Detailed Description

The container 1 with a taking-out tool according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, a container 1 with a removal tool according to a first embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6. The container 1 with a taking-out tool according to the present invention is a container for storing contents such as cosmetics and a taking-out tool such as a spatula, and as shown in fig. 1, includes a container main body 2 for storing contents, a taking-out tool 3, and a tray 4 for supporting the container main body 2. The container body 2 includes a body 21 and a lid 22, the body 21 stores contents, the lid 22 is detachably attached to the body 21, and an inner lid or the like may be included as the case may be, and various types of conventional containers may be used as the container body 2. The shape of the container body 2 may be such that the bottom surface can be placed on the tray 4.

Although the taking-out tool 3 can be used with a conventional spatula when the contents are cosmetics, the contents in the main body 21 at each corner can be easily scooped up by setting the distal end to a straight line. Further, the recess for scooping the content of the taking-out tool 3 may be a quadratic surface.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the tray 4 includes a placement portion 41 and a rim portion 42, the placement portion 41 is placed on the bottom surface of the container body 2, and the rim portion 42 is located on the outer periphery of the placement portion 41. In the present embodiment, the container body 2 has a cylindrical shape, and matches the bottom surface of the body 21 of the container body 2, and the planar shape of the placement portion 41 has a circular shape; the upper surface of the placement portion 41 is in contact with at least a part of the bottom surface of the main body 21, and has a shape capable of stably placing the container main body 2. In the present embodiment, since the bottom surface of the main body 21 has a flat surface, the upper surface of the placement portion 41 also has a circular flat surface, and further has a side surface continuous with the edge portion 42 that matches the curved surface of the chamfered bottom surface of the main body 21, and the entire surface is in the form of a concave portion.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the edge portion 42 is located on the outer periphery of the placement portion 41, and has a planar shape composed of a ring-shaped portion and a portion protruding from the ring-shaped portion at one point. The upper surface of the edge portion 42 is inclined outward from the boundary with the mounting portion 41, and the projecting portion is similarly inclined toward the distal end and is reduced in thickness. The inclination of the edge portion 42 may be various shapes, for example, a concave curved surface, a convex curved surface, or the like, and the inclination angle may be partially changed in consideration of design.

A groove portion 43 extending in the diameter direction is formed in the mounting portion 41 of the tray 4 so as to pass through the center of the mounting portion 41, one end of the groove portion 43 cuts the edge portion 42, and an opening is formed in the outer peripheral portion of the edge portion 42; the other end of the groove 43 is positioned in the mounting portion 41, and forms a space for accommodating the removal tool 3. The bottom surface of the groove 43 is formed with a single protrusion 44 so as to cut the groove 43. As shown in fig. 5, when the extraction tool 3 is accommodated in the groove portion 43, the extraction tool 3 is supported by the protrusion 44 in a state in which the distal end side to which the content is attached is suspended, and therefore, the content can be prevented from attaching to the tray 4 from the extraction tool 3. The number of the projections 44 is not limited to one, and two or more projections may be provided as long as the distal end side of the extraction tool 3 is not brought into contact with the groove portion 43, and it is preferable that the extraction tool 3 is easily extracted.

As shown in fig. 3, the groove portion 43 is formed so that the width gradually decreases from the middle of the groove portion 43 toward the distal end (the opening side of the edge portion 42), and the width is the narrowest at the boundary between the mounting portion 41 and the edge portion 42 at the mounting portion 41. Thus, when the removal tool 3 is stored in the groove portion 43, the portion for storing the distal end side thereof becomes wider, and the content attached to the distal end of the removal tool 3 can be prevented from adhering to the side surface of the groove portion 43 or the like; when the tray 4 is moved in a state where the removal tool 3 is stored, the movement of the removal tool 3 can be restricted. The width of the groove portion 43 is not limited to this form, and a portion that receives the distal end of the extraction tool 3 may have a sufficient width.

The mounting portion 41 is provided with two curved surfaces 45 having a recess on both sides of the groove portion 43. The curved surface 45 is formed by an inclined surface concavely curved from the upper surface of the mounting portion 41 toward the groove portion 43, and is recessed so as to be continuous with the groove portion 43, and does not contact the bottom surface of the container body 2 when the mounting portion 41 is mounted on the container body 2. The curved surfaces 45 are provided to facilitate removal of the removal tool 3 accommodated in the groove portions 43, and when the removal tool 3 is removed from the state in which the removal tool 3 is accommodated in the groove portions 43 of the tray 4, fingers are easily inserted into the lower side of the removal tool 3 when the fingers are inserted into the two curved surfaces 45, as shown in fig. 5, so that the removal tool 3 can be easily removed. Further, since the projection 44 is disposed adjacent to the curved surface 45, when a finger is inserted into both the curved surfaces 45, the finger tip is easily inserted into a gap formed on the lower surface of the extraction tool 3 supported by the projection 44, and therefore the extraction tool 3 can be more smoothly extracted.

The upper surface of the mounting portion 41 is not limited to the inclined surface partially curved as described above, and the entire upper surface may be substantially curved. In this case, it is necessary to form a stable shape when the container main body 2 is placed on the placement portion 41, and in some cases, a similar curved surface is formed at least in part on the bottom surface of the container main body 2.

One end of the groove portion 43 is formed to extend toward a portion protruding outside the rim portion 42, and is inclined by an upper surface of the protruding portion, and one end of the groove portion 43 is opened and connected to the outside. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 4, since one end of the groove portion 43 is open in a state where the container main body 2 is placed on the tray 4, and the removal tool 3 can be taken out of or put into the opening, as shown in fig. 1, the removal tool 3 can be accommodated in the groove portion 43, and in a state where the container main body 2 is placed on the tray, the end portion of the removal tool 3 can be accommodated in a state where the end portion protrudes from the groove portion 43. From this state, the extraction tool 3 can be easily extracted by grasping the end of the extraction tool 3 protruding from the groove portion 43. As described above, the container with a taking-out tool 1 according to the present invention can accommodate the taking-out tool 3 in a state where the end portion of the taking-out tool 3 is protruded, and therefore, the taking-out tool 3 longer than the conventional taking-out tool can be accommodated.

In the tray 4 of the present embodiment, the placement portion 41 and the edge portion 42 are integrally injection-molded using resin, and as shown in fig. 6, a space is provided on the bottom surface side of the tray 4 and the groove portion 43 is formed so as to protrude downward, so that it is possible to reduce the amount of material required for molding the tray 4. However, the material and molding method of the tray 4 are not particularly limited, and a material other than resin may be used, and another molding method may be used, and the bottom surface may be formed in a flat shape.

In the container 1 with a removal tool according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the removal tool 3 can be accommodated in the groove 43 in a state where the container body 2 is placed on the tray 4, and therefore, the distal end of the removal tool 3 is not exposed to the outside; in addition, the removal tool 3 can be simply removed from such a state by grasping the portion protruding from the groove portion 43; further, the removal tool 3 can be easily stored by opening from the end of the groove portion 43. Further, if the container body 2 is taken out from the tray 4, the taking-out tool 3 can be simply taken out upward from the state shown in fig. 5.

As described above, the container 1 with a taking-out tool according to the present invention can be stored in the tray 4 in a state where the distal end is protected when the taking-out tool 3 is not used, and can be easily taken out even in a state where the container body 2 is carried on the tray 4 and the container body 2 is not carried on the tray, and can be used for various purposes.

The container with a removal tool 1 of the present invention is described assuming that cosmetics are used as the contents, but the contents are not particularly limited and can be used for various applications. The extraction tool 3 may be appropriately changed depending on the contents.

The shape of the container body 2 of the container 1 with a taking-out tool is described as a cylindrical shape, but may be various shapes such as a polygonal shape, and the planar shape of the tray 4 may be changed correspondingly. Even if the container body 2 is formed in a polygonal column shape, if a bottom of the body 21 is provided with a circular protruding bottom which can be placed on the placing portion 41, the shape can be handled without changing the planar shape of the tray 4.

Next, a container 11 with a removal tool according to a second embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 7 to 12. Since the cosmetic container 11 of the second embodiment uses the container body 2 and the removing tool 3 used in the first embodiment, detailed descriptions of the container body 2 and the removing tool 3 will be omitted.

As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the container 11 with a taking-out tool according to the second embodiment includes a container body 2, a taking-out tool 3, and a tray 4' on which the container body 2 is placed. The container body 2 is composed of a body 21 and a lid 22.

As shown in fig. 8 and 10, the tray 4 'has a placement portion 41' and a rim portion 42', the placement portion 41' carries the bottom surface of the container body 2, and the rim portion 42 'is located on the outer periphery of the placement portion 41'. The mounting portion 41' is matched with the bottom surface of the body 21 of the container body 2 having a circular shape, has a circular planar shape, has a flat annular outer peripheral portion, has a concave curved surface 45' on the inner side of the annular portion, has a side surface connected from the outer periphery of the annular portion and the edge portion 42', and has a concave shape as a whole.

As shown in fig. 10, a groove portion 43 'extending in the diameter direction is formed in the mounting portion 41' of the tray 4 'so as to pass through the center of the mounting portion 41'. The groove portion 43' cuts the annular portion of the mounting portion 41' and the curved surface 45', cuts the edge portion 42' at one end, and opens at the outer peripheral portion of the edge portion 42 '; the other end of the groove 43 'is positioned in the mounting portion 41' to form a space for accommodating the removal tool 3. Since the groove portion 43' is continuous with the curved surface 45', the depth of the groove portion 43' varies according to the curved surface 45' as shown in fig. 8, and becomes shallowest near the middle of the mounting portion 41 '. Therefore, the curved surface 45' facilitates insertion of a finger into the groove 43' below the removal tool 3, and facilitates removal of the removal tool 3 from the groove 43 '.

The bottom surface of the groove 43 'is formed with a single projection 44', and when the removal tool 3 is accommodated in the groove 43', the removal tool 3 is supported by the projection 44' and suspended on the distal end side as shown in fig. 11. This can prevent the content attached to the distal end of the removal tool 3 from being attached to the groove portion 43'. Further, since the extraction tool 3 is supported by the projection 44', a gap is formed below the vicinity of the projection 44', and when the extraction tool 3 in such a state is extracted, when a finger is inserted along the curved surface 45', the finger can be smoothly inserted into the gap below the extraction tool 3, and the extraction tool 3 can be easily extracted.

As shown in fig. 10, the groove portion 43 'is formed to be gradually narrowed in width from the halfway of the groove portion 43' toward the distal end (the opening side of the rim portion 42 '), and in the mount portion 41', the width at the boundary between the mount portion 41 'and the rim portion 42' is the narrowest. Thus, when the removal tool 3 is stored in the groove portion 43', the portion for storing the distal end side thereof is widened, and the content attached to the distal end of the removal tool 3 can be prevented from adhering to the side surface of the groove portion 43'.

The curved surface 45 'may be formed by further reducing the number of flat ring-shaped portions and extending to the vicinity of the boundary of the edge portion 42'; further, the planar shape may be formed into an elliptical shape extending along the groove portion 43', and may be formed into a more complicated curved surface, or another curved surface may be further provided in the curved surface 45'; the region and shape of the curved surface are not particularly limited as long as the container body 2 can be stably placed.

The edge portion 42 'is located on the outer periphery of the mounting portion 41' and has a planar shape composed of a ring-shaped portion and portions protruding in two directions from the ring-shaped portion. The upper surface of the edge portion 42 'is inclined outward from the boundary with the mounting portion 41', and the projecting portion is similarly inclined toward the distal end and is reduced in thickness. As shown in fig. 8, 10, and 12, in the present embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, the edge portion 42' has portions protruding in two directions, a through hole 46 penetrating vertically is formed in an upper surface of one of the protruding portions, and a tubular rib 47 extending downward from the through hole 46 is further formed. As shown in fig. 7, the tray 4' can hold the extraction tool 3 in an upright state by inserting an end portion into the through hole 46 from above in an upright state of the extraction tool 3. In the present embodiment, since the thickness of the upper surface of the edge portion 42' is small, the rib 47 shown in fig. 12 is provided, whereby the extraction tool 3 can be held in a stable state.

The through hole 46 has a planar shape that allows the removal tool 3 to be inserted and held therein, and the rib 47 extends downward along the contour of the through hole 46. However, the rib 47 is not limited to a cylindrical shape, and may be two opposing ribs or a plurality of ribs arranged at intervals, as long as the extraction tool 3 can be held in a standing state; the extending direction of the rib 47 is not limited to the vertical direction, and may be inclined, for example, the rib 47 may be inclined so as to hold the extraction tool 3 in a state where the distal end of the extraction tool 3 is inclined in a direction away from the container body 2. The rib 47 may be omitted by increasing the thickness of the upper surface of the rim 42'.

One end of the groove portion 43' is formed at one position of the protruding portion of the rim portion 42', and the upper surface of the protruding portion is inclined, so that one end of the groove portion 43' is opened and connected to the outside. Thus, as shown in fig. 9, when the extraction tool 3 is stored in the groove portion 43', the end portion of the extraction tool 3 can be stored in a state of protruding from the groove portion 43', and the extraction tool 3 can be easily extracted by grasping the end portion of the extraction tool 3 protruding from the groove portion 43 '.

As shown in fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the portions of the edge portion 42' protruding in two directions are arranged in a positional relationship of 180 °, but the positional relationship of the protruding portions is not particularly limited, and the number thereof is not limited to two directions. In addition, when the protruding portions are formed in three or more directions, one end of the groove portion 43' may be provided at one position, and through holes may be formed at the remaining two positions. The through-holes 46 need not be formed in the portions where the edge portions 42 'protrude, and the through-holes may be formed by widening the width of the edge portions 42', and the number is not limited and may be formed in a plurality of places.

As shown in fig. 9, the container 11 with a removal tool of the present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, and the removal tool 3 can be accommodated by using the groove portion 43 'in a state where the container main body 2 is placed on the tray 4'; as shown in fig. 7, by providing the through hole 46 in the tray 4', the removal tool 3 can be placed on the tray 4' in a standing state. Accordingly, when the container main body 2 is loaded on the tray 4', the removal tool 3 can be temporarily placed on the tray 4' easily through the through hole 46, thereby improving convenience. As described above, the container with extraction tool 11 of the present embodiment can store and hold the extraction tool 3 by different methods depending on the usage situation.
