As an embodiment of the present invention, pressing plates 74 are disposed on both sides of the cut strip 7, and end portions of the pressing plates 74 are fixed to end portions of the cut strip 7; when the slitting 7 is cut with the upper surface of the fabric in a fit state, the effect of the slitting 7 can be damaged by the fabric in an uneven wrinkle area on the screen belt 6, so that the condition that the surface cutting mark of the fabric is too deep or too shallow is caused, and the effect of subsequent fabric classification treatment is further interfered; the pressing plates 74 arranged on the two sides of the slitting strip 7 are used for fixedly connecting the end parts of the pressing plates 74 with the end parts of the slitting strip 7, the pressing plates 74 are driven to smooth out the fabric on the screen belt 6 when the slitting strip 7 moves, the influence of weakening of the cutting effect due to fabric wrinkles when the slitting strip 7 is cut by the fabric attached to the slitting strip is avoided, the complete separation effect of the slitting strip 7 on the fabric and the structure of the convex cover 32 on the surface of the fabric is ensured, and the effect on the waterproof breathable green recyclable fabric is maintained.

As an embodiment of the present invention, a picking sheet 75 is further disposed below the pressing plate 74, and the picking sheet 75 is located on the outer side of the pressing plate 74 away from the cut strips 7; the end part of the picking piece 75 is fixed with the end part of the pressing plate 74, the picking piece 75 is in contact with the lower surface of the fabric on the screen belt 6, and the picking piece 75 picks the fabric from the screen belt 6 under the moving action of the pressing plate 74; in the process that the pressing plate 74 smoothes the fabric on the screen belt 6, the unidirectional acting force applied to the upper surface of the fabric is matched with the wrinkle of the fabric on the screen belt 6, so that the fabric is aggravated to sink into the protrusions 61 on the screen belt 6, and the structure of the fabric is irreversibly damaged; according to the invention, the picking piece 75 is arranged below the pressing plate 74, the picking piece 75 is positioned at the front end of the advancing direction of the pressing plate 74, before the pressing plate 74 acts on the surface of the fabric, the fabric is picked from the bulge 61 on the screen belt 6 through the picking piece 75, the pretreatment is applied to the fabric before the pressing plate 74 acts, the wrinkle degree of the fabric is reduced, the damage of the structure of the wrinkled fabric caused by the excessive acting force applied to the wrinkled fabric by the pressing plate 74 is avoided, and the action effect on the waterproof, breathable and moisture permeable green recyclable fabric is improved.

When the waterproof breathable moisture-permeable fabric works, the waterproof breathable moisture-permeable fabric is generally made of a multi-layer composite high polymer material, and the waterproof isolation effect of the airtight surface layer 1 is matched with the permeation effect of the waterproof breathable moisture-permeable fabric on water vapor, so that the protection on the material of the internal fabric is achieved; the convex covers 32 in the single access layer 3 are screened in a targeted manner through the arranged sorting equipment, and in the use process of the fabric, the convex covers 32 on the ports of the capillary pipelines 31 in the single access layer 3 play a role in one-way selection of water vapor permeation, and are matched with the heat insulation layer 4 and the gas storage layer 2 in the fabric to meet the accumulation effect of heat; the arranged steam box 8 is matched with the cutting strips 7, water vapor in the steam box 8 permeates out through the capillary pipeline 31 which is communicated with the layer 3, the convex cover 32 at the end of the steam box is jacked up and is cut by the cutting strips 7 above the screen belt 6, and the separation of the convex cover 32 which is communicated with the layer 3 is finished, so that the independent treatment of different material structures in the fabric is met; the pointed protrusions 61 arranged on the surface of the screen belt 6 jack up the bottom of the fabric, so that the situation of blocking the capillary pipeline 31 is avoided, and the sharp ends of the protrusions 61 are prevented from directly extending into the capillary pipeline 31 through the fiber strips 62 transversely arranged on the top ends of the protrusions 61, so that the water vapor permeability in the capillary pipeline 31 is ensured; the slide bar 71 arranged at the end part of the slitting bar 7 is matched with the transmission of the crank rocker 72 to enable the slitting bar 7 to carry out bidirectional reciprocating motion on the surface of the fabric, the transmission torque of the crank rocker 72 increases the cutting effect of the slitting bar 7 on the opening of the convex cover 32, the cutting effect on the convex cover 32 on the surface of the slitting bar is ensured, meanwhile, the change of the output power of the servo motor 73 is controlled to meet the stable feeding rate of the slitting bar 7, and further, the action force level of the slitting bar 7 on the convex cover 32 is maintained; the pressing plates 74 are arranged on the two sides of the slitting bar 7, so that the end parts of the pressing plates 74 are fixedly connected with the end parts of the slitting bar 7, the pressing plates 74 are driven to smooth out the fabric on the screen belt 6 while the slitting bar 7 moves, the influence of weakening of a cutting effect due to fabric folds in the cutting process of the slitting bar 7 and the attached fabric is avoided, and the complete separation effect of the slitting bar 7 on the fabric and the structure of the convex cover 32 on the surface of the slitting bar is ensured; the piece 75 is arranged below the pressing plate 74, the piece 75 is located at the front end of the pressing plate 74 in the advancing direction, the fabric is picked away from the bulge 61 on the screen belt 6 through the piece 75 before the pressing plate 74 acts on the surface of the fabric, pretreatment is applied to the fabric before the pressing plate 74 acts, the wrinkle degree of the fabric is reduced, and the phenomenon that the pressing plate 74 applies excessive acting force to the wrinkled fabric to cause structural damage is avoided.
