d) for devices such as a diode, a triode, an MOS tube, a linear three-terminal regulator, a singlechip and the like, a bare chip of the device is integrated on a ceramic substrate in a gold ball bonding mode, the bonding quality is mainly influenced by the fact that a gold wire is spherical, the higher the purity of the gold wire is, the better the quality of the gold wire ball is, but the higher the purity of the gold wire is, the bonding strength is influenced, a method of adding a small amount of trace elements can be adopted to improve the bonding strength, and meanwhile, the high purity of the gold wire is guaranteed.
