1. A padlock device with a containing space is characterized in that the padlock device is used for containing keys and has an anti-theft function, and comprises:

the box body is provided with a first box part and a second box part, one ends of the first box part and the second box part are mutually pivoted and combined, and the first box part and the second box part form a containing groove chamber in the box body when being mutually covered;

the character wheel set is assembled on the wall surface of the containing groove chamber and is positioned on the first box piece or the second box piece, the character wheel set is provided with a plurality of number wheels, the local part of each number wheel is exposed out of a plurality of through holes arranged on the first box piece or the second box piece, each number wheel is a semitransparent disc body capable of reflecting light, and in addition, one side edge of the character wheel set is convexly provided with an elastic fastener;

a fastener set, which is installed on the other one of the first box or the second box of the character wheel set, and the fastener set comprises a locking fastener and a U fastener, one end of the U fastener is pivoted on one end of the first box or the second box, the other end of the U fastener penetrates through the first box or the second box and is fastened with the locking fastener, the displacement of the locking fastener is released from the fastening with the U fastener, in addition, a convex fastener is further arranged on the periphery of the box provided with the fastener set and on the same side as the elastic fastener, and the first box and the second box are covered by the convex fastener to fasten the elastic fastener;

The padlock device with an accommodating space according to claim 1, further comprising a switch disposed outside the case and corresponding to the light emitting module, wherein the switch is electrically connected to the light emitting module and controls electric conduction and power failure between the power assembly and the light emitting module.

The padlock device with an accommodating space according to claim 1, wherein two arc notches are further recessed at one end of the other box of the first box and the second box, and the arc notches are located at positions corresponding to two ends of the U-shaped fastener, and the first box and the second box are covered with each other and then surround the two ends of the U-shaped fastener with the corresponding arc notches.

The padlock device with an accommodating space according to claim 2, wherein two arc notches are further recessed at one end of the other box of the first box and the second box, and the arc notches are located at positions corresponding to two ends of the U-shaped fastener, and the first box and the second box are covered with each other and then the corresponding arc notches surround the two ends of the U-shaped fastener.

The padlock device with the accommodating space, according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the wall surface of the accommodating groove chamber is further provided with at least one engaging piece, the at least one engaging piece is arranged at a position opposite to the first box piece or the second box piece arranged on the print wheel set, and the at least one engaging piece is used for positioning the key in the accommodating groove chamber.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a padlock device with a containing space, in particular to a technology applied to the field of locks, and the main technology can provide a light source for illumination, so that a user can conveniently take keys contained in a lock box, and the padlock device is more convenient for the user to have visibility when the user dials numbers to unlock, namely an creation with excellent practicability.

Background

The household safety is the security consciousness that everyone must have, therefore go out to patrol all doors, doors and windows before going out, and lock the action that must be undertaken, in order to ensure that the thief can not enter the room to steal, and the door handle on the general market has the structure of the tool to lock, the user only needs to lock the door handle directly, but some places, positions do not have the door handle, such as garage, bicycle shed, even the place of some important articles, so only can utilize the commonly common tool to lock the lock, in order to protect own property, but this way can produce a problem, that causes the user to go out must carry too many keys, very easy to cause the problem of losing.

In addition, in order to seek better defense effect, the lock is provided with additional unlocking modes, such as: the digital wheel disc, the electronic password and the like can be unlocked by matching with the use of a key, but the unlocking of the lockset in a dark place without light is a very difficult thing, the judgment capability of human eyes on articles is rapidly reduced under the condition of poor light, and the conditions that the password is not rotated correctly and is rotated over the head easily occur when the lockset of the digital wheel disc is unlocked, so that the user can not rotate the digital wheel disc continuously to unlock the digital wheel disc. If the numbers on the number dial are needed to be clearly seen at night, the lighting tool must be held by one hand and the other hand is used for dialing, which is inconvenient and very troublesome.

In view of the above-mentioned prior art, the inventor of the present invention has invested much time in studying related knowledge and comparing the merits of the related products, and has conducted many experiments and tests to develop a padlock device with a containing space to improve the above-mentioned shortcomings, so as to meet the needs of the public.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems that the key of the existing lockset is easy to lose due to being carried about, the carrying inconvenience of a user is increased, the password can not be accurately operated and input under the dark condition, so that the time is consumed for inputting the password, and even the deadlock condition caused by too many times of input is possibly caused, the invention provides the padlock device with the containing space, and the user does not need to carry too many keys when going out, and the possibility of losing is avoided by effectively containing; the user can clearly see the number of the password in dark.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

The invention has the advantages that the user does not need to carry too many keys when going out, and the possibility of losing is avoided by utilizing effective accommodation; the user can clearly see the number of the password in dark.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a padlock device with an accommodating space for accommodating a key 10 and having an anti-theft function according to the present invention includes: a box body 1 is a rectangular cuboid, which mainly comprises a first box part 11 and a second box part 12, wherein one ends of the first box part 11 and the second box part 12 are mutually pivoted and combined, the first box part 11 and the second box part 12 form a containing groove chamber 13 when being mutually covered, and a key 10 or other small objects are contained in the containing groove chamber 13; a character wheel set 2 for setting whether the first box 11 and the second box 12 are opened or not, the character wheel set 2 is arranged on the wall of the receiving groove 13 and located on the first box 11 or the second box 12, the character wheel set 2 has a plurality of number wheels 21, each number wheel 21 can be rotated and shifted, part of each number wheel 21 is exposed out of a plurality of through holes 3 arranged on the first box 11 or the second box 12, the hole pattern of each through hole 3 is in a long-moment shape, part of each number wheel 21 is exposed out of each through hole 3 for the user to operate and shift, each number wheel 21 is a semitransparent disc body with light rays, in addition, a snap fastener 22 is convexly arranged on any side edge of the groove side wall of the foldable character wheel set 2 corresponding to the receiving groove 13 (the invention takes the fact that the snap fasteners 22 are convexly arranged on both sides of the character wheel set 2 as the main embodiment); a fastener set 4, which is installed on the other one of the first box 11 or the second box 12 at the location where the character wheel set 2 is installed, and the fastener set 4 includes a locking fastener 41 and a U fastener 42, the U fastener 42 is installed at one end of the first box 11 or the second box 12 with both ends, one end of the U fastener 42 is pivoted on the top end of the installed box, and the other end of the U fastener 42 penetrates through the installed box and is fastened with the locking fastener 41, the U fastener 42 is pivoted on one end of the installed box and can move telescopically, and the displacement of the locking fastener 41 releases the fastening with the U fastener 42, in addition, a convex fastener 5 is further installed on the same side of the elastic fastener 22 on the periphery side of the box where the fastener set 4 is installed, and the first box 11 and the second box 12 are covered and fastened with the elastic fastener 22 by the convex fastener 5; the light-emitting module 6 is arranged in the accommodating groove chamber 13 and is adjacent to the character wheel set 2, the light-emitting module 6 comprises a transparent outer cover 61, a power assembly 62 and a light-emitting assembly 63, the transparent outer cover 61 is arranged on the wall surface of the accommodating groove chamber 13, the power assembly 62 is arranged in the transparent outer cover 61, the light-emitting assembly 63 is arranged at one end of the transparent outer cover 61 and corresponds to the character wheel set 2, and the light-emitting assembly 63 is electrically connected with the power assembly 62; wherein, under the irradiation of the light-emitting set 63 towards the character wheel set 2 and the refraction light of each number wheel 21, the light of the light-emitting set 63 can illuminate the number of the number wheel 21 through refraction, so that the user can clearly watch and dial each number wheel 21, and in addition, by means of the arrangement of the transparent outer cover 61, the light of the light-emitting set 63 can simultaneously penetrate out of the transparent outer cover 61 to illuminate the inside of the containing groove chamber 13, thereby clearly identifying the contained key 10.

According to the above description, the present invention uses the box with the character wheel set 2 as the first box 11 and the box with the U-shaped fastener 42 as the second box 12, after the user wants to confirm the locking of the door and window before going out, he can transversely toggle the locking fastener 41 to release the end of the U-shaped fastener 42 that is fastened to the locking fastener 41, and pull the U-shaped fastener 42 upward to make the end of the U-shaped fastener 42 that is originally inserted into the second box 12 far away, the user can use the release of the U-shaped fastener 42 to fasten the door and window, finally insert the U-shaped fastener 42 into the second box 12 and fasten the locking fastener 41, thereby completing the locking of the U-shaped fastener 42, swinging the first box 11 to the second box 12 to expand, placing the key 10 into the receiving slot 13, swinging the first box 11 to cover the second box 12 after placing, and making the convex fastener 5 fasten the elastic fastener 22, thus, the key 10 can be stored without being carried about, thereby preventing the key 10 from being lost; when a user wants to take the key 10, the user can select the correct number through the rotation of the number wheels 21 to swing and unfold the first box 11 relative to the second box 12, the user can take the key 10 from the storage chamber 13 to open the door and the window, and if the box 1 is to be dismounted, the user can transversely stir the locking part 41 to release the buckling group with the U-shaped buckle 42, pull the U-shaped buckle 42 upwards to make one end of the buckling group locking part 41 far away from the second box 12, thereby dismounting the box 1, and the operation of the number wheels 21 can be rotated, if the user is in dark and bad sight, the user can clearly see the numbers of the number wheels 21 through the arrangement of the light emitting group 63 in the light emitting module 6 to rotate, the problem that the key 10 cannot be locked and unlocked any more due to too many dialing errors and the problem that time is wasted in repeated dialing is solved, and when the key 10 is correctly dialed and unlocked and the number of keys in the storage slot chamber 13 is more than one, in order to save time and correctly take the required key 10, the light of the light-emitting group 63 is also utilized to be irradiated by light and matched with the transparent outer cover 61 to allow the light to penetrate out, the light of the light-emitting group 63 can also provide illumination in the storage slot chamber 13, so that a user can clearly identify the key 10 to be taken in the storage slot chamber 13, the distinguishing time is reduced, and the key can be taken quickly is solved, please refer to fig. 1, 4, 5 and 6.

According to the above description, further describing other detailed technical features of the present invention, in order to make the covering between the first box 11 and the second box 12 more close, with reference to fig. 1, the U-shaped fastener 42 is disposed at the top end of the second box 12, and the top end of the first box 11 is further provided with two arc-shaped notches 111, when the first box 11 is pivoted and covered with respect to the second box 12, the second box 12 will end up in the first box 11, so that one end of the first box 11, which is provided with the two arc-shaped notches 111, is overlapped on the outer surface of the second box 12, and the two arc-shaped notches 111 are sleeved with the two ends of the U-shaped fastener 42, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2; according to the operation of the user to see the numbers of the number wheel 21 and the key 10 stored in the storage groove 13 in darkness, the present invention is provided with a switch 7 at the outer side of the box body 1, and the figures mainly show that the switch 7 is arranged on the outer surface of the first box 11 and is positioned below each through hole 3, the switch 7 is electrically connected with the light-emitting module 6, and the switch 7 can open and close the electrical connection between the power assembly 62 and the light-emitting assembly 63 by pressing and touching, when the user needs to illuminate, the user can open the light-emitting assembly 63 for illumination by only pressing and touching the switch, and the present invention can also set that the light-emitting assembly 63 and the power assembly 62 can be conducted by touching the box body 1 (not shown), and all the ways of only starting and closing the light-emitting assembly 63 and the power assembly 62 belong to the protection scope of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1.

Finally, in order to facilitate the user to clearly identify the key 10 to be taken, and to quickly take the key without looking for the key 10 to be taken, at least one connecting member 8 is further disposed on the wall surface of the receiving chamber 13, and under the description of the drawings and the foregoing paragraphs, the position of the at least one connecting member 8 is located in the second box member 12, and the at least one connecting member 8 positions the key 10 in the receiving chamber 13, and the use of the at least one connecting member 8 has two kinds of usage descriptions, one of which is shown in fig. 5, the at least one connecting member 8 is a magnetic member, and simply speaking, a key ring 101 made of iron is disposed on the key 10, so that the key ring 101 can be magnetically attracted by using the at least one connecting member 8, and if a plurality of keys 10 are to be taken into the receiving chamber 13, the plurality of connecting members 8 or the strip-shaped connecting members 8 can be disposed to provide a plurality of keys 10 to be simultaneously taken in an array, to facilitate easy and clear access by the user to the desired key 10; secondly, as shown in fig. 6, besides the key 10 is received in the receiving chamber 13 in a magnetic manner, it can also be received in a hanging manner, so that the at least one connecting piece 8 can be set as a hook to provide the key 10 to be hung.

In summary of the above description of the present invention, the characteristics of the present invention provide that the user can go out without carrying the key 10, the key 10 can be stored in the box body 1, and the first box 11 and the second box 12 are closed to hide the key 10, so as to prevent the key 10 from being carried out and the key 10 from being lost, and in addition, by means of the light emitting set 63, the user can use the illumination of the light emitting set 63 in a dark environment, and by means of the translucent and light-scattering characteristics of the digital wheels 21, the digital wheels 21 can emit light to facilitate the user to clearly view the numbers, and the user can open the first box 11 and the second box 12 by one-time dialing, and in addition, by means of the light emitting set 63 and the transparent outer cover 61, the light of the light emitting set 63 can also be transmitted out of the transparent outer cover 61 to irradiate the storage slot chamber 13, borrow this to let the user can be clear discern the key 10 that is located the storage tank room 13 or other article of accomodating in, let the user can shorten the time, reduce the problem of looking over on taking and produce, compare in the use of current tool to lock, thoroughly improved the carrying of key, can't see the password scheduling problem clearly, accord with masses' demand use completely, it has progressive nature and practicality to show to have a certain extent.
