Background

ABS plastics have high strength and hardness, excellent impact resistance and toughness, and heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and thus are one of the most widely used engineering thermoplastic plastics having the largest production capacity at present, and are widely used in the manufacture of machines, automobiles, home appliances, and the like. The axial flow fan blade of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is a moving part and is in a high-temperature or low-temperature environment for a long time, so that the stability of the performance of the whole machine can be ensured only by requiring high tensile strength and bending strength, good heat resistance and small linear expansion coefficient of the blade. ABS plastics are widely applied to manufacturing axial flow fan blades for air conditioners due to excellent performance. However, the common ABS has a large shrinkage rate, and the strength and weather resistance cannot meet the requirements of the air conditioner impeller, and in the prior art, the glass fiber is usually added into the ABS to modify the ABS so as to improve the strength and reduce the shrinkage rate. However, the glass fiber modified reinforced ABS resin has improved rigidity, heat resistance and strength. Preferably, in the auxiliary agent, when the weight ratio of the antioxidant to the coupling agent to the melt-index regulator is 1:2, the auxiliary agent has a better improvement effect on the performance of a system and subsequent products.
