the cover plate.

Optionally, in the wireless moxibustion device, the power temperature control connector has magnetism, and can be mutually adsorbed with the rechargeable battery to form an electrical connection.

Optionally, the wireless moxibustion apparatus further comprises:

and the heat insulation layer is coated on the inner side walls of the substrate and the cover plate.

Optionally, the wireless moxibustion device further comprises a heating member comprising:

the top surface of the heating sheet is provided with an electric connection contact and a temperature sensing contact which are used for converting electric energy into far infrared light wave heating moxibustion sheets accompanied with terahertz waveband light waves;

and the conductive coating is sintered on the bottom surface of the heating sheet and is used for transmitting the far infrared light waves accompanied with the terahertz waveband light waves to the moxibustion sheet.

Optionally, in the wireless moxibustion device, the heating sheet is a ceramic sheet, and the conductive coating is an inorganic nano-microporous composite coating.

Illustratively, the inorganic nano-microporous composite material (i.e., nano-scale powdery inorganic microporous material) is formed by mixing one or more components of ceramic crystal material, glass powder, stone needle, zeolite, ophicalcite, precious actinolite, magnetite, silica, kaolin and purplish mud;

illustratively, the inorganic nanoporous composite (i.e., nanoscale powdery inorganic microporous material) is prepared using: according to the weight ratio (%), 10-20% of ceramic crystal powder, 10-25% of glass powder, 10-20% of stone needle, 5-15% of zeolite, 15-20% of stones, 10-20% of guiyangshi, 10-15% of magnetite ore, 5-10% of silica, 10-25% of kaolin and 10-25% of violet mud are mixed, and the total amount of the components is 100%.

The inorganic nano microporous composite material and the ceramic plate can be sintered together at a low temperature ranging from 650 ℃ to 800 ℃.

Optionally, in the wireless moxibustion device, the heating plate is a circle with a diameter ranging from 14 mm to 35 mm.

Optionally, in the wireless moxibustion device, the thickness of the heating plate ranges from 0.1 mm to 2 mm, and the thickness of the conductive coating ranges from 0.1 mm to 1 mm. Preferably, the thickness of the heating sheet is 1 mm, and the thickness of the conductive coating is 0.2 mm.

Alternatively, the wireless moxibustion device is further characterized in that the far infrared light wave accompanied by the light wave in the terahertz wave band is a characteristic far infrared wave band of 8-15 μm accompanied by a heat radiation light wave in the frequency band of 0.9-3.6 terahertz.

Optionally, in the wireless moxibustion device, the housing is formed with a display window for displaying the real-time temperature of the wireless moxibustion device.

The existing electronic moxibustion equipment only simulates the heating mode of moxibustion, and cannot model the treatment process of traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion, so that the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion cannot be achieved. Moreover, the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion treatment also depends on the experience and level of a moxibustion therapist, and the standardized moxibustion treatment cannot be realized. So far, the reason why the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion is generally better than that of the existing electronic moxibustion is not found.

The applicant conducted intensive research and experiments on moxibustion techniques and unexpectedly found that the spectrum of moxibustion (the side facing the acupuncture point moxibustion of the human body) and the spectrum of indirect moxibustion (the side facing the acupuncture point) at about 50 ℃ have specific spectral values (called characteristic values) that are clearly distinguished from the spectrum of non-moxa-burnt substances. Only the moxibustion treatment performed under the specific frequency spectrum value can show remarkable curative effect, and the applicant believes that the specific frequency spectrum value can provide scientific theoretical basis for simulating the traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion treatment by electronic moxibustion.

The replaceable moxibustion head of the wireless moxibustion instrument can emit far infrared light waves (namely a specific frequency spectrum band) accompanied with terahertz wave band light waves to heat a moxibustion piece. Through contrast experiments with traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion, the wireless moxibustion device provided by the invention can achieve the effect of traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion, overcomes the defects of smoke pollution, inconvenience in carrying and the like of the traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion, solves the technical problem that the traditional electronic moxibustion equipment only simulates a heating mode of moxibustion and cannot achieve the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion, and provides scientific basis and theoretical basis for moxibustion standardization.

the wireless communication module 3 is fixed in the first accommodating cavity and used for receiving an external instruction and sending the external instruction to the controller 4; in this embodiment, the wireless communication module 3 and the controller 4 are integrated on one PCB;

a rechargeable battery 5 fixed in the first accommodating cavity and used for supplying power to the wireless communication module 3, the controller 4 and the replaceable moxibustion head 6;

correspondingly, the shell is provided with a display window 7, the display window 7 of the embodiment adopts a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink screen, and the display window 7 is used for displaying the real-time temperature of the wireless moxibustion device;

alternatively, the first to third embodiments may be further modified, and the heat generating sheet may be a circle having a diameter ranging from 14 mm to 35 mm.

Alternatively, the first to third embodiments may be further modified, wherein the thickness of the heat generating sheet ranges from 0.1 mm to 2 mm, and the thickness of the conductive coating ranges from 0.1 mm to 1 mm.

Alternatively, the far infrared light wave accompanied by the light wave of the terahertz wave band described in the above first to third embodiments is further modified to be a characteristic far infrared light wave band of 8 to 15 μm accompanied by a heat radiation light wave of the frequency band of 0.9 to 3.6 terahertz.
