Technical Field
The present invention relates to a container with a removal tool, which can store contents and remove tools.
Background
A container for storing contents such as cosmetics may be accompanied by a removal tool such as a spatula for applying cosmetics, and therefore, a structure for storing the removal tool is provided. For example, as shown in patent document 1, a holding tool having an insertion hole formed in a flat plate-like ring body is attached to a mouth portion of a container main body, and an application tool is inserted into the insertion hole and held. As shown in
Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, there is a problem that when a removal tool such as a spatula is held in an upright state, the content is exposed to the outside in a state of being attached to the removal tool, which is not hygienic. Further, when the removal tool is accommodated in the inner lid, the removal tool needs to be of a size capable of being accommodated in the inner lid, and there is a problem that the size, particularly the length, of the removal tool is limited.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a container with a removal tool, which can be stored in a state where a distal end of the removal tool is not exposed to the outside, and which can store a long removal tool having an end portion protruding outward from an inner lid; further, a container with a taking-out tool is provided, which can keep the taking-out tool in a standing state according to the use condition.
Means for solving the problems
The container with the extracting tool of the invention comprises a container body for containing contents, the extracting tool and a tray for bearing the container body, wherein the tray is provided with a bearing part and an edge part, the bearing part bears the bottom surface of the container body, and the edge part is positioned at the periphery of the bearing part; the placing part is provided with a concave part, the upper surface of the concave part is abutted with the bottom surface of the container body, and the concave part forms a groove part for accommodating the taking-out tool; one end of the groove part cuts the edge part to form an opening, and the other end of the groove part is positioned in the carrying part; when the removal tool is stored in the tray, the removal tool can be stored in the groove portion in a state where the end portion of the removal tool on the handle side protrudes outward from the groove portion.
At least a part of the surface of the mounting portion is formed as a concave curved surface that is not in contact with the bottom surface of the container body.
The bottom surface of the groove part is provided with at least one protruding part for supporting the taking-out tool.
In the placement portion, the groove portion has a width narrower at a boundary between the placement portion and the edge portion than at other positions.
An upper surface of the edge portion is inclined downward toward an outer side from a boundary with the mount portion, and in addition, a part of the edge portion protrudes toward an outer side.
A through hole penetrating the upper surface of the edge portion in the vertical direction is provided, and the removal tool can be held in an upright state by inserting the removal tool into the through hole.
The edge portion is provided with a rib extending downward from the through hole, and when the removal tool is inserted into the through hole, the rib restricts the inclination of the removal tool.
Effects of the invention
The container with the extracting tool of the invention comprises a container body for containing contents, the extracting tool and a tray for bearing the container body, wherein the tray is provided with a bearing part and an edge part, the bearing part bears the bottom surface of the container body, and the edge part is positioned at the periphery of the bearing part; the placing part is provided with a concave part, the upper surface of the concave part is abutted with the bottom surface of the container body, and the concave part forms a groove part for accommodating the taking-out tool; one end of the groove part cuts the edge part to form an opening, and the other end of the groove part is positioned in the carrying part; when the removal tool is stored in the tray, the removal tool can be stored in the groove portion in a state where the end portion of the removal tool on the handle side protrudes outward from the groove portion, whereby the distal end of the removal tool can be stored without being exposed to the outside, and the removal tool can be easily removed or put in without soiling the hand, and the removal tool longer than the conventional removal tool can be stored.
The removal tool can be easily removed from the tray by forming a concave curved surface on at least a part of the surface of the placement portion, the concave curved surface not being in contact with the bottom surface of the container body.
By providing at least one protrusion for supporting the removing tool at the bottom surface of the groove, the portion of the removing tool for scooping the content can be suspended from the groove, and the content attached to the removing tool can be prevented from attaching to the tray.
In the placement portion, the groove portion has a width narrower at a boundary between the placement portion and the edge portion than at other positions, whereby a surrounding space of the groove portion in which the distal end portion of the extraction tool is housed is widened, and it is possible to prevent the content attached to the extraction tool from attaching to the tray.
By providing a through hole vertically penetrating the upper surface of the edge portion and inserting the removal tool into the through hole, the removal tool can be held in a standing state, and the removal tool can be temporarily placed on the tray easily when used.
By providing a rib extending downward from the through hole at the edge portion, when the removal tool is inserted into the through hole, the rib restricts the inclination of the removal tool, and the removal tool can be stably held by the through hole; further, the rib can hold the extraction tool in a state in which the extraction tool is tilted.
