As an embodiment of the present invention, the upper end of the grinding plate 3 is provided with a rectangular groove 31; a rotating shaft 32 is rotatably connected between two groove walls of the rectangular groove 31; a group of round bars 33 are uniformly distributed on the rotating shaft 32; at least two round rods 33 are provided, and the end parts of the round rods 33 are fixedly connected with cylindrical blocks 34; the central axis of the cylindrical block 34 is vertical to the central axis of the rotating shaft 32; when the corrugated board is used, the friction force of the grinding plate 3 on the corrugated board is limited, the friction time is long, and the raw material collection efficiency is influenced; therefore, in the invention, the rectangular groove 31 is arranged at the upper end of the grinding plate 3, the rotating shaft 32 is rotatably connected between the two groove walls of the rectangular groove 31, and the cylindrical block 34 is connected to the rotating shaft 32 through the round rod 33, so that when the grinding plate 3 moves along the rack 6, the cylindrical block 34 is subjected to resistance in water and can rotate around the rotating shaft 32, the cylindrical block 34 can collide with the lower end surface of the corrugated board, and the glue on the corrugated board falls off after being collided; according to the invention, the second motor 73 drives the grinding plate 3 to move along the rack 6 and to rotate around the rotating shaft 32 to be matched with the cylindrical block 34, so that glue on the corrugated part falls off after being impacted, and the collection efficiency of raw materials of packaging materials is improved.

As an embodiment of the present invention, a side surface of the cylindrical block 34 is provided with a concave recess 341; a group of arc-shaped plates 342 are arranged in the concave pit 341; at least two arc-shaped plates 342 are arranged, and the arc-shaped plates 342 are distributed in the concave pits 341 in a staggered manner; when the corrugated board collision preventing device is used, the resistance of one side surface of the cylindrical block 34 in water is limited, so that the rotating speed of the cylindrical block 34 around the rotating shaft 32 is limited, and the collision efficiency of the cylindrical block 34 on the corrugated board is further influenced; therefore, in the invention, the concave pits 341 are formed in one side surface of the cylindrical block 34, so that the resistance of one side surface of the cylindrical block 34 in water is increased, the group of arc-shaped plates 342 are arranged in the concave pits 341, and the arc-shaped plates 342 are distributed in the concave pits 341 in a staggered manner, so that under the impact of water flow on one side surface of the cylindrical block 34, the water flow can be temporarily stopped in the concave pits 341 under the action of the arc-shaped plates 342, so that the resistance of one side surface of the cylindrical block 34 in water is further increased, and the larger the resistance of one side surface of the cylindrical block 34 is, so that the higher the rotating speed of the; according to the invention, the grinding plate 3 drives the cylindrical block 34 to move in water and is matched with the concave pit 341 and the arc-shaped plate 342 of the cylindrical block 34, so that the speed of the cylindrical block 34 around the rotating shaft 32 is improved, and the efficiency of falling off after the glue on the corrugated board is impacted is improved.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the other side surface of the cylindrical block 34 is provided with a bulge structure, and the other side surface of the cylindrical block 34 is provided with a set of fins 343; the number of the fins 343 is at least two, and the fins 343 are uniformly distributed on the other side surface of the cylindrical block 34; when in use, the cylindrical block 34 on the water surface is subjected to resistance when entering the water, so that the speed of the cylindrical block 34 around the rotating shaft 32 is reduced; therefore, in the invention, the other side surface of the cylindrical block 34 is arranged to be a bulge structure, so that the resistance of the other side surface of the cylindrical block 34 in water flow is reduced, meanwhile, the corrugated board is prevented from being damaged after being impacted by the bulge structure, and further the collection of raw materials is influenced, and the fin plate 343 is arranged on the other side surface of the cylindrical block 34, so that the fin plate 343 can divide water, and the resistance of water to the other side surface of the cylindrical block 34 is reduced; according to the invention, the arc-shaped plate 342 on one side surface of the cylindrical block 34 is matched with the fin plate 343 on the other side surface of the cylindrical block 34, so that the kinetic energy loss of the cylindrical block 34 rotating around the rotating shaft 32 is reduced, and the speed of the cylindrical block 34 around the rotating shaft 32 is improved.

As an embodiment of the present invention, a set of grooves 344 is disposed on the other side surface of the cylindrical block 34; the number of the grooves 344 is at least two, and the fin 343 is connected in the grooves 344 in a sliding manner; a spring 345 is arranged in the groove 344; one end of the spring 345 is connected with the bottom of the groove 344, and the other end is connected with the fin 343; a blind hole 346 is arranged at the center of the other side surface of the cylindrical block 34; the blind hole 346 is communicated with the groove 344; when the corrugated cardboard collecting device is used, the corrugated cardboard can be scraped by the fin plate 343 on the other end face of the cylindrical block 34, so that the difficulty in collecting raw materials is increased; therefore, in the invention, the groove 344 is formed in the other end face of the cylindrical block 34, the fin 343 is connected in the groove 344 in a sliding manner, the blind hole 346 is formed in the center of the other end face of the cylindrical block 34, the blind hole 346 is communicated with the groove 344, the other end of the cylindrical block 34 is impacted by water flow, so that the water flow enters the blind hole 346, the water in the blind hole 346 enters the groove 344, water pressure is generated in the groove 344, the fin 343 is acted by the water, the fin 343 slides to the notch of the groove 344 along the groove 344, the fin 343 slides along the groove 344 under the elastic force of the spring 345 by arranging the spring 345 in the groove 344, and when the fin 343 is separated from the water, the water in the blind hole 346 flows out, so that the water pressure in the groove 344 disappears, and meanwhile, the fin 343 slides to the bottom of the groove 344 under the action of; according to the invention, the fin plate 343 is connected in the groove 344 in a sliding manner and is matched with the spring 345 in the groove 344, so that the shunting effect of the fin plate 343 in water is ensured, and meanwhile, the corrugated board is not damaged by the impact of the fin plate 343, thereby facilitating the collection of raw materials.

The packaging material is suitable for the manufacturing method and comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of crushed corrugated board, 10-20 parts of soybean protein, 10-20 parts of urea, 10-15 parts of bamboo fiber, 120 parts of water 100, 3-5 parts of lubricant, 0.2-0.5 part of antistatic agent and 30-40 parts of adhesive, wherein the adhesive is composed of 3-4 parts of waterproof agent, 2-3 parts of compound agent and 5-6 parts of cross-linking agent; by using the waste corrugated boards as main raw materials, the cost is saved, and the environmental pollution is reduced, so that the packaging material is more environment-friendly to manufacture.

the groove 344 is formed in the other end face of the cylindrical block 34, the fin 343 is connected in the groove 344 in a sliding mode, meanwhile, the blind hole 346 is formed in the center of the other end face of the cylindrical block 34, the blind hole 346 is communicated with the groove 344, the other end of the cylindrical block 34 is impacted by water flow, the water flow enters the blind hole 346, the water in the blind hole 346 enters the groove 344, water pressure is generated in the groove 344, the fin 343 is under the action of the water, the fin 343 slides to the notch of the groove 344 along the groove 344, the fin 343 slides along the groove 344 under the action of the elastic force of the spring 345 through the spring 345 arranged in the groove 344, the cylindrical block 34 collides with the lower end face of the corrugated board after rotating around the rotating shaft 32, and glue on the corrugated board falls off after being impacted;
