Technical Field

The present invention relates to a dishwasher having a small basket.

Background

A conventional dishwasher generally includes the following structure: small article baskets in the shape of a box for containing small articles such as spoons and chopsticks are arranged at predetermined positions, and washing water is sprayed upward from nozzle holes of a washing nozzle moving below the small article baskets to wash dishes of the small articles. The bottom of the small article basket is formed in a mesh shape, and the mesh opening is formed in a small-diameter size that allows the washing water sprayed from the washing nozzle to pass therethrough and prevents the small articles such as chopsticks from falling (paragraph 0032, fig. 10, and fig. 12 of patent document 1, fig. 11, fig. 13, and fig. 15 of patent document 2, and paragraph 0017 of patent document 3).

In the small basket of the conventional dish washing machine, the mesh of the bottom part is fine, so that the washing water sprayed upward from below the bottom part hardly reaches above the small basket. Therefore, for example, the washing water cannot sufficiently spread over the portion of the small articles accommodated in the small article basket, and it is difficult to wash the entire small articles clean.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a dish washing machine including a small basket having a structure capable of sufficiently distributing washing water to small items accommodated in the small basket.

The invention relates to a tableware cleaning machine, which comprises the following structures:

a small basket having a bottom formed in a mesh shape is arranged at a predetermined position, washing water is jetted upward from a nozzle hole of a washing nozzle moving below the small basket,

the range of the movement locus or the periphery of the movement locus including the nozzle holes in the bottom of the small article basket is a water inlet part, and the opening of the water inlet part is larger than the opening diameter of the mesh of the other part.

According to the above configuration, the washing water sprayed upward from the nozzle hole of the moving washing nozzle from below the small basket enters the small basket through the water inlet portion at the bottom, and easily reaches above the small basket. This enables the entire surface of the washing water to be distributed over the small articles accommodated in the small article basket. Therefore, the washing water can be sufficiently distributed to the portion of the small article stored in the small article basket, and the like, to wash the entire small article, and the washing effect of the small article can be improved.

Preferably, a diffuser unit for diffusing the washing water jetted upward from below in a lateral direction is provided above the water inlet portion of the small article basket, and the diffuser unit can make the washing water fly toward the small articles accommodated in the small article basket. Therefore, the washing water can hit the small articles over the entire surface, and the washing effect of the small articles can be further improved.

Detailed Description

(embodiment mode 1)

A dish washing and drying machine (dish washing machine) 1 according to embodiment 1 shown in fig. 1 is an embedded dish washing and drying machine installed in an integrated kitchen, and has a washing machine main body 11 constituting an outer frame. The washing tub 12 is accommodated in the washing machine main body 11. A door 13 is attached to the front side of the cleaning tank 12, and the cleaning tank 12 is pulled out by pulling out the door 13 toward the front. A washing water storage portion 15 communicating with the inside of washing tub 12 through a residue filter 14 is provided on the lower surface of washing tub 12. A washing pump 16 communicating with the reservoir 15 is provided in the lower surface space of the washing tub 12. A drying duct 17 and a drying fan 18 for introducing drying air for drying dishes (dishes 20 and small articles 30) in washing tub 12 are provided on the rear surface side of washing tub 12. The present invention is also applicable to a dishwasher having no drying function for dishes.

Dish basket 2 is accommodated in washing tub 12 in a mounted state. In the dish basket 2, dishes 20 such as a plate, a tea bowl, and a cup can be placed. The dish basket 2 is provided to be detachable from the wash bowl 12. The dish basket 2 is formed of a metal wire rod coated with a resin, and is composed of a lattice-shaped base 21 and a plurality of support portions 22 erected from the base 21. The dish basket 2 may be made of resin or metal such as stainless steel.

A small article basket 3 in the form of a long and narrow box is attached to the dish basket 2 near the center. The small article basket 3 can accommodate tableware such as small articles 30 including chopsticks, spoons, and forks. Small article basket 3 is detachably attached to dish basket 2 by being engaged with base 21 of dish basket 2 through engagement groove 31 (see fig. 2) formed in bottom 32, and is disposed at a predetermined position in washing tub 12. The small article basket 3 is made of resin, but may be made of metal such as stainless steel. The small article basket 3 will be described in detail later.

The cleaning tank 12 is provided with: an elongated washing nozzle 4 located below the dish basket 2 and the small basket 3 and horizontally long; and a cylindrical center nozzle 5 provided upright at the longitudinal center of the cleaning nozzle 4. The washing water in the reservoir 15 is supplied to the washing nozzle 4 and the center nozzle 5 by the washing pump 16.

The cleaning nozzle 4 has a plurality of nozzle holes 41 on the upper surface along the longitudinal direction. The plurality of nozzle holes 41 have: a nozzle hole 41 (see 41a in fig. 3) for jetting the washing water directly upward; and a nozzle hole 41 (see 41b in fig. 3) for injecting obliquely upward. The washing nozzle 4 has rotation propulsion holes 42 for jetting washing water in a substantially horizontal direction at both ends in the longitudinal direction. The washing nozzle 4 is rotated by the jetting reaction force of the washing water from the rotation propelling hole 42 and the nozzle hole 41 jetted obliquely upward. That is, washing nozzle 4 rotates about a vertical axis line at the longitudinal center portion, moves below dish basket 2 and small basket 3, and sprays washing water upward from nozzle holes 41 toward dish basket 2 and small basket 3.

The center nozzle 5 has a lower half 51 and an upper half 52 inserted into the lower half 51 so as to be movable up and down. The center nozzle 5 rotates together with the washing nozzle 4, and the upper half 52 extends upward by the water pressure of the washing water supplied from the washing pump 16. Lateral nozzle holes 53 are provided in the side walls of the lower half 51 and the upper half 52 of the center nozzle 5, and wash water is laterally sprayed from the lateral nozzle holes 53 to the dish basket 2 and the small basket 3.

Next, the small article basket 3 will be described in detail.

As shown in fig. 2, the small article basket 3 is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped box shape as a whole. The small article basket 3 includes: a substantially rectangular plate-like bottom 32; a pillar 33 erected on the bottom 32; and a substantially rectangular annular frame 34 provided on the support column 33.

Six support columns 33 are provided upright at the rear end (one long side portion) of the bottom portion 32 in the longitudinal direction. The frame 34 is constituted by: an I-shaped bar 34a connecting the six pillars 33; and コ -shaped lateral strips 34b extending toward the front side (the other long side of the bottom portion 32) and connecting between the two support columns 33 at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the bottom portion 32. The I-shaped bars 34a and コ are provided in plural (nine) at predetermined intervals at vertically different positions. A plurality of dividing strips 35 connected to コ -shaped horizontal strips 34b are provided on the inner four columns 33 among the six columns 33, and the internal space of the small article basket 3 is divided into five sections 36(36a to 36e) in the longitudinal direction by the dividing strips 35. By dividing the block 36 in this way, small articles 30 such as chopsticks and spoons can be accommodated in the small article basket 3 in an erected state.

The bottom portion 32 is basically formed of a mesh-like plate member having a plurality of mesh openings of a size that allows the washing water injected from the nozzle holes 41 of the washing nozzle 4 to pass therethrough and prevents the small articles 30 such as chopsticks from falling, and the bottom portion 32 includes a mesh-like mesh portion 6 and a water inlet portion 7 that opens by penetrating a part of the bottom portion 32.

Water inlet portion 7 is a portion having an opening larger than the mesh opening diameter of mesh portion 6, and allows the wash water sprayed from wash nozzle 4 to directly enter small article basket 3. The water inlet portion 7 may be formed not by one opening but by a mesh-like porous portion having a plurality of mesh openings with a larger opening size than the mesh opening diameter of the mesh portion 6.

The position where water inlet portion 7 is provided corresponds to movement locus k of nozzle hole 41 of washing nozzle 4 moving below small basket 3 or the periphery of movement locus k in a state where small basket 3 is attached to dish basket 2 and disposed at a predetermined position of washing tub 12. As shown in fig. 3, for example, when the nozzle hole 41a for jetting the washing water directly upward is viewed from above, the nozzle hole 41a includes a movement locus k of the nozzle hole 41a for jetting the washing water directly upward, and the nozzle hole 41b for jetting the washing water obliquely upward includes a jet line of the washing water jetted from the nozzle hole 41b for jetting the washing water obliquely upward. When the nozzle hole 41b ejected obliquely upward is viewed from above in accordance with the position of the water inlet portion 7 of the nozzle hole 41b ejected obliquely upward, depending on the ejection angle or the ejection direction of the nozzle hole 41b ejected obliquely upward, the position may include the movement trajectory k of the nozzle hole 41b ejected obliquely upward, or the position may be the position around the movement trajectory k that does not include the movement trajectory k of the nozzle hole 41b ejected obliquely upward. In short, the water inlet part 7 may be provided to include a position of the bottom part 32 hit by the washing water upwardly sprayed from the at least one nozzle hole 41 of the washing nozzle 4.

In embodiment 1, the bottoms 32 of the first, third, and fifth blocks 36a, 36c, and 36e are referred to as the mesh portion 6, and the bottoms 32 of the second and fourth blocks 36b and 36d are referred to as the water inlet portion 7. Further, the washing water ejected from any of the plurality of nozzle holes 41 of the washing nozzle 4 hits the bottom portions 32 of the first to fifth blocks 36a to 36e, respectively.

By providing the water inlet portion 7 in a predetermined range of the bottom portion 32 of the small article basket 3, the washing water sprayed upward from the nozzle hole 41 of the moving washing nozzle 4 from below the small article basket 3 directly enters the small article basket 3 through the water inlet portion 7, and easily reaches above the small article basket 3. By allowing the washing water to reach above the small basket 3, the washing water can easily hit the entire small basket 30 accommodated in the small basket 3. This enables the entire surface of the small articles 30 accommodated in the small article basket 3 to be distributed with washing water. Therefore, the washing water can be sufficiently distributed to the small article 30 even in the portion accommodated in the small article basket 3, and the whole small article 30 can be washed cleanly, and the washing effect of the small article 30 can be improved.

Further, on the upper surface portions of the second and fourth blocks 36b and 36d, which use the bottom portion 32 as the water inlet portion 7, a diffusing portion (diffusing means) 8 (see fig. 2) formed of a mesh-like plate member having a plurality of mesh openings is provided. The bottom 32 is an opening on the upper surface of each of the first, third, and fifth blocks 36a, 36c, and 36e of the mesh portion 6, and serves as a chamber for accommodating the small articles 30.

In this way, by providing the mesh-like diffuser 8 on the upper surface portion of the blocks 36b and 36d provided with the water inlet 7, the washing water that has passed through the water inlet 7 and reached the upper side hits the diffuser 8, and the washing water is diffused in the lateral direction. This makes it possible to cause the wash water to fly toward the small articles 30 accommodated in the small article basket 3. Further, by forming the diffuser 8 in a mesh shape, the washing water hitting from below the diffuser 8 can be diffused not only below the diffuser 8 but also laterally above the diffuser 8, and the washing water can be diffused over a wide range. Therefore, a large amount of washing water can hit the small items 30 all over, so that the washing effect of the small items 30 can be further improved. Further, by providing the diffuser 8 on the upper surface portions of the blocks 36b and 36d that are the water inlet portions 7 and that open the bottom portion 32, it is possible to prevent the small articles 30 from being erroneously placed in the blocks 36b and 36 d. Therefore, the mesh opening diameter of the diffusing portion 8 is preferably set to a size that does not allow insertion of small articles 30 such as chopsticks.

The water inlet unit 7 is provided in blocks 36, and blocks 36b, 36d in which the water inlet unit 7 is provided are provided adjacent to blocks 36a, 36c, 36e which are small article storage chambers. Therefore, the washing water entered from the water inlet part 7 easily reaches the adjacent blocks 36a, 36c, 36e containing the small items 30, so that the washing water can easily hit the small items 30. Therefore, the cleaning effect of the small articles 30 can be reliably improved.

In the case where a plurality of blocks 36 provided with the water inlet portions 7 are provided, it is preferable to alternately provide the blocks 36b, 36d of the water inlet portions 7 and the blocks 36a, 36c, 36e as the small item 30 storage chambers, so that the washing water can be reliably sprinkled over the adjacent blocks 36a, 36c, 36e as the small item storage chambers. Further, the blocks 36b and 36d of the water inlet unit 7 are preferably arranged such that the blocks 36a, 36c, and 36e of the small article storage chambers are adjacent on both sides, whereby the small article storage chambers can reliably shower the washing water onto the two adjacent blocks 36a and 36c (36c and 36e), and a large number of storage locations for the small articles 30 can be secured.

(modification example)

Next, a modification of the small article basket 3 of embodiment 1 is illustrated.

In embodiment 1, the water inlet portion 7 is formed by opening the entire bottom portion 32 of the block 36, but the water inlet portion 7 may be formed by partially opening the bottom portion 32 of the block 36. For example, the water inlet portion 7 may be formed by dividing one block 36 and punching one of the bottoms 32 of the divided portions 37 (see fig. 4). In this case, the divided form in one block 36 may be various, but the water inlet portion 7 is provided on the divided portion 37 at a position corresponding to the movement locus k of the nozzle hole 41 or the periphery of the movement locus k. In addition, the water inlet part 7 is preferably provided at a position where the washing water entered through the water inlet part 7 is directed to the inside of the block 36.

For example, as shown in fig. 4, one block 36 may be divided into two parts in the left and right direction (37 a and 37b in fig. 4 a) or in the front and rear direction (37 a and 37b in fig. 4 b), and the bottom 32 of the divided part 37b may be opened to provide the water inlet portion 7. The bottom 32 of the other divided portion 37a is a mesh portion 6. A diffuser 8 is disposed on the upper surface of the water inlet 7 of the divided portion 37 b. In the small article basket 3 (see fig. 2) according to embodiment 1, the small articles 30 cannot be accommodated in the blocks 36b and 36d provided with the water inlet portion 7, but according to the small article basket 3 according to the modification shown in fig. 4, the small articles 30 such as chopsticks can be accommodated in the divided portions 37a of the blocks 36 where the water inlet portion 7 is not provided, and a large accommodation space for the small articles 30 can be secured. In addition, the small items 30 accommodated in the block 36 can be sufficiently hit by the washing water entering the divided portion 37b provided with the water inlet part 7, and the washing effect of the small items 30 can be improved.

As shown in fig. 4(c) and (d), when the water inlet portion 7 is provided in the divided portion 37b in the block 36, the diffuser portion 8 on the upper surface portion thereof can be formed in an inclined shape with an inclined surface directed toward the divided portion 37a which is a small article accommodating space in which the water inlet portion 7 is not provided. By hitting the washing water against the inclined diffuser 8 from below in this way, the washing water can be diffused toward the small article accommodating space (divided portion 37a side), and more washing water can hit the small articles 30. Further, by providing the diffuser 8 with an inclined shape, washing water can be prevented from remaining on the diffuser 8, and drying of the small articles 30 after washing is not hindered.

As another example, the water inlet portion 7 may be provided in a diagonal portion of the quadrangular bottom portion 32 in one block 36, or may be provided in a central portion of the bottom portion 32. In embodiment 1, the diffusion portion 8 on the upper surface is formed in a flat plate-like shape and is disposed substantially parallel to the surface of the bottom portion 32, but may be formed in a V-shape in which inclined surfaces are directed toward two adjacent blocks 36, or may be formed in an inclined shape in which inclined surfaces are directed toward one adjacent block 36. Accordingly, by hitting the washing water against the inclined surface of the diffuser 8 from below, the washing water is effectively diffused in the lateral direction, and more washing water can hit the small items 30 accommodated in the small item basket 3.

(embodiment mode 2)

Fig. 5 is a perspective view (fig. 5 a) and a side view (fig. 5 b) schematically showing a small basket 3A according to embodiment 2, and in the perspective view of fig. 5 a, a part of a frame 34 is omitted in order to clarify a diffusing portion (diffusing means) 8a inside.

The small article basket 3A according to embodiment 2 shown in fig. 5(a) and (b) is mainly different from the small article basket 3 according to embodiment 1 in that the diffuser 8a is disposed so as to be erected from the bottom 32 so as to surround the water inlet 7 and is disposed above the water inlet 7. The small article basket 3A according to embodiment 2 is provided with a water inlet portion 7 having a rectangular opening in the central portion of the mesh-like bottom portion 32, and a triangular roof-like diffuser portion 8a in which a triangular roof-like mesh member is erected so as to extend over the long side of the water inlet portion 7 and is disposed above the water inlet portion 7. The mesh opening of the diffuser 8a is set to a size that does not allow small articles 30 such as chopsticks to be inserted therethrough. The height of the gable-roof-shaped diffuser 8a is set to about the height of the lower half of the small basket 3A, but may be set to any height. In addition, in this small article basket 3A, only two support columns 33 are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the bottom portion 32, and the internal space is divided into a plurality of blocks 36 without the partition bar 35, but the internal space may be divided into a plurality of blocks 36 by providing the partition bar 35.

According to the small article basket 3A of embodiment 2, washing water can be spread laterally by hitting the washing water from below against the inclined surface of the triangular roof-shaped diffusion portion 8 a. In this case, since the washing water diffuses in the lateral direction at the position of the diffusing portion 8a, the washing water can be diffused significantly in the small basket 3A by disposing the diffusing portion 8a in the small basket 3A. This enables the washing water to sufficiently hit the small article 30 in the portion housed in the small article basket 3A. Therefore, even the portion of the small articles 30 that is housed in the small article basket 3A with poor detergency can be cleaned cleanly without leaving any residual wash. The configuration and the operation and effects of embodiment 2 other than the above are the same as those of embodiment 1.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications may be made within the scope of the claims and the equivalents thereof. For example, the diffusing portion 8 of the small article basket 3 is not limited to being formed by a mesh-like member, and may be a diffusing unit that diffuses washing water, such as a plurality of columnar members arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval. The small article basket 3 may be configured without the diffuser 8.
