Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of refrigerator liners, in particular to a refrigerator liner, a refrigerator liner material and a preparation method thereof.

Background

With the continuous improvement of life quality, people have stricter requirements on diet, for example, food materials are expected to be as fresh as possible without loss of nutrition. And the low temperature is the most direct and convenient means for locking the delicate flavor and nutrition of the food materials. Seafood is counted as the most delicate seafood, and a sufficiently low temperature is required to lock the delicate flavor of seafood for a long time. For example, the freshness preservation indexes of thiobarbituric acid reactant (TBARS), texture, pH, protein oxidation, juice loss rate and the like of seafood products such as salmon, abalone and the like at the low temperature of-60 ℃ are obviously better than-18 ℃ and even better than-40 ℃; the preservation index of the tuna is stricter, the temperature in the seafood refrigeration house engineering is generally required to be below 60 ℃ below zero in the whole process, and if the quality of the tuna is better and higher, the construction of the seafood refrigeration house at lower temperature is required. In order to realize the distant selling and the external selling of the seafood, the delicious seafood is brought into every family, and everyone can conveniently take the seafood when wanting to eat. Therefore, the development of low-temperature household freezer cabinets, refrigerators and other equipment at minus 60 ℃ is a development trend of the technology of the household appliance industry.

At present, High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) is generally adopted for the refrigerator liner, but the HIPS can be embrittled at the temperature of about-30 ℃. The inner container of the refrigerator inevitably contacts edible oil, and the HIPS is more prone to cracking at low temperature due to the edible oil. Therefore, the refrigerator and freezer liner material needs to meet certain oil resistance, in order to improve the oil resistance of the material, the common method is to increase the polarity of the material, increase the interaction force among molecular chains and the like, but the method usually reduces the low-temperature performance of the material, so that the material cannot have ultralow-temperature high toughness and oil resistance at the same time, and the application of HIPS in the household appliance industry is greatly limited.

Detailed Description

Exemplary embodiments that embody features and advantages of the invention are described in detail below in the specification. It is to be understood that the invention is capable of other embodiments and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the scope of the invention and the description and drawings are to be regarded as illustrative in nature and not as restrictive.

For further explanation of the principles and construction of the present invention, reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

The invention provides a refrigerator liner which can be used at the temperature of minus 60 ℃ and does not crack when being coated with edible oil, namely, the refrigerator liner is resistant to low temperature and oil grease at the same time, and meets the higher requirements of people on refrigerators.

The invention provides a refrigerator liner material and a preparation method thereof to realize low temperature resistance and grease resistance of a refrigerator liner, and the refrigerator liner material and the preparation method thereof are described in detail below.

Specifically, the refrigerator liner material comprises, by mass, 65-85 parts of High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), 10-25 parts of a toughening agent, 1-10 parts of a compatilizer, 0.5-5 parts of an oil-resistant modifier, 0.5-1 part of a lubricant and 0.1-1 part of an antioxidant.

Wherein the high impact polystyrene is extruded plate-grade HIPS resin. For example: dadada HIPS8265, qimei HIPS88sf, yangba HIPS2720, and shengxi HIPS 1173.

The toughening agent includes high cis-1, 4-polybutadiene rubber, a mixture of high cis-1, 4-polybutadiene rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), a mixture of high cis-1, 4-polybutadiene rubber and ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber (EPDM), and a mixture of high cis-1, 4-polybutadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber (EPDM).

The high cis-polybutadiene rubber has glass transition temperature as low as-106 deg.c, excellent low temperature resistance and certain elasticity even at ultralow temperature of-60 deg.c, so that the toughening effect of the toughening agent may be exerted at-60 deg.c.

The styrene-butadiene rubber is a block copolymer or a graft copolymer or a core-shell structure copolymer of butadiene and styrene.

Polystyrene is arranged at one end of a molecular chain of the styrene-butadiene rubber block copolymer, and the polystyrene and the HIPS have interaction at an interface, so that the dispersibility and the interfacial compatibility of the styrene-butadiene rubber block copolymer in the HIPS matrix are improved, and the toughening effect of the polybutadiene component is exerted.

Polystyrene is uniformly distributed on two sides of a polybutadiene molecular chain of the styrene-butadiene rubber graft copolymer, the styrene-butadiene rubber graft copolymer has better compatibility with HIPS, and the interaction force of the interface is greater than that of a styrene-butadiene rubber block polymer, so that the toughening effect of a polybutadiene component is better exerted.

The copolymer with the core-shell structure takes polybutadiene as a core and polystyrene as a shell, namely the periphery of the core-shell structure is polystyrene, so that the interfacial interaction between the copolymer with the core-shell structure and HIPS is increased, and therefore, the high cis-form polybutadiene rubber is matched with the structure to serve as a toughening agent, the dispersibility and the interfacial compatibility of the styrene-butadiene rubber of the copolymer with the core-shell structure in the HIPS matrix are improved, and the toughening effect of a polybutadiene component is fully exerted.

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) is a copolymer of ethylene, propylene and a small amount of a non-conjugated diene. EPDM is an amorphous non-crystalline rubber, ethylene and propylene monomers on the molecular main chain are arranged randomly, the regularity of polyethylene and polypropylene structures is damaged, and therefore the crystallization phenomenon of rubber products at low temperature is avoided. The minimum temperature of the EPDM rubber can reach-60 ℃ or even lower.

The compatilizer comprises one or more of styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS), hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SEBS) and ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber grafted polystyrene (EPDM-g-St). The compatilizer is used for improving the interface interaction between the toughening agent and the HIPS matrix and enabling the toughening agent to be better dispersed in the HIPS matrix, so that the toughening effect of the toughening agent is exerted to the maximum extent.

The oil-resistant modifier is Polyisobutylene (PIB) with the molecular weight of 800-8000. Specifically, polyisobutylene includes homopolymers of isobutylene or copolymers of isobutylene and alpha-olefins. The polyisobutylene has a linear long-chain molecular structure, has excellent flexibility and strong permeability, so that the interfacial interaction between the toughening agent and the HIPS matrix can be increased, the compatibility is improved, the flexibility at low temperature is increased, the saturated adsorption quantity of grease can be reduced, the grease molecules are prevented from being immersed, and the grease resistance is improved.

The lubricant comprises at least one of ethylene bis stearic acid amide, dipentaerythritol, silicone oil, low molecular weight polyethylene and solid paraffin.

The antioxidant comprises at least one of antioxidant 1076, antioxidant 168 and antioxidant 1010.

The refrigerator liner material is prepared by matching high impact polystyrene, high cis-polybutadiene rubber and an oil-resistant modifier, and by using the extremely low glass transition temperature of the high cis-polybutadiene rubber, the refrigerator liner material still has elasticity at the low temperature of-60 ℃ and can still play a toughening role, so that the refrigerator liner material has high toughness at the ultralow temperature of-60 ℃ and cannot crack due to embrittlement; meanwhile, the linear long-chain molecular structure of the oil-resistant modifier, namely polyisobutylene, is utilized to increase the interface interaction between the toughening agent and the HIPS matrix, improve the compatibility, increase the flexibility at low temperature, reduce the saturated adsorption quantity of the grease, and prevent the grease molecules from being immersed, thereby improving the grease resistance. The refrigerator liner material has low temperature resistance of-60 ℃ and oil grease resistance through the matching use of the components, and has high practical value.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a method for preparing a material in a refrigerator according to the present invention, and the method for preparing the material for the liner of the refrigerator comprises the following steps:

s1, weighing 65-85 parts of high impact polystyrene, 10-25 parts of toughening agent, 1-10 parts of compatilizer, 0.5-5 parts of oil-resistant modifier, 0.5-1 part of lubricant and 0.1-1 part of antioxidant by mass percentage.

S2, putting the high impact polystyrene, the toughening agent, the compatilizer and the oil-resistant modifier into a high-speed mixer, and stirring and mixing for 5-15min to obtain a mixture A.

S3, heating the mixture A to 80-90 ℃, then adding the lubricant and the antioxidant, and continuing stirring and mixing for 10-25min to obtain a mixture B.

And S4, adding the mixture B into a double-screw extruder for melt blending, extruding, cooling and granulating, wherein the blending extrusion temperature of the double-screw extruder is 180-230 ℃, and the screw rotating speed is 180-240 r/min.

The inventor of the application realizes the low temperature resistance and grease resistance of the refrigerator liner material by strictly designing the content of each component, and the content of each component is described by each embodiment.
