Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of shock absorption, in particular to a shock pad.

Background

Shock-absorbing pads are common devices in sporting goods. Generally laid under sports wood flooring to absorb shock. At present, with the improvement of living standard of people, the requirements on sports goods are higher and higher. The existing sports stadiums such as basketball court and the like mostly adopt common wood floors, and have the problems that the effects of shock absorption, buffering and energy absorption are poor, the abrasion of the impact force of athletes on each joint cannot be relieved, the rebound rate of a ball body is low, and the like. The invention discloses a prefabricated rubber particle cushion and a plastic basketball court with the publication number of CN205171309U and the name of 'prefabricated rubber particle cushion and plastic basketball court', which comprises rubber particles mixed with glue solution, wherein the rubber particles comprise a cylinder with a regular hexagon cross section, two end faces of the cylinder are parallel, a left triangular prism is fixed on each side face of the cylinder at the position at the same distance from the left end face of the cylinder, the edge line of the left triangular prism is parallel to the axis of the cylinder, a right triangular prism is fixed at the position at the same distance from the right end face of the cylinder, and the edge line of the right triangular prism is parallel to the axis of the cylinder. Although the basketball court with good flatness can be formed, the basketball court is not suitable for a floor type basketball court, and has the problems that the effects of shock absorption, buffering and energy absorption are poor, the abrasion of the impact force of athletes on joints cannot be relieved, the rebound rate of balls is low, and the like.

Based on this, the present invention provides a shock pad to solve the above technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a shock pad to solve the technical problem that the existing shock pad is poor in shock absorption, buffering and energy absorption effects. The purpose is realized by the following technical scheme:

in view of the above object, the present invention provides a cushion, comprising a rectangular parallelepiped base made of an elastic material;

a plurality of strip-shaped moisture removal grooves are formed in one side of the substrate;

the strip-shaped moisture removal grooves are arranged along the width direction of the substrate and penetrate from one long edge of the substrate to the other long edge of the substrate;

and support bars are reserved between the two strip-shaped moisture discharge grooves on the outermost side and the adjacent wide edges of the substrate respectively.

In addition, the shock pad according to the present invention may further have the following additional technical features:

optionally, the cross section of the strip-shaped moisture discharging groove is rectangular.

Optionally, the plurality of strip-shaped moisture discharging grooves have the same depth.

Optionally, the width of the two support bars is not less than 1 cm.

Optionally, the substrate is integrally formed.

Optionally, the plurality of strip-shaped moisture discharging grooves are symmetrically arranged about a vertical center line of the base.

Optionally, the top of each of the two support bars is provided with a mark area.

Optionally, a text mark layer is disposed in the mark region.

Optionally, the strip-shaped moisture discharging groove is provided with 5 strips.

Optionally, the elastic material is rubber.

The shock pad provided by the invention is used for absorbing shock through the substrate made of the elastic material. The base is made of elastic material, so when the base is attached to the bottom of the sports wood floor and the floor is trampled, the base can absorb shock through deformation. And moreover, a plurality of moisture removal grooves are arranged, so that moisture removal and perspiration can be carried out, and the drying of the sports wood floor is kept. Simultaneously, two of the outside the wet groove is arranged to the bar, because respectively with adjacent leave the support bar between the broadside of basement, consequently the marginal part of basement has enough width, consequently can play the supporting role well, and can not lead to losing the shock-absorbing capacity in the excessive deformation of sound production when receiving great pressure. The damping, buffering and energy absorbing effects can be achieved, abrasion of impact force of athletes to joints can be effectively reduced, and rebound rate of the ball body is effectively improved.

Embodiments of shock pads

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, there is provided a cushion comprising a rectangular parallelepiped base 1, the base 1 being made of an elastic material;

a plurality of strip-shaped moisture removal grooves 2 are formed in one side of the substrate 1;

the strip-shaped moisture discharging grooves 2 are arranged along the width direction of the substrate 1 and penetrate from one long edge of the substrate 1 to the other long edge;

and support strips 3 are respectively reserved between the two strip-shaped moisture discharging grooves 2 at the outermost sides and the wide sides of the adjacent substrates 1.

The shock pad provided by the invention absorbs shock through the substrate 1 made of elastic materials. The base 1, being made of elastic material, can absorb shock by deforming when the floor is stepped on while being attached to the bottom of the sports wood floor. And moreover, a plurality of moisture removal grooves are arranged, so that moisture removal and perspiration can be carried out, and the drying of the sports wood floor is kept. Simultaneously, two of the outside wet groove 2 is arranged to the bar, because respectively with adjacent leave support bar 3 between the broadside of basement 1, consequently the marginal portion of basement 1 has enough width, consequently can play the supporting role well, and can not lead to losing the shock-absorbing capacity because of the excessive deformation of sound production when receiving great pressure. The damping, buffering and energy absorbing effects can be achieved, abrasion of impact force of athletes to joints can be effectively reduced, and rebound rate of the ball body is effectively improved.

In an alternative of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bar-shaped dehumidifying tank 2 has a rectangular cross section.

The rectangular cross section is convenient to process, the production cost is low, and the processing cost can be saved.

Further, the plurality of strip-shaped moisture discharging grooves 2 have the same depth.

So design for the degree of depth in wet groove 2 is arranged to all bars is the same, thereby makes the design of being convenient for of mold processing, and simultaneously, the structural strength of whole pad is higher, can form the shock attenuation effectively.

Preferably, the width of the two support bars 3 is not less than 1 cm.

The supporting strip 3 with enough width can play a role of enough support.

In an alternative to this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the substrate 1 is integrally formed.

The integrated substrate 1 has higher strength and can play a role in shock absorption.

In an alternative of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of the strip-shaped dehumidifying slots 2 are symmetrically arranged about a vertical center line of the base 1.

So set up, the shock pad center is even, and intensity is high, and the shock attenuation is effectual.

In an alternative of this embodiment, the tops of both said support bars 3 are provided with a marking zone.

Product information such as size can be marked through the mark area, and the convenience is selected for use and is distinguished.

Furthermore, a character mark layer is arranged in the mark area.

The character marking layer can effectively mark and identify the product.

In an alternative of this embodiment, the strip-shaped moisture exhaust groove 2 is provided with 5 strips.

The number of the strip-shaped moisture discharging grooves 2 can be selected according to the size of the shock pad, 5 strip-shaped moisture discharging grooves 2 can be designed for the shock pad of a common model, and 3 or 8 strip-shaped moisture discharging grooves can be designed for different models.

In an alternative of this embodiment, the elastic material is rubber.

The rubber has good shock absorption performance and good waterproof performance.
