Background

Most of valves used by the existing control valves are manual valves, such as a tap water valve, a toilet bowl flushing valve, a shower water valve and the like, which are operated by hands, and the valves are unsanitary in use, extremely inconvenient for workers operating tools with two hands and often bring unnecessary troubles. A medical foot valve that can control cold and hot water is now provided to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a medical foot valve.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme: the medical foot valve consists of a main body valve and a foot pedal for controlling the main body valve to work, and is characterized in that the main body valve comprises a valve body and a valve core arranged in the valve body, the side part of the valve body is provided with a hot water inlet end and a cold water inlet end which are communicated with the inside of the valve body, one end of the valve body is provided with a water outlet end communicated with the inside of the valve body, the outer end part of the valve core extends out of the other end of the valve body and is abutted against the foot pedal to control the movement of the valve body, a resetting device for resetting the valve core is arranged between the water outlet end and the valve core in the valve body, the inner end part of the valve core is circumferentially provided with two annular grooves at intervals, a cavity is axially arranged at the inner end surface of the valve core, a plurality of through holes communicated with the cavity are radially arranged on the two annular grooves, when the foot pedal is in a non-, when the pedal is in a pressing-down state, the valve core moves along with the pressure of the pedal, the hot water inlet port is gradually communicated with the through hole, and meanwhile, the cold water inlet port is gradually closed with the through hole so as to control the temperature of water flow.

In the medical foot valve, the pedal comprises a pedal rod and a pedal plate, a connecting piece connected with the pedal rod is fixedly arranged above the valve body, the connecting piece is hinged with the pedal rod, the pedal rod is 7-shaped, and the bending part of the pedal rod is abutted to the valve core.

In the above medical foot valve, the reset device may be a spring or a leaf spring.

In the medical foot valve, the water outlet end and the resetting device are in threaded connection.

In the above medical foot valve, the valve core is provided with a plurality of sealing rings.

Compared with the prior art, the medical foot valve has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, safety and sanitation, no need of touching the manual switch by hands, automatic closing of the water valve after use, unnecessary waste avoidance, and control of the flow and temperature of water flow through the position pressed by the pedal.
