The image-text labels with various colors are prepared in the market, the image-text labels with different colors are respectively subjected to compression molding and then are pressed and molded with the bottom color of the vamp and the vamp substrate, but the traditional process is complicated in working procedures and low in production efficiency, and the image-text labels with different colors are subjected to compression molding for multiple times, so that the energy consumption in the process is increased, and the production cost is high.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects and shortcomings in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the production process of the multi-color vamp, which is convenient to operate, high in production efficiency, low in production cost and stable in quality and is suitable for large-scale production by pouring pictures and texts with different colors into a mould and integrally forming a multi-color vamp finished product.

The invention also aims to provide the multi-color vamp which is novel in structure, rich in color, strong in stereoscopic impression of the image-text label, stable in bonding between the image-text layer and the vamp substrate and not easy to cause interlayer separation.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a production process of a multi-color vamp comprises the following steps:

s1, respectively pouring the vamp decorating material with at least one color into at least one image-text label area of the mold, vacuumizing, and then baking and curing for the first time to obtain an image-text layer;

s2, pouring the vamp ground color material into the mold, covering each image-text label area obtained in the step S1, vacuumizing, scraping edges, and then performing secondary baking and curing to obtain a composite layer;

and S3, covering a vamp substrate on the surface of the composite layer prepared in the step S2, performing hot press molding, and demolding to obtain the multicolor vamp.

The production process is convenient to operate, and by filling the pictures and texts with different colors into one die and integrally forming a multi-color vamp finished product, the production efficiency is high, the production cost is low, the quality is stable, and the production process is suitable for large-scale production.

In step S1, vamp rubber materials of different colors can be poured into the mold at the same time, and the materials of different colors are cured and molded in the mold after the first baking and curing; then pouring the ground color material of the vamp into the mold, covering each image-text label area, and forming the rubber part of the vamp in the mold after the second baking and curing; finally, the vamp substrate (cloth or leather or PU material and the like) is covered in the mould, pressed and molded, and the vamp with multicolor patterns is manufactured after demoulding, so that the process for manufacturing the complete vamp in the mould is realized, the image-text rubbers with different colors and different shapes do not need to be manufactured through different moulds and then are subjected to hot press molding, the production efficiency is high, and the quality is stable.

If the image-text label has a multi-layer three-dimensional structure, after step S1 and before step S2, vamp rubber materials of other colors can be poured into the mold, and the multi-layer image-text label with the three-dimensional structure can be formed in the mold after baking and curing.

The vacuum-pumping treatment in the step S1 and the vacuum-pumping treatment in the step S2 are specifically to remove air bubbles inside the material during the pouring process through vacuum negative pressure in the mold, and the structural stability of the image-text layer and the composite layer prevents the product from generating voids due to the air bubbles.

Preferably, before the step S1, the method further includes a step S0: cleaning the mold, and spraying a release agent on the surface of the mold; through cleaning the mould, the adhesiveness of the release agent on the surface of the mould is improved, so that the product is easy to demould, and the problem of demoulding of the product caused by the influence of impurities in the mould on the adhesiveness of the release agent is avoided.

Preferably, in the step S1 and the step S2, the mold is concavely provided with a pouring part, the pouring part is sequentially provided with an image-text layer and a vamp bottom color layer from bottom to top, and the concave depth of the image-text layer is greater than that of the vamp bottom color layer.

The section shape and depth of the pouring part can be designed according to the shape and structure required by pictures and texts. The multicolor vamp has novel structure, rich colors, strong stereoscopic impression of the image-text label, stable bonding between the image-text layer and the vamp substrate and difficult interlayer separation. The image-text layer may include a plurality of different label patterns forming at least one image-text label region; the image-text label can form a multi-layer image-text structure by different colors, thereby forming at least one image-text layer.
