the weight ratio of the epoxy resin with the molecular weight of 200 to the epoxy resin with the molecular weight of 400 is (10-90): (10-90).

7. The epoxy resin composition according to claim 6, wherein the weight ratio of the epoxy resin having a molecular weight of 200 to the epoxy resin having a molecular weight of 400 is (30 to 60): (30-80).

8. The epoxy resin composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the modifier comprises a mixture of one or more of amines, inorganic salts, imidazoles, and ionic promoters.

9. The epoxy resin composition of claim 8, wherein the modifier is an imidazole-based accelerator.

10. A method for synthesizing the epoxy resin composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising:

weighing the epoxy resin and the modifier according to a preset weight ratio, and uniformly mixing and stirring;

the epoxy resin is synthesized or modified into the epoxy resin with toughening property under the action of the modifier.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of epoxy resin, in particular to an epoxy resin composition with toughening property and a synthesis method thereof.

Background

The epoxy resin has excellent adhesive force, mechanical property, electrical insulation effect, chemical stability and low shrinkage; due to the wide general characteristics, the epoxy resin can be used in related applications in the fields of buildings, light industry, electrical products, aviation and the like, but the cured epoxy resin has the defects of weak impact resistance and fatigue resistance, and further influences the service life of the epoxy resin. Therefore, the use of toughening materials in epoxy resins is critical to crack resistance, which has been the focus of epoxy resin research.

At present, the toughening method adopted in epoxy resin is to add materials such as active end group rubber, polyether, polyester or monofunctional epoxy diluent and the like into the epoxy resin, and to participate in the crosslinking reaction of the epoxy resin through functional groups such as hydroxyl, carboxyl, isocyanate and the like, thereby achieving the purpose of toughening. Although the above toughening method is effective for preventing cracking, the heat resistance of the cured product is remarkably lowered, and the electrical insulation properties are also indirectly affected.

The existing common toughened epoxy resin and the epoxy resin modified by rubber materials have the compatibility problem due to the low polarity of the rubber structure; other modes of synthesizing or modifying by utilizing polyurethanes or other raw materials have higher cost for protecting the synthesis process and the environment.

Therefore, the epoxy resin is used as a material for modification, so that the problems of compatibility and cost can be effectively improved.

Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides an epoxy resin composition with toughening property and a synthesis method thereof.

The invention discloses an epoxy resin composition with toughening property, which comprises the following components: epoxy resin and modifier;

the weight ratio of the epoxy resin to the modifier is 100: (0.1-90).

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

As a best embodiment, the epoxy resin of the invention selects the epoxy resin with the molecular weight of 200 and the epoxy resin with the molecular weight of 400, and the weight ratio of the epoxy resin with the molecular weight of 200 to the epoxy resin with the molecular weight of 400 is (10-90): (10-90), preferably (10-80): (10-80), more preferably (30-60): (30-80). The epoxy resin contained in the epoxy resin component (A) may be a monofunctional epoxy resin or a polyfunctional epoxy resin or a polyphenolic ring structured epoxy resin, or a mixture of the above three epoxy resins.

The modifier comprises one or more of amines, inorganic salts, imidazoles and ion promoters, and preferably is imidazole or a mixture with other promoters.

The invention also provides a synthetic method of the epoxy resin composition, which comprises the following steps: weighing the epoxy resin and the modifier according to a preset weight ratio, and uniformly mixing and stirring; the epoxy resin is synthesized or modified into the epoxy resin with toughening property under the action of the modifier.
