The locking hook is rotatably connected to the hook mounting convex shaft inside the connecting shell through the hook rotating insertion hole, the locking snap ring at the locking opening is fixed through the snap ring clamping groove of the locking hook, and meanwhile, the locking position of the locking hook is fixed through the matched insertion of the telescopic insertion column and the insertion column clamping groove below the snap ring clamping groove and at the lower part of the locking hook. When the telescopic inserting column is moved out of the inserting column clamping groove, the clamping hook in a compressed state is used for rotating the pushing spring to push the pushing spring pushing part of the clamping hook of the locking clamping hook, and the clamping ring clamping groove of the locking clamping hook is driven to rotate upwards around the axis of the clamping hook mounting convex shaft, so that the locking of the locking clamping ring is released, and the movable bed plate on the upper side of the bed box is opened. A screw rod mounting hole is formed in the side plate main body of the closed side plate, and a screw rod connecting hole is formed in the middle of the front end of a hook mounting convex shaft in the inner cavity of the shell body of the connecting shell; the closed side plate is connected with a screw connecting hole at the front end of a hook mounting convex shaft in the connecting shell by a connecting screw penetrating through the screw mounting hole. The closed side plate is detachably arranged on the front side of the connecting shell by utilizing the connection of the connecting screw rod and the screw rod connecting hole at the front end of the hook mounting convex shaft.

The locking snap ring is composed of a U-shaped snap ring, a bed plate connecting plate is arranged at the upper end of the U-shaped snap ring, and a positioning hole and a threaded connecting hole are respectively formed in the bed plate connecting plate. The locking snap ring is positioned and connected to the lower side of the movable bed plate through a positioning hole in the bed plate connecting plate, and the locking snap ring is fixedly fixed on the movable bed plate through a connecting bolt penetrating through the threaded connecting hole.

The bed box lock comprises a connecting shell body 1 connected with the inner side of a bed box side plate, wherein the connecting shell body 1 is composed of a shell main body 16, bed box connecting convex edges 17 are respectively arranged on two sides of the shell main body 16, and a plurality of convex edge connecting holes 18 are arranged on the bed box connecting convex edges 17. The inside of the shell main body 16 of the connecting shell 1 is provided with a shell inner cavity 7 for arranging the locking hook 3, and the upper part of the shell inner cavity 7 is provided with a locking opening 2 for inserting the locking snap ring 4. A hook mounting convex shaft 8 is arranged at the middle part of the shell cavity 7 of the connecting shell 1 and at the position on the left side of the locking opening 2; further, the connecting case 1 is connected to the inner sides of the side plates of the bed case by bolts passing through the flange connecting holes 18 of the flange connecting flanges 17 of the bed cases on both sides.

Therefore, the locking hook 3 is rotatably connected to the hook mounting convex shaft 8 inside the connecting shell 1 by utilizing the hook rotating insertion hole 24, and the locking snap ring 4 at the locking opening 2 is fixed by the snap ring clamping groove 29 of the locking hook 3; meanwhile, the locking position of the locking hook 3 is fixed by the matching and inserting of the inserting column clamping groove 26 below the clamping ring clamping groove 29 and at the lower part of the locking hook 3 and the telescopic inserting column 5. When the telescopic insert post 5 is moved out of the insert post clamping groove 26, the pushing elasticity of the hook rotating pushing spring 9 in a compressed state to the hook pushing spring pushing part 25 of the locking hook 3 drives the snap ring clamping groove 29 of the locking hook 3 to rotate upwards anticlockwise around the axis of the hook mounting convex shaft 8, so that the locking of the locking snap ring 4 is released (as shown in fig. 10), and the movable bed board on the upper side of the bed box is opened. Then, when the movable bed board is closed downwards by applying force, the locking clamping ring 4 on the lower side of the movable bed board presses the clamping ring pressing contact part 28 of the locking clamping hook 3, so that the clamping ring clamping groove 29 of the locking clamping hook 3 rotates downwards clockwise around the axis of the clamping hook mounting convex shaft 8 to lock the locking clamping ring 4, and the telescopic inserting column 5 is inserted into the inserting column clamping groove 26 again to fix the locking position.

A closed side plate 6 is detachably arranged on the front side of the shell inner cavity 7 of the connecting shell 1. The closed side plate 6 is composed of a side plate main body 30 which is vertically arranged, and the upper part of the side plate main body 30 is provided with a locking notch 31 which corresponds to the locking opening 2 on the connecting shell 1. The lower part of the side plate main body 30 is provided with an inserting column telescopic cavity 32 for arranging the telescopic inserting column 5, and the middle part of the inserting column telescopic cavity 32 is provided with an inserting column telescopic jack 33 which is vertically arranged; accordingly, a post-inserting side barrier 20 for closing the post-inserting telescopic cavity 32 is provided at a position corresponding to the post-inserting telescopic cavity 32 of the closing side plate 6, which connects the lower portion of the housing 1. A screw rod mounting hole 34 is arranged on the side plate main body 30 of the closed side plate 6 at a position corresponding to the hook mounting convex shaft 8 inside the connecting shell 1; correspondingly, a screw rod connecting hole 22 is arranged in the middle of the front end of the hook mounting convex shaft 8 in the shell inner cavity 7 of the connecting shell 1. The closing side plate 6 is connected with a screw connecting hole 22 at the front end of a hook mounting convex shaft 8 in the connecting shell 1 by a connecting screw 11 penetrating through a screw mounting hole 34 on the closing side plate. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the connection positioning and the convenient installation of the closed side plate 6 and the front side of the connecting shell 1, a positioning jack 35 which is used for being matched and spliced with the hook rotation limiting column 21 in the connecting shell 1 is further arranged on the side plate main body 30 of the closed side plate 6. Thus, the closure side plate 6 is detachably mounted on the front side of the coupling case 1 by the coupling of the coupling screw 11 and the screw coupling hole 22 at the front end of the hook mounting boss 8.

The telescopic inserting column 5 for fixing the locking position of the locking hook 3 consists of an inserting column main body 37, and the upper end of the inserting column main body 37 is provided with a groove inserting part 38 which is used for being inserted into the inserting column clamping groove 26 of the locking hook 3; the lower end of the post body 37 is provided with a post driving portion 40, the post driving portion 40 is provided with a driving matching groove 41 and a connecting threaded hole, so that the driving matching groove 41 and the connecting threaded hole at the lower end of the telescopic post 5 are utilized to facilitate the connection between the post driving portion 40 of the telescopic post 5 and various driving mechanisms (such as a foot-operated driving rod, a pulling rope and the like), and the telescopic post 5 is driven conveniently. The telescopic inserting column 5 is movably inserted into an inserting column telescopic inserting hole 33 of an inserting column telescopic cavity 32 of the closed side plate 6, and an inserting column main body 37 of the telescopic inserting column 5 is positioned at the upper part of one section of the inner part of the inserting column telescopic cavity 32 and is provided with a telescopic limit baffle 39; the outer side of the inserting column main body 37 between the lower side of the telescopic limit baffle 39 and the lower side wall inside the inserting column telescopic cavity 32 is also sleeved with an inserting column return spring 10. Further, the fixing and the releasing of the locking position of the locking hook 3 are realized by utilizing the reciprocating extension and retraction of the telescopic inserting column 5 in the inserting column telescopic cavity 32 of the closed side plate 6; when the movable bed board is closed, the telescopic inserting column 5 is upwards inserted into the inserting column clamping groove 26 of the locking clamping hook 3 by means of the resetting elasticity of the inserting column resetting spring 10, and the upwards extending distance of the telescopic inserting column 5 is limited by the telescopic limit baffle 39.

When the bed box lock is used, the connecting shell 1 is connected with the inner side of the bed box side plate through the bolt, and when the bed box is in a normal locking state, the locking clamping ring 4 on the lower side of the movable bed plate is clamped and fixed in the locking opening 2 by utilizing the clamping ring clamping groove 29 of the locking clamping hook 3 in the connecting shell 1. When the bed box needs to be opened, firstly, an operator drives the telescopic inserting column 5 to move out of the inserting column clamping groove 26 at the lower part of the locking hook 3 downwards, then, the pushing spring 9 is rotated by the hook in a compressed state to push the pushing spring pushing part 25 of the hook pushing spring of the locking hook 3, the clamping ring clamping groove 29 of the locking hook 3 rotates upwards anticlockwise around the axis of the hook mounting convex shaft 8, and then the locking of the locking clamping ring 4 is released (as shown in fig. 10); the bed box is then opened manually, either by means of a lifting mechanism (e.g. a gas strut, gas spring or lifter) provided on the movable bed plate or manually.

When the bed box needs to be closed, an operator applies force to press the movable bed plate downwards, so that the locking snap ring 4 on the lower side of the movable bed plate is utilized to press the snap ring pressing contact part 28 of the locking snap hook 3 (such as the locking snap hook 3 in the position shown in fig. 10) in the open state, the snap ring clamping groove 29 of the locking snap hook 3 rotates downwards clockwise around the axis of the snap hook mounting convex shaft 8, the locking snap ring 4 is locked, and the locking and closing of the bed box are completed. Meanwhile, in the process of closing the movable bed board, the telescopic inserting column 5 is upwards inserted back into the inserting column clamping groove 26 of the locking clamping hook 3 in the locking state (such as the locking clamping hook 3 in the position shown in fig. 2) by means of the resetting elasticity of the inserting column resetting spring 10 so as to fix the locking position of the locking clamping hook 3.
