1. A paper sheet mounting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1, conveying the paper dragging hanger clamped with paper along a preset conveying path, and arranging a no-load paper hanging frame below the tail end of the preset conveying path;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of rice paper production, in particular to a paper mounting method.

Background

The bean curd rice is prepared by soaking raw rice paper in soybean milk, and air drying. Airing is generally carried out on airing racks, but the existing airing racks have the problems of inconvenient operation and easy adhesion of rice papers to be aired due to wind blowing, so that a more reliable paper airing device is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet mounting method capable of preventing adjacent wet sheets from sticking together during the mounting of the wet sheets.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows.

A paper sheet mounting method includes the steps of: s1, conveying the paper dragging hanger clamped with paper along a preset conveying path, and arranging a no-load paper hanging frame below the tail end of the preset conveying path; s2, after the paper clamped by the paper dragging hanger on the path to be conveyed is soaked and dragged, sequentially moving the paper dragging hanger with the wet paper to a paper hanging frame, and separating two adjacent wet papers on the paper hanging frame to prevent the adjacent wet papers from being adhered to each other; and S3, when the current paper hanging rack is fully hung, replacing the empty paper hanging rack with a new empty paper hanging rack, and repeating the operation from the step S1 to the step S3.

Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps: s4, drying the wet paper on the fully loaded paper hanging rack; and S5, after the paper is dried, unloading the paper from the paper hanging rack.

Preferably, the lower part of the paper hanging frame is provided with a paper separating component which is movably arranged on the paper hanging frame; step S2 includes: and S21, isolating the wet paper and avoiding the wet paper mounting by adjusting the posture of the paper separation component.

Preferably, the paper separating assemblies are arranged at intervals along the conveying direction of the paper, and each paper separating assembly comprises a paper separating frame, and paper separating pieces are respectively arranged on two sides of each paper separating frame corresponding to the paper surface of the wet paper; the separator on the swinging path of the lower end of the wet paper contacts the paper surface of the wet paper in a point contact/line contact manner to separate the swinging lower end of the wet paper when the lower end of the wet paper swings; when the lower end of the wet paper does not swing, the paper separating piece at the side of the wet paper is arranged separately from the paper surface of the wet paper.

Preferably, the clamping assembly is movably arranged at the upper part of the paper hanging frame along the vertical direction and comprises a V-shaped clamping opening part; before the operation of the step S2 is executed, the arrangement that the V-shaped clamping opening part completely protrudes out of the upper end face of the supporting beam is adjusted to assemble the paper dragging hanger; before the operation of step S5 is performed, the V-shaped clamp opening portion is adjusted to be fully retracted to the lower side of the upper end surface of the support beam to avoid unloading of the paper dragging hanger.

Preferably, the upper end of the paper hanging frame is provided with two supporting beams, the inner sides of the two supporting beams are respectively provided with a B moving part, the B moving parts are provided with clamping components at intervals, the B moving parts are installed on the paper hanging frame in a floating mode through a B spring, the B moving parts are connected with shaft bodies of clamping opening adjusting shafts through C flexible ropes, the clamping opening adjusting shafts are installed on the paper hanging frame in a rotating mode, and the axial directions of the clamping opening adjusting shafts are consistent with the length directions of the supporting beams; rotating the clamping opening adjusting shaft to adjust the movable piece B to move downwards so that the V-shaped clamping opening part retracts towards the lower side of the upper end surface of the supporting beam; after the clamping opening adjusting shaft stops rotating, the spring B can be used for driving the moving part B to move upwards, so that the V-shaped clamping opening part is arranged towards the upper end face of the supporting beam in a protruding mode.
