A cross shaft assembly comprises a cross shaft, wherein each end part of the cross shaft is provided with an oil outlet, an oil passage communicated with each oil outlet is arranged in the cross shaft, and an oil filling port communicated with the oil passage is arranged on the cross shaft; the method is characterized in that: a bearing shell is arranged at the end part of the cross shaft, and an oil plug for plugging or opening the oil outlet is arranged on the bearing shell corresponding to the oil outlet;

the specific structure and the setting method of the oil plug are as follows: a sealing cap 8-5 is arranged on a bearing shell 8-1, a cavity is arranged in the bearing shell 8-1 along the direction of a cross shaft 1-1, a piston 8-3 is arranged in the cavity, a sealing ring 7-3 is arranged between the piston 8-3 and the inner wall of the cavity, the pointed end of the piston 8-3 is used for sealing an oil outlet 1-6 (shown in figure 2), a pull ring 8-2 is arranged at the other end of the piston 8-3, an elastic sheet 8-4 is clamped between the pull ring 8-2 and the piston 8-3, a vent hole 8-4-1 is arranged on the elastic sheet 8-4, and the elastic sheet 8-4 is clamped between the bearing shell 8-1 and the sealing cap 8-5 by a spring gasket 4-4.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a sealing cover for a cross shaft, a cross shaft assembly and a transmission shaft.

Background

As shown in figures 1 and 2, a currently known cross shaft assembly arranged on a transmission shaft is provided, wherein an oil outlet 1-6 is arranged at the end part of each cross shaft 1-1, an oil passage 1-1 communicated with each oil outlet is arranged in each cross shaft, an oil filling port 1-2 communicated with the oil passage is arranged on each cross shaft, a bearing shell 1-3 is sleeved at the end part of each cross shaft, a roller pin 1-4 is arranged in each bearing shell, and an oil seal 1-5 is clamped at the end part of each bearing shell, which is contacted with each cross shaft. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a conventional transmission shaft is shown, wherein two end portions of a cross assembly 1 shown in fig. 1 are mounted in two lug holes 2-1-1 of a flange yoke 2-1 of the transmission shaft, the other two end portions are mounted in two lug holes 2-2-1 of a universal joint yoke 2-2 of the transmission shaft, and four end portions of the cross assembly are axially positioned by a clamp spring 2-3 or a bolt 3-2, a locking plate 3-3 and a baffle plate 3-4. When the cross shaft is maintained, an oil gun is used for aligning to the oil filling port to pressurize, because four end parts of the cross shaft are closed, air is in the oil duct, the air is compressed under the pressure of the oil gun, lubricating oil is forced to flow in the direction with small pressure, and finally, in the contact parts of the four oil seals and the cross shaft, the oil seal overflows from the oil seal with the minimum pressure on the cross shaft, the pressurization is continued, and the lubricating oil still overflows from the oil seal; therefore, as long as the lubricating oil overflows from one oil seal, the continuous pressurization is meaningless, the lubricating oil filling work is finished, and the existence of newly filled lubricating oil in the other three bearing shells without the lubricating oil overflowing from the oil seal is unknown. And the contact part of the oil seal and the cross shaft can not be lubricated, the contact part of the oil seal and the cross shaft can be abraded, after a gap is formed by abrasion, sundries such as water, soil, gravel, dust and the like can enter the bearing shell from the gap, abrasive materials between the needle rollers and the needle rollers, between the needle rollers and the cross shaft and between the needle rollers and the inner wall of the bearing shell are abraded, and finally, a cross shaft assembly is scrapped, so that the transmission shaft can not work continuously.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a seal cover for a cross shaft capable of controlling a flow direction of a lubricating oil.

In order to achieve the purpose, the seal cover for the cross shaft comprises a cover body, wherein an oil plug used for plugging or opening an oil outlet is arranged on the cover body corresponding to the oil outlet at the end part of the cross shaft.

According to the invention, by using the oil plug which is arranged on the cover body and used for opening and blocking the oil outlet, lubricating oil can be injected into the appointed oil duct, then overflows from the oil outlet on the appointed oil duct, and finally overflows from the oil seal at the end part of the cross shaft corresponding to the oil outlet, so that each bearing shell of the cross shaft assembly is ensured to be filled with the lubricating oil, and the contact part of each oil seal and the cross shaft is also provided with the lubricating oil; thereby reducing the abrasion of the cross shaft and prolonging the service life of the cross shaft assembly.

In view of the above, the present invention provides a cross-shaft assembly capable of controlling the flow direction of lubricating oil.

In order to achieve the purpose, the cross shaft assembly comprises a cross shaft, wherein each end part of the cross shaft is provided with an oil outlet, an oil passage communicated with each oil outlet is arranged in the cross shaft, and the cross shaft is provided with an oil filling port communicated with the oil passage; the end part of the cross shaft is provided with a bearing shell, an oil seal and a needle roller are arranged between the cross shaft and the bearing shell, and an oil plug used for plugging or opening the oil outlet is arranged on the bearing shell corresponding to the oil outlet.

The universal joint pin assembly can inject lubricating oil into a specified oil duct by using the oil plug which is arranged on the bearing shell and used for opening and blocking the oil outlet, then the lubricating oil overflows from the oil outlet on the specified oil duct and finally overflows from the oil seal at the end part of the universal joint pin corresponding to the oil outlet, so that each bearing shell of the universal joint pin assembly is fully filled with the lubricating oil, and the contact part of each oil seal and the universal joint pin is also filled with the lubricating oil; thereby reducing the abrasion of the cross shaft and prolonging the service life of the cross shaft assembly.

In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a propeller shaft capable of controlling the flow direction of lubricating oil in a cross shaft.

To achieve the above object, the transmission shaft of the present invention includes the above cross shaft assembly.

According to the invention, by opening and plugging the oil plug of the oil outlet, lubricating oil can be injected into the specified oil duct, then overflows from the oil outlet on the specified oil duct, and finally overflows from the oil seal at the end part of the cross shaft corresponding to the oil outlet, so that each bearing shell of the cross shaft assembly is ensured to be filled with the lubricating oil, and the contact part of each oil seal and the cross shaft is also provided with the lubricating oil; therefore, the abrasion of the cross shaft is reduced, the service life of the cross shaft assembly is prolonged, and the service life of the transmission shaft is further prolonged.

In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a propeller shaft with a cross shaft capable of controlling the flow direction of lubricating oil in the cross shaft.

In order to achieve the purpose, the transmission shaft with the cross shaft comprises the sealing cover for the cross shaft, a cover body of the sealing cover for the cross shaft is arranged in an ear hole of a universal joint fork and/or a flange fork, or the cover body is arranged on the side surface of the cross shaft far away from the universal joint fork and/or the flange fork corresponding to the ear hole, and a bearing shell at the end part of the cross shaft is provided with a through hole corresponding to an oil plug of the sealing cover.

According to the invention, by opening and plugging the oil plug of the oil outlet, lubricating oil can be injected into the specified oil duct, then overflows from the oil outlet on the specified oil duct, and finally overflows from the oil seal at the end part of the cross shaft corresponding to the oil outlet, so that each bearing shell of the cross shaft assembly is ensured to be filled with the lubricating oil, and the contact part of each oil seal and the cross shaft assembly is also provided with the lubricating oil; therefore, the abrasion of the cross shaft is reduced, the service life of the cross shaft assembly is prolonged, and the service life of the transmission shaft is further prolonged.
