1. A fixed scroll for mating with an orbiting scroll, the fixed scroll comprising:

a fixed scroll casing and a fixed scroll, the fixed scroll being connected to the fixed scroll casing;

the air supplementing port is arranged on a matching surface of the static vortex disc shell facing the movable vortex disc;

the air supplementing interface is arranged on the outer wall of the fixed scroll casing;

and two ends of the air supply channel are respectively communicated with the air supply port and the air supply interface, and the air supply channel extends in the fixed scroll casing.

2. The fixed scroll of claim 1, wherein the gas makeup passage comprises:

a lateral extension in communication with the gas make-up interface and extending along an outer wall of the fixed scroll casing toward an interior of the fixed scroll casing;

a longitudinal extension in communication with the lateral extension and the air supplement port, respectively, and extending along an interior of the fixed scroll casing toward the mating face.

3. The fixed scroll of claim 2 wherein the transverse extension is parallel to the mating face and the longitudinal extension is perpendicular to the mating face.

4. The fixed scroll of claim 1, wherein the number of the gas replenishment ports is an even number, each being symmetrically distributed along a center of the fixed scroll.

5. The fixed scroll of claim 4, wherein the gas replenishment ports are distributed on different base circles centered on a center of the fixed scroll, wherein two of the gas replenishment ports that are centrosymmetric are located on the same base circle.

6. The fixed scroll of claim 5, wherein the number of the gas supplementing ports is four, and the four gas supplementing ports are distributed on two different base circles centering on the center of the fixed scroll, wherein two gas supplementing ports symmetrical with respect to the center of the fixed scroll are arranged on the same base circle.

7. The fixed scroll of claim 1, wherein the fixed scroll is further coupled to an air supplement connector, the air supplement connector in communication with the air supplement port.

8. The fixed scroll of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a discharge plate attachment hole is provided in the fixed scroll casing.

9. The fixed scroll of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein an exhaust port is provided in the fixed scroll casing, the exhaust port being located at the center of the fixed scroll.

10. An electric scroll compressor comprising the fixed scroll as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 and an orbiting scroll, the supplementary gas port communicating with the orbiting scroll.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a fixed scroll and an electric scroll compressor including the same.

Background

The heat pump has the problems of deteriorated heating performance and reduced operation reliability in a low-temperature environment in winter, and the air-supplying and enthalpy-increasing technology is proved to be an effective way for improving the performance of the heat pump in the low-temperature environment. When the outdoor air temperature is lowered to be very low, the air suction specific volume of the refrigerant is increased, the air suction quantity is sharply reduced, and the heating quantity can not meet the heating requirement. Meanwhile, the heating capacity and COP of the system continuously decrease, the exhaust temperature greatly increases, and even at an extremely low temperature, the compression is difficult to maintain normal operation. The heat pump is initially designed, the economical efficiency and the reliability of the heat pump in operation under common working conditions are considered, the operation performance under extreme working conditions is considered, and the vapor-supplementing and enthalpy-increasing technology provides possibility for the design requirement.

At the present stage, when the technologies of a compressor and other system components have not made a major breakthrough, the research and application of the gas-supplementing and enthalpy-increasing technology are greatly beneficial to widening the application range of the air source heat pump and improving the performance and reliability of the system. Especially for pure electric vehicles, the energy consumption of the heat pump directly influences the endurance mileage, and the development of the automobile heat pump air conditioning technology related to the comfort requirement of people is also very important when the new energy automobile is popularized in the current stage. Some prior arts propose designs of air-supply enthalpy-increasing systems in different application fields, most of which do not provide air-supply port designs of compressors, and at present, the design of air-supply ports of electric scroll compressors is less, and the specific processing scheme of air-supply channels is single, so that the air-supply enthalpy-increasing systems cannot be well applied to the actual production process.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a fixed scroll and an electric scroll compressor comprising the same, aiming at overcoming the defects that the prior art lacks a specific air supplement port design scheme, is not beneficial to improving the uniformity of a flow field and the operating characteristics of the scroll compressor.

The invention solves the technical problems through the following technical scheme:

a fixed scroll for cooperating with an orbiting scroll, the fixed scroll comprising:

a fixed scroll casing and a fixed scroll, the fixed scroll being connected to the fixed scroll casing;

the air supplementing port is arranged on a matching surface of the static vortex disc shell facing the movable vortex disc;

the air supplementing interface is arranged on the outer wall of the fixed scroll casing;

and two ends of the air supply channel are respectively communicated with the air supply port and the air supply interface, and the air supply channel extends in the fixed scroll casing.

This scheme is based on scroll compressor and the tonifying qi passageway that designs has further expanded the adaptability of low temperature operating mode, can realize the heat pump suitability under the low temperature operating mode through the switching and the flow control of different tonifying qi passageways, and operating mode scope is wider, and system flexibility, economic nature obtain further promotion.

The design of the air supplementing hole 11 enables the flow field of the mixed refrigerant to be more uniform, the operating characteristics of the scroll compressor can be improved, the thermodynamic performance is fully considered, meanwhile, larger vibration and noise are avoided, and the system stability is guaranteed.

The design that the tonifying qi passageway extended in static vortex dish casing has avoided contacting with exhaust passage, has improved the stability of compressor, and the structure of make full use of current compressor has improved current scroll compressor's economic nature and efficiency nature through simple and easy design.

Preferably, the air supply passage includes:

a lateral extension in communication with the gas make-up interface and extending along an outer wall of the fixed scroll casing toward an interior of the fixed scroll casing;

a longitudinal extension in communication with the lateral extension and the air supplement port, respectively, and extending along an interior of the fixed scroll casing toward the mating face.

During processing, a certain angle of transverse punching is firstly adopted in the shell of the static scroll to form a transverse extending part, and then a blind hole is longitudinally punched to form a longitudinal extending part, so that the static scroll is communicated with the movable scroll.

Preferably, the lateral extension is parallel to the mating surface and the longitudinal extension is perpendicular to the mating surface.

Preferably, the number of the air supplementing ports is even, and the air supplementing ports are respectively and symmetrically distributed along the center of the fixed scroll plate. The symmetrically arranged air supplementing ports are beneficial to the mechanical balance of the fixed scroll and reduce vibration and noise.

Preferably, the air supply ports are distributed on different base circles taking the center of the fixed scroll as the center of a circle, wherein two air supply ports symmetrical along the center are located on the same base circle. The location of the make-up gas port needs to be adapted to the other structure of the scroll compressor itself. Thus, although it is theoretically possible to arrange all the air supply openings on the same base circle, the corresponding design space and the adaptation to other structures can be difficult. Therefore, the positions of the air supplementing ports can be flexibly arranged by adopting the arrangement of different base circles so as to better deal with the matching of other structures.

Preferably, the number of the air supplementing ports is four, and the four air supplementing ports are distributed on two different base circles taking the center of the fixed scroll as the circle center, wherein two air supplementing ports symmetrical along the center of the fixed scroll are arranged on the same base circle.

Preferably, the fixed scroll is further connected with an air supplement connector, and the air supplement connector is communicated with the air supplement interface.

Preferably, the fixed scroll casing is provided with an exhaust valve plate connecting hole.

Preferably, an exhaust port is provided on the fixed scroll casing, the exhaust port being located at the center of the fixed scroll.

An electric scroll compressor is characterized by comprising a static scroll and a movable scroll, wherein the air supplementing port is communicated with the movable scroll.

The positive progress effects of the invention are as follows: the invention avoids the contact with the exhaust passage, fully utilizes the structure of the prior compressor, ensures the balance of moving parts on the basis of the original mechanical balance through simple design, reduces vibration and noise, fully considers the operating characteristics of the scroll compressor, mixes the refrigerant more fully, and is beneficial to improving the stability and the economy of the air-supplementing scroll compressor.

Detailed Description

The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment discloses a fixed scroll for cooperating with an orbiting scroll, wherein the fixed scroll includes a fixed scroll casing 22, a fixed scroll, an air supplement port 11, an air supplement port 12, and an air supplement passage 13.

As shown in fig. 1, the fixed scroll of the present embodiment includes a fixed scroll casing 22 and a fixed scroll 21, and the fixed scroll 21 is connected to the fixed scroll casing 22. The connection relationship and the corresponding position arrangement between the fixed scroll casing 22 and the fixed scroll 21 can adopt the existing design in the field, and therefore, the detailed description thereof is omitted.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fixed scroll of the present embodiment includes the gas replenishing port 11, and the gas replenishing port 11 is opened to a mating surface 221 of the fixed scroll casing 22 that faces the orbiting scroll.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the fixed scroll of the present embodiment further includes a gas supply port 12 provided in an outer wall 222 of the fixed scroll casing 22.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the fixed scroll of the present embodiment further includes an air supply passage 13, two ends of the air supply passage 13 are respectively communicated with the air supply port 11 and the air supply port 12, and the air supply passage 13 extends in the fixed scroll casing 22.

This scheme is based on scroll compressor and the tonifying qi passageway 13 that designs has further expanded the adaptability of low temperature operating mode, can realize the heat pump suitability under the low temperature operating mode through the switching and the flow control of different tonifying qi passageways 13, and operating mode scope is wider, and system flexibility, economic nature are further promoted.

The design of the air supplementing hole 11 enables the flow field of the mixed refrigerant to be more uniform, the operating characteristics of the scroll compressor can be improved, the thermodynamic performance is fully considered, meanwhile, larger vibration and noise are avoided, and the system stability is guaranteed.

The design that the air supply channel 13 extends in the fixed scroll shell 22 avoids contact with an exhaust channel, improves the stability of the compressor, makes full use of the structure of the existing compressor, and improves the economical efficiency and the energy efficiency of the existing scroll compressor through simple design.

In this embodiment, the gas supply channel 13 further includes a lateral extension and a longitudinal extension. The lateral extensions are channels extending between the supply air port 11 and the supply air port 12 as shown in fig. 3. The longitudinal extension is perpendicular to the paper in fig. 3, overlapping the inflation port 11 in fig. 3, and is not otherwise shown in fig. 3, and is disposed perpendicular to the mating surface 221.

In this embodiment, the lateral extension communicates with the gas make-up port 12 and extends along the outer wall 222 of the fixed scroll casing 22 toward the interior of the fixed scroll casing 22;

in the present embodiment, the longitudinal extending portions communicate with the lateral extending portions and the gas replenishing port 11, respectively, and extend toward the mating surface 221 along the inside of the fixed scroll casing 22.

During processing, a transverse extending part is formed by punching a hole at a certain angle in the fixed scroll shell 22 in a transverse direction, and then a longitudinal extending part is formed by punching a blind hole in a longitudinal direction, so that the fixed scroll shell is communicated with the movable scroll.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in the present embodiment, the lateral extension is parallel to the mating surface 221, and the longitudinal extension is perpendicular to the mating surface 221.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the number of the gas replenishing ports 11 is an even number, and each is symmetrically distributed along the center of the fixed scroll. The symmetrically arranged air supplementing ports 11 are beneficial to the mechanical balance of the fixed scroll and reduce vibration and noise.

In this embodiment, the air supplement ports 11 may be distributed on different base circles using the center of the fixed scroll as the center of the circle, wherein the two air supplement ports 11 symmetrical along the center are located on the same base circle. The location of the make-up gas port 11 needs to be adapted to the other structure of the scroll compressor itself. Thus, although it is theoretically possible to arrange all the air supply ports 11 on the same base circle, the corresponding design space and the cooperation with other structures would be difficult. Therefore, the positions of the air supplementing ports 11 can be flexibly arranged by adopting the arrangement of different base circles so as to better deal with the matching of other structures.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the number of the gas supplementing ports 11 in the present embodiment is four, and the four gas supplementing ports 11 are distributed on two different base circles a and B that use the center of the fixed scroll as the center of a circle, where two gas supplementing ports 11 that are symmetrical along the center of the fixed scroll are disposed on the same base circle a or the same base circle B.

In this embodiment, the fixed scroll may further be connected to an air supply joint, and the air supply joint is communicated with the air supply port 12.

As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the fixed scroll casing 22 is provided with a discharge valve sheet connecting hole 3. The fixed scroll casing 22 is also provided with an exhaust port 4, and the exhaust port 4 is located at the center of the fixed scroll.

The present embodiment also describes an electric scroll compressor, wherein the electric scroll compressor includes a fixed scroll and a movable scroll, and the air supply port 11 communicates with the movable scroll.

The invention avoids the contact with the exhaust passage, fully utilizes the structure of the prior compressor, ensures the balance of moving parts on the basis of the original mechanical balance through simple design, reduces vibration and noise, fully considers the operating characteristics of the scroll compressor, mixes the refrigerant more fully, and is beneficial to improving the stability and the economy of the air-supplementing scroll compressor.
