1. A gas switching valve having an indicating function, comprising:

the valve comprises a valve shell (1), wherein a valve cavity is formed inside the valve shell (1), and two air inlets (13) and an air outlet (14) which are communicated with the valve cavity are formed outside the valve shell (1);

the valve core (2) is accommodated in the valve cavity and can move left and right under the action of air flow introduced from the two air inlets (13) so as to switch the plugging or communication state between the two air inlets (13) and the valve cavity;

and one end of the indicating component (5) is fixedly connected with the valve core (2) and can move left and right along with the valve core (2), and at least one part of the other end of the indicating component can penetrate out of the valve shell (1) to indicate the working state of the valve core (2).

2. The gas switching valve with indicating function according to claim 1, further comprising a limiting structure (7) disposed in the valve chamber for limiting the position of the valve core (2).

Obviously, the above patent can realize the purpose of uninterrupted gas supply, but for the operator, the gas supply side and the standby side of the system cannot be seen in the use process of the gas supply of the system, so that the operation and judgment of the user are easily affected, and potential safety hazards exist.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a gas switching valve with indication function, which can conveniently and quickly determine the real-time working status of the gas switching valve to directly determine the gas supply side and the standby side of the system, so as to overcome the above technical drawbacks.

The specific technical scheme is as follows:

a gas switching valve with an indicating function, comprising:

the valve shell is internally provided with a valve cavity, and two air inlets and one air outlet communicated with the valve cavity are formed outside the valve shell;

the valve core is accommodated in the valve cavity and can move left and right under the action of air flows introduced from the two air inlets so as to switch the plugging or communication state between the two air inlets and the valve cavity;

and one end of the indicating component is fixedly connected with the valve core and can move left and right along with the valve core, and at least one part of the other end of the indicating component can penetrate out of the valve shell to indicate the working state of the valve core.

Preferably, the valve further comprises a limiting structure arranged in the valve cavity and used for limiting the position of the valve core.

Preferably, a valve core sleeve is fixedly installed in the valve cavity, the valve core penetrates through an inner hole of the valve core sleeve, at least one limiting groove is formed in the inner hole wall of the valve core sleeve in a recessed mode, at least one mounting hole with one end penetrating to the outside is radially formed in the valve core, an elastic member is accommodated in the mounting hole, a limiting part is arranged at least one end of the elastic member, the limiting part can be pushed into the limiting groove under the action of the elastic member, and a limiting structure is formed by the limiting groove, the limiting part and the elastic member together.

Preferably, both ends of the mounting hole radially penetrate through the valve core, and both ends of the elastic member are provided with limiting parts.

In a specific application, when one of the two air inlets 13 is filled with air flow, the valve core 2 is moved towards the other air inlet 13 under the action of air pressure until the other air inlet 13 is blocked by the valve core 2, and at the moment, the air flow is filled into the air inlet 13 in a conducting state and flows out from the air outlet 14 through the valve cavity. When the air inlets 13 need to be switched and used, the ventilation states of the two air inlets 13 are changed, and the valve core 2 is reversely pushed to block the air inlet 13 which is not communicated with the air flow under the action of the air pressure, so that the function of the switching valve is realized. And the indicating component 5 moves along with the valve core 2, at least one part of the indicating component 5 can extend out of the valve casing 1, and the position of the valve core 2 can be judged by two states that the indicating component 5 extends out of the valve casing 1 and retracts into the valve casing 1, so that an operator can conveniently and directly judge the working state of the gas switching valve by visual observation.

In a specific application, as shown in fig. 4, two air inlets 13 of the gas switching valve 100 are respectively connected to one air bottle group 300 through a pressure reducing valve 200, and the connection purpose is achieved through a pipeline, the air outlet 14 is connected to an external device through a pipeline, when the left air bottle group 300 supplies air, the valve core 2 is pushed rightwards to block the right air inlet 13, at this position, the steel ball is clamped into the limiting groove 32 on the right side, so that the left air bottle group 300 is communicated with the air outlet 14, and the sliding indicating rod 52 is in a state of retracting into the valve housing 1. On the contrary, when the right gas cylinder group 300 supplies gas, the sliding indication rod 52 extends out of the valve housing 1 along with the movement of the valve core 2, so that an operator can directly and intuitively observe and judge the working state of the gas switching valve, the gas cylinder group 300 can be conveniently replaced, and the purpose of uninterrupted continuous gas supply is achieved.
