A reusable air column bag for a cold chain comprises a bag body (1) and is characterized in that the bag body (1) consists of a plurality of film layers, a first heat sealing seam (1-1) and a second heat sealing seam (1-2) which are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the bag body, a plurality of rows of folding seams (1-3) and a fluid filling area (1-4), wherein the film layers comprise a first film layer (2) and a second film layer (3);

multiple lines of folding seams (1-3) are arranged at intervals in the bag body, so that a plurality of upper single-line inflatable columns (5) and a plurality of lower single-line inflatable columns (6) are respectively formed among the multiple film layers;

the left side and the right side of the bag body are respectively provided with a first heat sealing seam (1-1) and a second heat sealing seam (1-2) so that the plurality of film layers are tightly connected to form a closed bag body (1);

the fluid filling area (1-4) of the bag body (1) comprises a plurality of one-way water filling valves (5-1) positioned at the upper parts of the single-row water filling columns (5) and a plurality of one-way air filling valves (6-1) positioned at the upper parts of the air filling columns (6);

the one-way inflation valve (6-1) comprises an air inlet (3-1) and a one-way check valve (3-2) which are positioned on the second film layer (3);

the water inlet direction of the water inlet (2-1) of the one-way water filling valve (5-1) in the same column is opposite to the air inlet direction of the air inlet (3-1) of the one-way air filling valve (6-1).

The reusable air column bag for cold chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first sealing strip clamping end (2-31) of the first sealing strip (2-3) and the arc-shaped elastic piece (2-2) is an arc-shaped clamping end with a downward recess, and the second sealing strip clamping end (2-4) and the second sealing strip clamping end (2-41) of the arc-shaped elastic piece (2-2) are arc-shaped clamping ends with a downward recess.

A reusable cold chain air column bag according to claim 1 wherein the number of said plurality of film layers is 3, said plurality of film layers comprising a first film layer (2), a second film layer (3) and a third film layer (4), said third film layer (4) being located between said first film layer (2) and said second film layer (3); form a plurality of single row water columns (5) of inflating of upper strata between first thin layer (2) and third thin layer (4), form a plurality of single row of lower floor between third thin layer (4) and second thin layer (3) and inflate post (6).

The reusable air column bag for cold chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the plurality of film layers is 4, the plurality of film layers comprise a first film layer (2), a second film layer (3), a third film layer (4) and a fourth film layer (7), the fourth film layer (7) is tightly connected with the third film layer (4), a plurality of single-row water-filled columns (5) on the upper layer are formed between the first film layer (2) and the third film layer (4), and a plurality of single-row water-filled columns (6) on the lower layer are formed between the fourth film layer (7) and the second film layer (3).

5. A reusable air column bag for cold chain according to claim 4 wherein said third film layer (4) and said fourth film layer (7) are fixedly attached by heat sealing or removably attached by adhesive backed or bonded non-woven.

6. A reusable cold chain air column bag according to any of claims 3-5 wherein said first film layer (2) is further provided with a re-attachable seal (2-0) above said water inlet (2-1).

The reusable cold chain air column bag according to claim 1, wherein the single row of air column (5) and the single row of air column (6) of the bag body (1) are further provided with a plurality of heat-sealing folding points (1-5), and the heat-sealing folding points (1-5) separate the single row of air column (5) and the single row of air column (6) into a multi-segment foldable structure;

the heat-seal folding points (1-5) seal all the multilayer films forming the single row of the inflatable columns (5) and the single row of the inflatable columns (6) into one point; or the single column of the water-filled columns (5) and the single column of the water-filled columns (6) are formed by sealing a point between every two adjacent films of the multi-layer film, and a plurality of heat-sealing folding points (1-5) are arranged in the vertical direction of the overlapped planes of the same column of the multi-layer film.

A reusable cold chain air column bag according to claim 7 wherein when there are a plurality of heat seal folding points (1-5) in the direction perpendicular to the overlapping plane of the multilayer film, the number of heat seal folding points of said single row of air column (5) is greater than the number of heat seal folding points of said single row of air column (6), or the number of heat seal folding points of said single row of air column (6) is greater than the number of heat seal folding points of said single row of air column (5), or the number of heat seal folding points of said single row of air column (6) is equal to the number of heat seal folding points of said single row of air column (5).

9. A reusable cold chain air column bag according to claim 7 wherein said heat seal fold (1-5) is oval with the major diameter perpendicular to the length of said single column of columns (5, 6).

The reusable cold chain air column bag according to claim 9, wherein a water passage (5-2) is left between the two ends of the long diameter of the heat-seal folding point (1-5) and the side wall where the single row of water-filled columns (5) is located; and an air passage (6-2) is reserved between the two ends of the long diameter of the heat-seal folding points (1-5) and the side wall where the single-row inflatable column (6) is located.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of air packaging bags, and particularly relates to a reusable air column bag for a cold chain.

Background

In recent years, the development of electricity merchants is rapid, and the online shopping is popular, gradually develops and occupies an important position in the electricity merchants. The packaging material is used for transportation and packaging of fresh cold chain logistics and has high heat preservation, heat insulation and impact resistance. The proportion of the refrigeration insulation vehicle and the refrigeration ship in the whole transportation is very small, and under the condition that some key logistics nodes lack refrigeration and cold storage facilities, the package needs to bear the expensive task of maintaining the low-temperature freshness of the contents and reducing the loss. At present, the foam box widely used in China is made of polystyrene materials and is characterized in that the foam box is difficult to degrade and recycle.

The inflatable bag is an application of the inflatable cushion based on products, and is a bag-shaped product which is formed by a plurality of continuous gas column monomers made of PE films through certain design and can contain articles through heat sealing, is mainly used for product protection packaging, and can achieve the purpose of protecting the product by reducing the impact acceleration in the transportation process. The PE film adopted by the packaging bag can be effectively recycled, white pollution to the environment cannot be caused, and meanwhile, the inflatable gas is used as air, so that the packaging bag is cheap and easy to obtain, has good protection performance, and gradually receives wide e-commerce and express packaging applications. However, in the prior art, when fragile food articles are transported by the cold chain, the gas column bag and the frozen ice bag are required to be placed separately, the volume occupied by transportation is increased, the ice bag does not completely cover the surface of the food articles, the refrigeration effect is reduced, the ice bag and the gas column bag are discarded after being used up and cannot be reused, and therefore, the gas column bag for the cold chain is urgently needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims at the defects, and provides a reusable cold chain gas column bag which can improve the refrigeration effect in the conveying process, enable the ice with refrigeration to cover the surface of the conveyed food articles in a larger area, or gradually transfer the low temperature of a low-temperature single-row water-filled bag to the conveyed articles, reduce the volume of a conveying box occupied by the gas column bag and the ice bag in the cold chain conveying process, improve the space utilization rate of the conveying box for loading the conveyed food articles, and can be repeatedly frozen and inflated for use.

The invention provides the following technical scheme: a reusable air column bag for a cold chain comprises a bag body, wherein the bag body consists of a plurality of film layers, a first heat sealing seam, a second heat sealing seam, a plurality of rows of folding seams and a fluid filling area, wherein the first heat sealing seam and the second heat sealing seam are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the bag body;

a plurality of rows of folding seams are arranged at intervals in the bag body, so that a plurality of upper-layer single-row inflatable columns and a plurality of lower-layer single-row inflatable columns are formed among the plurality of film layers respectively;

the left side and the right side of the bag body are respectively provided with a first heat sealing seam and a second heat sealing seam, so that the plurality of film layers are tightly connected to form a closed bag body;

the fluid filling area of the bag body comprises a plurality of one-way water filling valves positioned at the upper parts of the single-row water filling columns and a plurality of one-way inflation valves positioned at the upper parts of the inflation columns;

the unidirectional water filling valve comprises a water inlet positioned on the first film layer, and a first sealing strip and a second sealing strip which are positioned on two sides of the arc-shaped elastic sheet and positioned on the lower part of the water inlet;

the arc-shaped elastic sheet is arched upwards;

the first sealing strip and the second sealing strip are axially symmetrical about the middle point of the water inlet and are respectively clamped and sealed with the two ends of the arc-shaped elastic sheet;

the one-way inflation valve comprises an air inlet positioned on the second film layer and a one-way check valve;

the water inlet direction of the water inlets of the one-way water filling valves in the same row is opposite to the air inlet direction of the air inlets of the one-way air filling valves.

Further, the first sealing strip with the first sealing strip joint end of arc flexure strip is for having the arc joint end of undercut, the second sealing strip with the second sealing strip joint end of arc flexure strip is the arc joint end of undercut.

Further, the number of the plurality of thin film layers is two, the plurality of thin film layers comprise a first thin film layer, a second thin film layer and a third thin film layer, and the third thin film layer is positioned between the first thin film layer and the second thin film layer; form a plurality of single row of water columns of inflating of upper strata between first thin layer and the third thin layer, form a plurality of single row of lower floor between third thin layer and the second thin layer and inflate the post.

Furthermore, a plurality of heat-sealing folding points are arranged on the single-row water-filled column and the single-row air-filled column of the bag body, and the heat-sealing folding points divide the single-row water-filled column and the single-row air-filled column into a multi-section foldable structure;

the heat-seal folding points seal all the multilayer films forming the single-row inflatable columns and the single-row inflatable columns into one point; or the single column of the water-filled columns and the single column of the multi-layer films are separately sealed into a point between every two adjacent films, and a plurality of heat-sealing folding points are arranged in the vertical direction of the overlapped planes of the same column of the multi-layer films.

Further, when a plurality of heat-seal folding points are arranged in the vertical direction of the multilayer film overlapping plane, the number of the heat-seal folding points of the single-row inflatable column is larger than that of the single-row inflatable column, or the number of the heat-seal folding points of the single-row inflatable column is equal to that of the single-row inflatable column.

Furthermore, the heat-seal folding point is oval, and the length direction of the heat-seal folding point is vertical to the length direction of the single-row inflatable columns and the length direction of the single-row inflatable columns.

Furthermore, a water passing channel is reserved between the two ends of the long diameter of the heat-sealing folding point and the side wall where the single row of water filling columns are located; and an air passing channel is reserved between the two ends of the long diameter of the heat-sealing folding point and the side wall where the single row of inflatable columns are located.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the first heat-seal seams, the second heat-seal seams and the folding seams among the multilayer films of the bag body form the single-row water-filled columns with the upper layers of multiple parallel rows and the single-row air-filled columns with the lower layers of multiple parallel rows, and the single-row water-filled columns and the single-row air-filled columns can be filled with water and air when in use through the water inlets and the air inlets which are oppositely arranged, so that the time required in production and the cost of extra PE film bag body materials required by the fact that the air inlets and the water inlets cannot be located at the same position of the section are saved.

2. Through setting the single-row water-filled columns with multiple parallel rows and the single-row air-filled columns with multiple parallel rows into an integrated design, and having a one-way water-filled valve and a one-way air-filled valve, the liquid can not overflow after water filling and air filling, good low-temperature refrigeration effect can be guaranteed under the condition that objects brought by collision are cracked, incomplete or damaged, and dual requirements of cold chain nondestructive long-distance transportation are guaranteed. When refrigeration is not needed, the air column bag can be independently inflated, and the anti-collision damage effect is the same as that of a common inflated air column bag; after filling water and inflating, also can get into the water inlet through utilizing the slender object that does not have destruction arc elastic component, make arc elastic component undercut or straight, and then make arc elastic component and the first sealing strip joint end and the second sealing strip joint end that have the arc joint of undercut at both ends, and then discharge the water in the parallel single-row water column of inflating of multiseriate, when having cold chain long-distance transport's needs, rethread filling head stretches into the water inlet, after freezing or cold-stored, used repeatedly after filling water.

3. By arranging a plurality of heat-sealing folding points between the single-row inflatable column and the multilayer film of the inflatable column, the cold chain transportation device can be conveniently used according to different cold chain transportation requirements, the single-row inflatable column and the single-row inflatable column are folded to ensure the cold storage effect in cold chain transportation of fresh, fruits, vegetables, dairy products and medical products stored at low temperature which need to be transported in cold chain transportation in an all-round covering way, and a plurality of heat-seal folding points are arranged between different multilayer films forming the single-row water-filled columns and the air-filled columns in the vertical direction of the overlapping plane of the multilayer films at one heat-seal folding point, so that the folding points of the single-row water-filled columns are further effectively ensured to be separated from the folding points of the single-row air-filled columns, and a layer which is used for cold storage and has a low-temperature storage effect and is equivalent to an ice bag is more tightly wound around an article to be subjected to cold chain transportation, thereby further improving the low-temperature storage effect.

4. The first film layer, the second film layer, the fourth film layer and the third film layer of the bag body are subjected to heat sealing between every two adjacent film layers through the heat sealing folding points, and a plurality of single-row water-filled columns can be arranged in the same or different numbers according to different application scenes;

the columns in different rows can be provided with different numbers of heat-seal folding points, the columns in the same row are arranged, when one is arranged in the vertical direction of the multilayer film overlapped plane at the heat-seal folding point, the heat-seal folding points in the vertical direction of the single row of water-filled columns and the single row of water-filled columns in the same row are different, so that the single row of water-filled columns is further attached to the articles, and further the single row of air-filled columns has better refrigeration effect, and the single row of air column bags have fewer sections, have larger collision rebound force and better anti-collision effect.

Or the single-row inflatable columns and the single-row inflatable columns in the same row have more heat-seal folding points and are tightly wrapped by the articles; the single-row water-filled column has fewer heat-sealing folding points and fewer sections and is positioned on the outer layer far away from the articles, so that after the articles are wrapped by the gas column bags, the temperature of the single-row gas column bags with the refrigeration effect on the outer layer is reduced at lower temperature, and the low temperature is gradually transferred to the articles through the single-row gas column bags, so that the articles cannot be subjected to huge temperature change immediately, and further frostbite of fresh fruits and vegetables and the occurrence of the condition of the inactivated lamp of medical reagents are caused.
