the crushing shaft seat (1) is detachably connected with the crusher groove body (2);

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of coal mine engineering machinery, in particular to a crushing granularity adjusting device and a mining wheel type crusher.

Background

The mining wheel type crusher is mainly used for a high-yield and high-efficiency comprehensive mechanized working face, one end of the mining wheel type crusher is connected with the input groove of the crossheading reversed loader, and the other end of the mining wheel type crusher is connected with the output groove of the crossheading reversed loader during working, so that the mining wheel type crusher plays a role in crushing coal blocks in the middle of the crossheading reversed loader. When the coal is input according to the output, the required coal quality granularity and the size of the coal briquette, a worker can complete the adjustment of the crushing granularity by adjusting the height of the crushing shaft group of the crusher.

At present, the most commonly used granularity adjusting device in China adopts 4 groups of hydraulic cylinders to jack the whole crushing tank body, and then the adjustment of the crushing granularity is realized by increasing and decreasing the base plates below the crushing tank body. The device occupies a large space, the labor intensity of workers is high, and the adjustment and additional work is complicated.

Therefore, a more convenient particle size adjusting device is urgently needed in the market.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a crushing granularity adjusting device and a mining wheel type crusher, and aims to solve the problems that the device occupies a large space, the labor intensity of workers is high, the adjustment and additional work is complicated, and the like.

The invention provides a crushing granularity adjusting device on one hand, which comprises:

the crushing shaft seat is detachably connected with the crusher groove body;

the jacking assembly is connected with the crusher trough body, is positioned below the crushing shaft seat and is used for adjusting the height of the crushing shaft seat separated from the crusher trough body;

the cushion block assembly comprises at least one movable cushion block which is horizontally arranged and detachably connected with the top of the crushing shaft seat, and the movable cushion block can also be detachably connected with the bottom of the crushing shaft seat; the height of the crushing shaft seat on the crusher groove body is changed along with the number of the movable cushion blocks positioned at the bottom of the crushing shaft seat.

Further, the crushing shaft seat comprises:

a shaft seat body;

the two end face plates are respectively connected with the top and the bottom of the shaft seat body through connecting plates, and first connecting holes used for being detachably connected with the movable cushion blocks are formed in the end face plates;

According to another aspect of the invention, the mining wheel type crusher comprises the crushing granularity adjusting device.

The crushing granularity adjusting device can realize the adjustment of the crushing granularity of the crusher only by adjusting the height of the crushing shaft seat through the jacking assembly and exchanging the positions of the movable cushion blocks at the two ends of the crushing shaft seat, so that the crushing granularity adjusting device provided by the invention has a compact structure, can effectively solve the storage problem of the replaced movable cushion blocks, further avoids the time consumption of conveying the movable cushion blocks, and effectively reduces the labor intensity of workers.

The invention provides a crushing granularity adjusting device, which comprises a crushing shaft seat 1, a cushion block component 4 and a jacking component 3, wherein the crushing shaft seat 1 is detachably connected with a crusher groove body 2; the jacking assembly 3 is connected with the crusher tank body 2, is positioned below the crushing shaft seat 1 and is used for adjusting the height of the crushing shaft seat 1 separated from the crusher tank body 2; the cushion block assembly 4 comprises at least one movable cushion block 401 which is horizontally arranged and is detachably connected with the top of the crushing shaft seat 1, and the movable cushion block 401 can also be detachably connected with the bottom of the crushing shaft seat 1; the height of the crushing shaft seat 1 on the crusher tank body 2 is changed along with the number of the movable cushion blocks 401 at the bottom of the crushing shaft seat 1. When the height of the crushing shaft seat 1 is adjusted upwards, after the connection between the crushing shaft seat 1 and the crusher groove body 2 is released, the height of the crushing shaft seat 1 on the separation groove body of the crusher is directly adjusted through the jacking assembly 3, and then the movable cushion block 401 detached from the top of the crushing shaft seat 1 is installed at the bottom of the crushing shaft seat 1, so that the upward adjustment of the height of the crushing shaft seat 1 is realized; when the height of the crushing shaft seat 1 is adjusted downwards, after the connection between the crushing shaft seat 1 and the crusher groove body 2 is released, the height of the crushing shaft seat 1 on the crusher separation groove body is directly adjusted through the jacking assembly 3, and then the movable cushion block 401 detached from the bottom of the crushing shaft seat 1 is installed on the top of the crushing shaft seat 1, so that the height of the crushing shaft seat 1 is adjusted downwards. Therefore, the crushing granularity adjusting device provided by the invention can realize the adjustment of the crushing granularity of the crusher only by adjusting the height of the crushing shaft seat 1 through the jacking assembly 3 and changing the positions of the movable cushion blocks 401 at the two ends of the crushing shaft seat 1, so that the device provided by the invention not only has a compact structure, but also can effectively solve the storage problem of the replaced movable cushion blocks 401, and simultaneously can avoid the time consumption of conveying the movable cushion blocks 401, and effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers.

As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the crushing shaft seat 1 comprises a shaft seat body 101, two end face plates 102 and a boss 105, wherein the two end face plates 102 are respectively connected with the top and the bottom of the shaft seat body 101 through connecting plates 103, and the end face plates 102 are provided with first connecting holes 104 for detachably connecting with movable cushion blocks 401; the boss 105 is connected with the bottom plate of the shaft seat body 101 and is in contact connection with the jacking assembly 3; wherein, the connecting plates 103 positioned at two sides of the shaft seat body 101 are provided with second connecting holes 106 which are detachably connected with the crusher groove body 2. In the embodiment, three vertically arranged connecting plates 103 are respectively connected to the top and the bottom of the shaft seat body 101, one end panel 102 is connected with the three vertically arranged connecting plates 103 positioned at the top of the shaft seat body 101, the other end panel 102 is connected with the three vertically arranged connecting plates 103 positioned at the bottom of the shaft seat body 101, two adjacent connecting plates 103 of the three connecting plates 103 connected with the end panel 102 form rectangular cavities with the end panel 102 and the bottom of the shaft seat body 101, and the boss 105 is positioned in one rectangular cavity; preferably, the second connecting holes 106 on the connecting plates 103 at both sides of the shaft seat body 101 are detachably connected with the crusher trough body 2 through bolts.

As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the movable blocks 401 are provided with third connection holes 403, the first connection holes 104 can be detachably connected with the third connection holes 403 through the fastening assemblies 5, and two adjacent movable blocks 401 can also be detachably connected through the fastening assemblies 5. In this embodiment, the fastening assembly 5 connects the third connecting hole and the first connecting hole 104 to realize the detachable connection between the movable cushion block 401 and the end panel 102, so that when the height of the crushing shaft seat 1 is adjusted upwards, the movable cushion block 401 above the crushing shaft seat 1 can be detached, and then the detached movable cushion block 401 is mounted at the bottom of the crushing shaft seat 1 after the height of the crushing shaft seat 1 is adjusted by the jacking assembly 3 to realize the upward adjustment of the height of the crushing shaft seat 1; when the height of the crushing shaft seat 1 is adjusted downwards, the movable cushion block 401 positioned below the crushing shaft seat 1 can be detached, and then the detached movable cushion block 401 is installed at the top of the crushing shaft seat 1 adjusted in height by the jacking assembly 3, so that the height of the crushing shaft seat 1 can be adjusted downwards.

Further, referring to fig. 4, the fastening assembly 5 includes a pin 501, the pin 501 is sleeved with a washer 502, one end of the pin 501 is connected with the end plate 102, and the pin 501 is detachably connected with the movable spacer 401 through a bolt.

The fastening assembly 5 further includes a spring pin 503, the spring pin 503 is located at one end of the pin 501, and the spring pin 503 is used for fixing the pin 501 on the corresponding end plate 102 after the pin 501 is inserted into the first connecting hole 104. In this embodiment, the spring pin 503 is provided at one end of the pin 501, so that the pin 501 and the end plate 102 can be detachably connected to each other, and the pin 501 and the end plate 102 can be flexibly connected to each other.

Specifically, the pin 501 is provided with a positioning hole 504 with the thickness of the movable pad 401 as a center distance, and the third connecting hole 403 is connected with the positioning hole 504 through a bolt, so that the movable pad 401 is detachably connected with the pin 501.

As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the jacking assembly 3 includes two sets of hydraulic cylinders 301, the two sets of hydraulic cylinders 301 are located below the crushing shaft seat 1 and respectively disposed in the grooves on both sides of the crusher tank 2, and the tops of the two sets of hydraulic cylinders 301 are in contact connection with the bosses 105 on the crushing shaft seat 1. In this embodiment, two sets of hydraulic cylinders 301 are disposed below the crushing shaft seat 1, so that the lifting force of the hydraulic cylinders 301 on the crushing shaft seat 1 can be concentrated, and the occupied space of the hydraulic cylinders 301 can be reduced.

Further, the jacking assembly 3 further comprises a liquid distribution plate 302, a hydraulic hose 303 and a manual pump 304 which are arranged on the crusher tank body 2, the hydraulic cylinder 301 is connected with the liquid distribution plate 302 through the hydraulic hose 303, and one end, far away from the hydraulic cylinder 301, of the hydraulic hose 303 is connected with the manual pump 304.

In a preferred embodiment, the movable cushion block 401 is provided with a threaded hole 402, and the threaded hole 402 is used for being detachably connected with a hoisting mechanism so as to enable the movable cushion block 401 to be detached from the crushing shaft seat 1.

The working principle of the crushing granularity adjusting device provided by the invention is as follows: when the broken granularity needs to be increased, the connection between the broken shaft seat 1 and the crusher groove body 2 is released, at least one movable cushion block 401 is detached from the top of the broken shaft seat 1, then a manual pump 304 in the jacking assembly 3 enables a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 301 to extend out, the piston rod acts on the boss 105 below the broken shaft seat 1, after the broken shaft seat 1 is jacked up, the taken-down movable cushion blocks 401 are respectively placed to the lower end of the broken shaft seat 1, and the height adjustment of the broken shaft seat 1 is completed. If the reduction of the crushed particle size is required, the reverse process of the steps is carried out.

The invention also provides a mining wheel type crusher which comprises the crushing granularity adjusting device.
