Background

Most prior art vehicles include wheels for walking, a deck for supporting the member and an armrest. The area of the trolley plate is limited, if the small-size object is relatively convenient to transport, but a lot of long and narrow objects such as a steel cover plate or a concrete cover plate, a plate rod, a pipe rod and the like exist in the engineering. Therefore, the transportation trolley has considerable weight, is inconvenient and laborious to carry manually, and is easy to unbalance left and right in the process of pushing because two ends of the transportation trolley exceed the trolley greatly, so that the transportation trolley in the prior art has low work efficiency and is not suitable for carrying long and narrow objects in actual operation.

Compared with the prior art, the invention adopting the technical scheme has the beneficial effects that:

the device is simple to manufacture, simple and convenient to operate, capable of using local materials, safe, environment-friendly, low in labor cost and manufacturing cost, very suitable for carrying long and narrow and heavy materials such as steel/concrete cover plates, plate rods and pipe rods in various projects, and greatly improves the working efficiency.

The invention will be further illustrated by the following examples, which are intended only for a better understanding of the present invention and therefore do not limit the scope of the invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the grabbing type transportation device provided by the invention comprises a handheld rod member 1, wherein a support frame 2 is arranged at the lower end of the handheld rod member 1, a walking base 3 is arranged at the lower part of the support frame 2, and rollers 4 are arranged at the bottom of the walking base 3. The front end of the support frame 2 is provided with a grabbing mechanism 5, the grabbing mechanism 5 comprises two first clamping plates 51 and a second clamping plate 52, one ends of the first clamping plates 51 and the second clamping plates 52 are provided with pin shaft holes, and pin shaft rods 53 are movably arranged in the pin shaft holes; the other ends of the first clamping plate 51 and the second clamping plate 52 are free ends, and the free ends are provided with locking hooks 54. The latch hook 54 and the splint form a certain included angle, the lower end of the latch hook 54 extends to the lower side of the steel cover plate or the concrete cover plate and other members, and the grabbing mechanism forms clamping to the waist part of the long and narrow member.

The first and second clamping plates 51 and 52 are respectively disposed on the front and rear sides of the pin shaft. Specifically, the structural embodiments of the first splint and the second splint of the invention are as follows: the first clamping plate 51 and the second clamping plate 52 are each composed of two arm rods 55, two grapples 54 and a connecting rod 56. The invention extracts the heavy object by the fixed extrusion force generated by the grabbing mechanism, and then carries the material by pushing the carrying vehicle. The use method of the carrier provided by the invention comprises the following steps:

first, the transport equipment is pushed beside the elongated member to be handled (e.g. steel plate or concrete deck), and the gripping means of the invention is positioned above the elongated member 8.

In a second step, the first jaw is lifted, the handle bar 1 is pressed downwards, the pin shaft 53 is raised, the second jaw 52 is drawn inside the elongated member 8, and the locking hook 54 thereof is hooked inside the elongated member 8.

Third, the first clamp plate 51 is lowered while the hand lever 1 is kept in operation, and the two clamp plates of the grasping mechanism 5 clamp the elongated member 8 (waist portion) and hook from the bottom of the elongated member 8.

Fourthly, the hand-held rod piece 1 is lifted, the position of the pin shaft rod 53 is lowered, and the grabbing mechanism 5 is combined with the stress principle to tightly clamp the long and narrow component 8, so that the component to be carried is fixed.

Fifthly, the handheld handle 1 and the horizontal included angle is between-10 and 20, so that the long and narrow component 8 is pushed to be carried.

Sixthly, after the long and narrow component 8 is transported to the destination through the transportation equipment, the clamping of the first clamping plate 51 is slowly released, and the transportation is completed.

Furthermore, the device is also provided with a pull rope 7, one end of the pull rope 7 is connected with the free end 9 of the first clamping plate, and the other end of the pull rope 7 is arranged on the handheld rod piece 1. The pull rope 7 is used for controlling the opening or clamping state of the first clamping plate 51 and the second clamping plate 52, when the grabbing mechanism 5 of the device moves to the upper part of the component, the first clamping plate 51 needs to be opened to enable the component to advance the clamping and locking range of the grabbing mechanism 5, and then the first clamping plate 51 is buckled, the locking hook 54 is used for clamping the component to enable the component to be grabbed. When the pull rope 7 is pulled tight, the first clamping plate 51 is further pressed to the component.

Specifically, the rollers 4 are installed at the left end and the right end of the walking base 3, so that the balance of the equipment during walking is kept.

The top of the walking base 3 is fixedly connected with a support frame 3 vertically, the front side of the support frame 3 is fixedly connected with a cantilever 6 extending forwards, and the lower end of the cantilever 6 is fixedly connected with the middle of the pin shaft rod 52.

The device mainly comprises a walking base 3, a support frame 2, a handheld rod piece 1, a grabbing mechanism 5 and a roller 4, wherein the selection of the rod pieces forming the device can be determined according to the size and weight of the components, and the components with the weight of about 50kg are taken as an example.

1) The walking base 3 is mainly manufactured and processed by a large-size rectangular square tube through an electric welding machine and a cutting machine.

2) The support frame 2 is mainly welded and fixed by an electric welding machine through 100 × 5 square steel, 50 × 5 square steel and a circular tube with the thickness of 5mm, wherein the circular tube is phi 42.16.

3) The hand-held rod piece 1 is mainly manufactured by welding a circular tube with the diameter of 42.16 and the thickness of 5mm by using an electric welding machine.

4) The grabbing mechanism 5 is mainly made of round pipes and flat irons with proper specifications.

5) The roller 4 part is mainly made of two rollers with the diameter of 60mm and corresponding accessories.

The carrier is widely applied to the carrying work of various long and narrow and heavy materials such as steel/concrete cover plates, plate rods, pipe rods and the like of various construction projects such as civil construction, municipal administration, roads and the like, the mechanical equipment investment and the manual consumption can be greatly reduced by utilizing the tool car, and the operation is simple, so that the carrier can be applied to various engineering fields. The invention has the advantages of simple manufacture, local material utilization, simple and convenient operation, low labor cost and manufacturing cost, strong applicability, safety and environmental protection, is very suitable for carrying heavier materials such as steel/concrete cover plates, plate rods, pipe rods and the like in various projects, and greatly improves the working efficiency.
