5. The cosmetic composition of claim 1, wherein the cosmetic composition has a pH of 4.5 to 7.0.

6. The cosmetic composition of claim 1, further comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.001-10 parts of pH regulator, 0.5-30 parts of cosolvent and 0.005-0.5 part of chelating agent.

The cosmetic composition of claim 6, wherein the pH adjusting agent comprises at least one of lactic acid, sodium lactate, citric acid, sodium citrate, sodium hydroxide, triethanolamine, aminomethyl propanol, arginine; the cosolvent comprises a grease cosolvent and/or an alcohol cosolvent, wherein the grease cosolvent comprises at least one of caprylic/capric triglyceride, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, ethyl linoleate, sweet almond oil and jojoba seed oil, and the alcohol cosolvent comprises at least one of methyl propylene glycol, butanediol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycols, glycerol, dipropylene glycol and ethylene glycol; the chelating agent comprises at least one of disodium EDTA and tetrasodium EDTA.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a cosmetic composition capable of stabilizing resorcinol and resorcinol derivatives and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The market of whitening and freckle-removing cosmetics is becoming active and rapidly increasing in recent years. The whitening agent has received great attention as a functional raw material of whitening cosmetics, and its development and application research are being intensively conducted. The vast majority of the existing commercial whitening agents have the action mechanism of inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase, which is an important entry point for the development of the whitening agents; other whitening agents have synergistic effects under several mechanisms, are popular in the market and are an important direction for later development.

Whitening advantages of resorcinol derivatives: in a plurality of whitening products, resorcinol derivatives are raw materials with high-activity whitening effects, and the commonly used resorcinol and resorcinol derivatives comprise phenethyl resorcinol, hexyl resorcinol and 4-butyl resorcinol, and the whitening agent with high activity and safety is synergistic with a plurality of whitening mechanisms such as melanin generation inhibition, tyrosinase activity inhibition, DHICA oxidase activity and DNA damage reduction caused by exogenous stimulation. Among the whitening advantages that resorcinol and its derivatives have been disclosed are the following: promoting glutathione synthesis, inhibiting tyrosinase production, inhibiting peroxidase synthesis, reducing DNA damage, and inhibiting the production of Maillard reaction by-products (inhibiting saccharification reaction).

However, at present, resorcinol derivatives have the following disadvantages: resorcinol derivatives are extremely unstable in the formulation of cosmetics, and the discoloration commonly found in creams varies from milky to pink or even dark brown, and occurs within a very short time, giving the product a loss of organoleptic pleasure in appearance, and the variable unstable appearance caused by discoloration makes it difficult to standardize in production. At present, the stability of the resorcinol derivative cosmetic compositions is urgently needed to be solved.

The prior cosmetic compositions using resorcinol and resorcinol derivatives adopt the following ways of delaying or reducing more discoloration: (1) adding one or more antioxidants, such as anhydrous sodium sulfite, disulfite, vitamin E acetate, etc., to the composition to inhibit discoloration and oxidation; (2) adding light stabilizer such as benzophenone-3, Oxynex ST liquid (diethylhexyl syringylidenemalonate, caprylic/capric triglyceride) or physical sunscreen titanium dioxide into the composition for shielding stabilization; (3) adding chemical chelating agent such as EDTA disodium to prevent discoloration; (4) the resorcinol and the derivatives thereof are used in the composition in a lower dosage for auxiliary whitening to prevent the deepening of discoloration.

The current prior art techniques for retarding or reducing discoloration suffer from the following disadvantages: the resorcinol derivative cosmetic composition is extremely unstable, and does not exclude the rapid color change reaction caused by the existence of various uncertain factors, wherein most probably, the resorcinol and the resorcinol derivative are easy to be oxidized and discolored, or the accelerated color change of UV and other light is caused. If antioxidants are added, the types of antioxidants are various, and a great deal of time is needed for selecting the antioxidants in the discoloration of the resorcinol derivatives, and the types of antioxidants commonly used in cosmetics at present are rarely reported in the prevention of the discoloration of the resorcinol derivatives. The method of adding the chemical or physical sunscreen agent is suitable for being used in whitening sunscreen products, but the addition of the chemical sunscreen agent in a non-sunscreen cosmetic formula also causes extra cost, and the addition of the physical sunscreen agent brings extra appearance and skin feeling to the products, so that the method has certain limitations. So far, the problem of easy discoloration of resorcinol derivatives is still under investigation.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on this, the present invention aims to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and provide a cosmetic composition capable of stabilizing resorcinol and its derivatives, and a method for preparing the same.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a cosmetic composition capable of stabilizing resorcinol and its derivatives, comprising the following components: anionic O/W polymer emulsifying thickener and resorcinol, or anionic O/W polymer emulsifying thickener and resorcinol derivative; the anionic O/W high-molecular emulsifying thickener comprises the following components: sodium polyacrylate, C18-21 alkane and tridecyl polyether-6.

The anionic O/W polymer emulsifying thickener is Xian Ting emulsifier G57 containing sodium polyacrylate, C18-21 alkane and tridecyl polyether-6, and is provided by Xian Ting trade company Limited. The inventors of the present application have found that resorcinol and its derivatives and anionic O/W polymeric emulsifying thickeners form a formulation with a network gel structure, especially anionic O/W polymeric emulsifying thickeners containing sodium polyacrylate type structures, such combination can improve the color stability of cosmetic compositions containing resorcinol and its derivatives.

Preferably, the weight ratio of the anionic O/W high-molecular emulsifying thickener to the resorcinol is as follows: anionic O/W high-molecular emulsifying thickener: resorcinol 0.5-5: 0.01-30; the weight ratio of the anionic O/W high-molecular emulsifying thickener to the resorcinol derivative is as follows: anionic O/W high-molecular emulsifying thickener: the resorcinol derivative is 0.5-5: 0.01-30. The inventors of the present invention have found, through a large number of creative experimental studies, that the stability of the obtained cosmetic composition is good when the weight ratio of the anionic O/W polymeric emulsifying thickener to the resorcinol and the derivatives thereof is within the above range.

Further preferably, the weight ratio of the anionic O/W high-molecular emulsifying thickener to the resorcinol is as follows: anionic O/W high-molecular emulsifying thickener: 2-3:1-5 of resorcinol; the weight ratio of the anionic O/W high-molecular emulsifying thickener to the resorcinol derivative is as follows: anionic O/W high-molecular emulsifying thickener: the resorcinol derivative is 2-3: 1-5. The inventors of the present application have found, through a large number of creative experimental studies, that the cosmetic composition obtained has better stability when the weight ratio of the anionic O/W polymeric emulsifying thickener to the resorcinol and the derivatives thereof is within the above range.

Most preferably, the anionic O/W polymeric emulsifying thickener: resorcinol 2: 1; the weight ratio of the anionic O/W high-molecular emulsifying thickener to the resorcinol derivative is as follows: anionic O/W high-molecular emulsifying thickener: the resorcinol derivative is 2: 1. The inventors of the present invention have found, through a large number of creative experimental studies, that the stability of the obtained cosmetic composition is optimized when the weight ratio of the anionic O/W polymeric emulsifying thickener to the resorcinol and the derivatives thereof is within the above range.

Preferably, the cosmetic composition has a pH of 4.5 to 7.0. When the resorcinol derivative is used, the factor influencing the color change is the pH range, and the pH range is often strictly controlled under the weak acidic condition such as 4.0-5.0, but the thickening of the thickening agent is difficult. The control of the pH range of the cosmetic composition of the invention is critical, and the composition provided by the invention can stabilize resorcinol and derivatives thereof, especially hexyl resorcinol, 4-butyl resorcinol and phenethyl resorcinol at the pH value of 4.5-7.0.

Preferably, the cosmetic composition further comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.001-10 parts of pH regulator, 0.5-30 parts of cosolvent and 0.005-0.5 part of chelating agent.

Preferably, the pH adjusting agent comprises at least one of lactic acid, sodium lactate, citric acid, sodium citrate, sodium hydroxide, triethanolamine, aminomethyl propanol, arginine; the cosolvent comprises a grease cosolvent and/or an alcohol cosolvent, wherein the grease cosolvent comprises at least one of caprylic/capric triglyceride, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, ethyl linoleate, sweet almond oil and jojoba seed oil, and the alcohol cosolvent comprises at least one of methyl propylene glycol, butanediol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycols, glycerol, dipropylene glycol and ethylene glycol; the chelating agent comprises at least one of disodium EDTA and tetrasodium EDTA.

Further, the application also provides application of the cosmetic composition capable of stabilizing resorcinol and resorcinol derivatives in cosmetics.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) compared with other emulsion thickening systems, the emulsion thickening two-in-one anionic O/W high-molecular emulsion thickening agent can form a stable O/W three-dimensional network gel structure, and resorcinol and derivatives thereof can be completely wrapped in the gel structure. (2) The preferable anionic O/W high-molecular emulsifying thickener contains a non-ionic emulsifier while forming a gel structure, and performs synergistic winding of two structures of a tighter micelle and a gel network, so that the phenomenon of color instability caused by contact oxidation and the like of resorcinol derivatives in the preparation process is better reduced.

To better illustrate the objects, aspects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

The invention is provided with embodiments 1-5, and the components and parts by weight of the specific embodiments 1-5 are selected as shown in table 1:

The invention relates to a preparation method of a cosmetic composition capable of stabilizing resorcinol and derivatives thereof, which comprises the following steps:

step 1: mixing resorcinol or resorcinol derivative and cosolvent in advance to dissolve uniformly to obtain a mixture A;

step 2: uniformly mixing a chelating agent, water and an anionic O/W high-molecular emulsifying thickener to obtain a mixture B;

and step 3: adding the mixture A in the step 1 into the mixture B in the step 2, and uniformly mixing;

and 4, step 4: the pH adjusting agent is added to a suitable pH range.

As is clear from Table 3, examples 1 to 5 show that the cosmetic compositions prepared in the present application, which can stabilize resorcinol and its derivatives, all exhibit excellent stability. Comparative examples 1 to 3 differ from the present application only in the use of emulsion thickeners, which differ significantly from the present application in their stability.

The emulsion thickener SEPIPLUS 400 is stable when the pH value is 5-5.5. The emulsion thickener Aristoflex AVC is relatively unstable, and the composition is easy to discolor. The emulsion thickener PEMULEN EZ-4U has pH of 5-6, and the cosmetic composition is stable. The cosmetic composition is stable when the pH value of the emulsion thickener SepiMax ZEN is 5-5.5.
