1. A nasogastric tube structure, its characterized in that, this nasogastric tube structure includes:

4. The nasogastric tube structure of claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the wall of the first tube adjacent to the rear opening is provided with a stop ring, the caulking groove is adjacent to the stop ring, and the stop ring is provided with a plurality of through holes.

5. The nasogastric tube structure of claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein an end sleeve is provided corresponding to the front opening sleeve, and a photosensitive layer is provided on the surface of the end sleeve.

The present invention relates to a nasogastric tube structure, and more particularly, to a nasogastric tube structure that can be delivered to the stomach through a nasogastric scope.

Background

When a person or an animal has problems of chewing and swallowing disorder and choking, or has a long eating time and a small eating amount, and has the phenomena of malnutrition, insufficient electrolyte or insufficient water, even consciousness and incapability of being swallowed in a matching way, a doctor usually inserts a nasogastric tube into the patient or the animal with the above-mentioned conditions to directly deliver the liquid nutrient components to the stomach of the patient or the animal through the nasogastric tube, so that the choking of the patient or the animal caused by eating is reduced, the life of the patient or the animal is maintained, and the time and labor for feeding the patient or the animal by a caregiver are saved.

Although the nasogastric tube belongs to a vitamin tube capable of fast feeding, the nasogastric tube has to enter the stomach from the nasal cavity through the esophagus, and belongs to invasive medical behaviors, so that the nasogastric tube has the risk of causing infection, and particularly, under the state that a patient or an animal is unconscious, if the patient or the animal is inserted into a bronchus carelessly, medical staff cannot know the patient or the animal, and the patient or the animal can become aspiration pneumonia after feeding and feeding to the lung, so that the health of the patient or the animal is seriously affected. The invention has the advantages that:

The details of the present invention can be more clearly understood in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and the description of the embodiments of the present invention. The nasogastric tube comprises a hollow first tube body 1, a clamping piece 2 and a positioning piece 3; wherein:

the front end and the rear end of the first tube body 1 corresponding to each other are provided with openings 11 and 12, the opening 11 at the front end is in a necking shape, so that a lens at the front end of the nasogastric tube 4 penetrating through the first tube body 1 is exposed but does not protrude out of the opening 11, more than one through hole 13 penetrating through the tube wall is arranged on the first tube body 1 and adjacent to the opening 11 at the front end, a stop ring 14 is arranged on the tube wall adjacent to the opening 12 at the rear end on the tube body 1, a plurality of through holes 141 are arranged on the stop ring 14, and an caulking groove 15 is arranged on the tube wall adjacent to the stop ring 14 on the tube wall of the first tube body 1;

the clamping piece 2 comprises two corresponding positioning sections 21, a restraining ring section 22 with a C-shaped section is connected and arranged between the two positioning sections 21, and the restraining ring section 22 is correspondingly embedded and clamped at the embedding groove 15 of the first pipe body;

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the positioning element 3 has a fitting hole 32, the fitting hole 32 is fitted over the two positioning sections 21, and the positioning element 3 is fixed on the two positioning sections 21.

When the nasogastric tube is conveyed into the stomach, the first tube body 1 of the nasogastric tube can be sleeved outside the nasogastric tube 4, the lens at the front end of the nasogastric tube 4 is exposed out of the opening 11 at the front end of the tube body 1, and the caliber of the opening 11 is smaller than that of the front end of the nasogastric tube 4, so that the nasogastric tube 4 cannot protrude out of the opening 11; then, the binding ring section 22 of the clamping piece 2 is bound at the caulking groove 15 of the tube body 1, the two positioning sections 21 of the clamping piece 2 are fixed by the positioning piece 3, and the first tube body 1 and the nasogastric tube 4 are fixed together by utilizing the binding and positioning of the clamping piece 2 and the positioning piece 3, so that medical personnel can see the position of the nasogastric tube through a picture shot and returned by a lens of the nasogastric tube 4 when placing the nasogastric tube, and further serve as a basis for controlling the advancing direction of the nasogastric tube by the nasogastric tube 4, and smoothly send the nasogastric tube to the stomach. In addition, the nasogastric tube of the present invention can enter the stomach through the nasal cavity, or be covered and fixed on the outside of the mouth like a wearing mask with a limiting mask 7 as shown in fig. 23, and then the nasogastric tube with the nasoscope 4 inserted therein is passed through the through hole 71 of the limiting mask 7 into the oral cavity and enters the stomach (as shown in fig. 24).

After the nasogastric tube is delivered to the stomach, the positioning part 3 can be taken down from the positioning section 21 of the clamping part 2, so that the clamping part 2 does not clamp the nasogastric tube and the nasogastric tube 4 tightly, the nasogastric tube 4 can be drawn out at the moment, and the nasogastric tube is only left in the human body for feeding.

Please refer to fig. 7-9. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a conical end cap 16 is further sleeved on the position corresponding to the front opening 11 of the first tube 1, the surface of the end cap 16 is provided with a metal photosensitive layer, which can show the exact position of the end cap 16 by the irradiation of the X-ray machine, and in addition, the end cap 16 can further prevent the nasoscope 4 from protruding out of the front opening 11.

Please refer to fig. 10 to 13, which illustrate different types of end caps 16a, 16b, 16 c; wherein the end cap 16a forms a top surface 16a1 at the front end, and a cross cut 16a2 is provided on the top surface 16a1, which also prevents the nasogastric tube 4 from protruding from the front opening 11. The end sleeve 16b is connected with the round pipe section 16b2 in the backward direction of the conical section 16b1, and the effect of preventing the nasogastric scope 4 from protruding out from the front end opening 11 is achieved by utilizing the opening caliber of the conical section 16b1 to be smaller than the pipe diameter of the nasogastric scope 4. The sleeve 16c engages the circular tube section 16c2 rearwardly of the tapered section 16c1 and forms a top surface 16c3 at the leading end and a cross cut 16c4 in the top surface 16c 3.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, it is described that the pipe diameters of the first pipe 1 from the front end opening 11 to the rear end opening 12 are similar.

Fig. 14 shows that the diameter of the rear section of the first pipe 1 is larger than that of the front section of the first pipe 1.

Fig. 15 to 17 show that the pipe diameter of the front section of the first pipe body 1 gradually decreases and then gradually increases from the front end opening 11 in the axial direction, and the pipe body of this section is formed into an arc-shaped concave shape.

Please refer to fig. 18. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a flexible section 17 is further formed at the front end of the first tube 1.

In the embodiment of the nasogastric tube described in fig. 1 to 22, the nasogastric tube further comprises a second tube body 5 and a coupling element 6, the rear end of the first tube body 1 is a first coupling end 18, the front end of the second tube body 5 is a second coupling end 51, the coupling element 6 is a hollow ring-shaped body, a coupling portion 61 is disposed on the inner wall surface of the hollow ring-shaped body, and the front end and the rear end of the coupling element 6 are fixedly coupled to the first coupling end 18 and the second coupling end 51 by the coupling portion 61.
