Background

Currently, in the existing refrigerator market, the conventional three-door refrigerator is getting mature. Multi-door refrigerators such as side-by-side refrigerators and four-door refrigerators are on the market to increase the functionality of the refrigerator and the convenience of users. Because the multi-door refrigerator is a large-capacity refrigerator, the door body is heavy, and the problem of uneven door bodies often occurs. The existing solution is to trim the door body by adding a gasket at the upper hinge or adding an adjusting component at the top of the door body. The fundamental reason for the door body irregularity is that the upper hinges are fixed irregularly under the influence of the production process, and the upper hinges are all in an unadjustable state in the existing solution, so the existing method cannot fundamentally solve the problem of the door body irregularity of the multi-door refrigerator.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the present invention is to provide a refrigerator in which a position of an upper hinge is adjustable.

A further object of the present invention is to provide a matching structure of an upper hinge and a reinforcement, which can fundamentally solve the problem of the door body irregularity of a multi-door refrigerator.

In particular, the present invention provides a refrigerator comprising:

the box body is provided with a top plate, and one or more positioning holes are formed in the top plate;

an upper hinge having a hinge body and one or more protrusions extending upward from the hinge body; and

the reinforcing pieces are provided with bottom plates and one or more bulges which extend upwards from the bottom plates, the bottom plates are arranged on the inner surfaces of the top plates, and the bulges of each reinforcing piece protrude out of the top plates through the positioning holes corresponding to the bulges; wherein

The protrusions of the upper hinge and the protrusions of the reinforcing member are connected and fixed in a matching manner, and the relative position between at least one protrusion of the upper hinge and the protrusion of the reinforcing member connected with the protrusion of the upper hinge is adjustable, so that the position of the upper hinge on the top plate is adjusted by adjusting the relative position.

Furthermore, the refrigerator utilizes the connecting mechanism to connect and fix the upper hinge and the reinforcing piece, and at least one connecting mechanism is arranged to be adjustable with the position of the bulge of the reinforcing piece to realize the adjustment of the position of the upper hinge.

Furthermore, the reinforcing part of the refrigerator is provided with a first bulge with a threaded hole in a penetrating mode in the front-back direction of the refrigerator body, the upper hinge is correspondingly provided with the first bulge, the front-back position of the upper hinge is adjusted by adjusting the matching position of the connecting mechanism with the external thread structure and the threaded hole, and the reinforcing part is simple in structure and easy to operate.

Furthermore, the connecting mechanism of the refrigerator provided by the invention uses the stud bolt with the limiting part and the screw rod part to match with the locking nut, the stability of the upper hinge fixation can be realized by the matching of the limiting part and the locking nut, and the position adjustment of the upper hinge can be realized by the matching of the screw rod part and the threaded hole.

Detailed Description

Fig. 1 is a schematic front view of a refrigerator 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view of the cabinet 110 of the refrigerator 100 shown in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a schematic partial enlarged view of the cabinet 110 of the refrigerator 100 shown in fig. 2. The refrigerator 100 of the embodiment of the present invention is a side by side refrigerator, and may generally include: the door comprises a box body 110, a first door body 121, a second door body 122, an upper hinge 200, a reinforcing piece 300 and a hinge shaft sleeve 203. The box body 110 has a plurality of storage compartments therein. The storage chamber is used for storing food, and can comprise a cold storage chamber and a freezing chamber which are used for frequently storing vegetables, and can also comprise a temperature changing chamber and the like. The first door body 121 and the second door body 122 are respectively pivotably disposed at a front side of the cabinet 110 to open and close the storage compartments of the cabinet 110. The upper hinge 200 and the reinforcement 300 are assembled on the top of the case 110. The upper hinge 200 has a hinge body 201 and a hinge extension 202. A hinge boss 203 is provided at the hinge extension 202, and the hinge boss 203 is engaged with a hinge shaft on the door body. One or more positioning holes are formed in the top plate 101 of the box body 110. The hinge body 201 is provided with one or more protrusions extending upward. The reinforcing members 300 have a bottom plate 301 and one or more protrusions extending upward from the bottom plate 301, the bottom plate 301 is disposed on the inner surface of the top plate 101, and the protrusion of each reinforcing member 300 protrudes from the top plate 101 through the positioning hole corresponding thereto. The protrusions of the upper hinge 200 and the protrusions of the reinforcement 300 are coupled and fixed in a fitting manner, and the relative position between at least one of the protrusions of the upper hinge 200 and the protrusion of the reinforcement 300 coupled thereto is adjustable, thereby adjusting the position of the upper hinge 200 on the top plate 101 by adjusting the relative position. According to the refrigerator 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the positioning hole is formed in the top plate 101, the protrusion of the upper hinge 200 and the protrusion of the reinforcing part 300 are matched, connected and fixed, and the relative positions of the two are adjustable, so that the upper hinge 200 and the reinforcing part 300 are stably connected, and the position of the upper hinge 200 on the top plate 101 can be adjusted, so that the problem of uneven door bodies of the multi-door refrigerator 100 is fundamentally solved. In order to ensure the mounting stability of the upper hinge 200, it is preferable that at least two positioning holes are formed in the top plate 101, and the reinforcement member 300 and the upper hinge 200 have at least two protrusions. In a preferred embodiment, three positioning holes are formed in the top plate 101, namely a first positioning hole 111, a second positioning hole 112 and a third positioning hole 113. In some embodiments, the protrusion of the upper hinge 200 and the protrusion of the reinforcement 300 of the present embodiment are fixed by a coupling mechanism; and at least one connection mechanism is configured to have a first portion and a second portion that are linked, the first portion being configured to be fixed with the protrusion of the upper hinge 200; the second portion is configured to be coupled to the protrusion of the reinforcement member 300 and the fitting relationship therebetween is adjustable, and the relative position is adjusted by adjusting the fitting relationship to adjust the position of the upper hinge 200 on the top plate 101. Compared with the method that the relative position is adjustable by directly adjusting the structures of the upper hinge 200 and the reinforcing part 300, the adjustment operation is easier to perform by arranging the connecting mechanism, and meanwhile, the later maintenance and the replacement are more convenient.

The first protrusion 310 of the reinforcement 300 has a substantially inverted U-shaped longitudinal section, and a screw hole 311 is formed along the front-rear direction of the case 110. The first protrusion 210 of the upper hinge 200 has a similar structure with a substantially inverted U-shaped longitudinal section, and a through hole 211 is formed through the case 110 in the front-rear direction, and the through hole 211 is an elliptical hole with a long axis extending in the left-right direction. The connecting mechanism for connecting the first protrusion 310 of the reinforcing member 300 and the first protrusion 210 of the upper hinge 200 includes a stud bolt 400, a first lock nut 410, and a second lock nut 440, the stud bolt 400 having a first screw portion 401, a polished rod portion 402, a stopper portion 403, and a second screw portion 404, which are sequentially disposed; wherein the light rod part 402 is wrapped in the through hole 211, and the first screw rod part 401 is provided with the first lock nut 410, so that the first protrusion 210 of the upper hinge 200 is fixed between the first lock nut 410 and the limiting part 403; the second screw portion 404 is engaged with the screw hole 311, a second lock nut 440 is provided at a portion thereof beyond the first projection 310 of the reinforcement 300, and the front and rear positions of the upper hinge 200 on the top plate 101 are adjusted by adjusting the engagement position of the second screw portion 404 with the screw hole 311. In order to make the second screw portion 404 easy to rotate, a hexagon socket 405 is provided at the tip thereof. The refrigerator 100 of the embodiment of the invention can realize the adjustment of the front and back positions of the upper hinge 200 by adjusting the matching position of the connecting mechanism with the external thread structure and the threaded hole 311 of the first protrusion 310 of the reinforcing member 300, and has simple structure and easy operation.

The second protrusion 320 of the reinforcement 300 has a substantially inverted U-shaped longitudinal section, and a screw hole 321 is formed along the left and right direction of the case 110. The second protrusion 220 of the upper hinge 200 has a similar structure with a substantially inverted U-shaped longitudinal section, and has a notch 221 opened toward the rear side of the case 110. The connecting mechanism for connecting the second protrusion 320 of the reinforcement 300 and the second protrusion 220 of the upper hinge 200 comprises a stud bolt 500, a first lock nut 510 and a second lock nut 540, wherein the stud bolt 500 is provided with a first screw part 501, a polished rod part 502, a limiting part 503 and a second screw part 504 which are arranged in sequence; wherein the optical rod portion 502 is matched with the notch 221 of the second protrusion 220 of the upper hinge 200, and the first screw portion 501 is provided with a first lock nut 510, so that the second protrusion 220 of the upper hinge 200 is fixed between the first lock nut 510 and the limiting portion 503; the second screw portion 504 is engaged with the screw hole 321, a second lock nut 540 is provided at a portion thereof beyond the second protrusion 320 of the reinforcement 300, and the left and right positions of the upper hinge 200 on the top plate 101 are adjusted by adjusting the engagement position of the second screw portion 504 with the screw hole 321. In order to facilitate the rotation of the second screw portion 504, a hexagon socket 505 is provided at the tip thereof. The refrigerator 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention can adjust the left and right positions of the upper hinge 200 by adjusting the matching position of the connection mechanism having the external thread structure and the threaded hole 321 of the second protrusion 320 of the reinforcement 300, and has a simple structure and easy operation.

The third protrusion 330 of the reinforcement 300 has a substantially inverted U-shaped longitudinal section, and a screw hole 331 is formed along the left-right direction of the case 110. The third protrusion 230 of the upper hinge 200 has a similar structure with a substantially inverted U-shaped longitudinal section, and has a notch 231 opened toward the rear side of the case 110. The coupling mechanism for coupling the third protrusion 330 of the reinforcing member 300 and the third protrusion 230 of the upper hinge 200 includes a screw 600 and a lock nut 610; the screw 600 has a screw portion 601, a polish rod portion 602, and a head portion 603 arranged in this order; wherein the screw portion 601 is engaged with the screw hole 331, and a lock nut 610 is provided at a portion thereof beyond the third protrusion 330 of the reinforcement 300; the optical lever portion 602 mates with the notch 231 of the third protrusion 230 of the upper hinge 200; the third protrusion 330 of the reinforcing member 300 and the third protrusion 230 of the upper hinge 200 are located between the head 603 and the lock nut 610. The arrangement of the third protrusion 330 of the reinforcing member 300 and the third protrusion 230 of the upper hinge 200 may improve the fixing stability of the upper hinge 200 on the one hand.

In one embodiment, the hinge body 201 is disposed against the top plate 101; and the distance between the second protrusion 220 and the third protrusion 230 of the upper hinge 200 is smaller than the distance between the second protrusion 320 and the third protrusion 330 of the reinforcement 300, so that the protrusions of the upper hinge 200 and the hinge body 201 are located at the region between the protrusions of the reinforcement 300. The hinge body 201 and the protrusion of the upper hinge 200 are arranged in the area limited by the protrusion of the reinforcing member 300, so that the connection is stable and the assembly is simple.

In one embodiment, the protrusions of the stiffener 300 of an embodiment of the present invention further include: a fourth projection 340 and a fifth projection 350 having a gap with the bottom plate 301; the hinge body 201 is located between the top plate 101 and the fourth and fifth protrusions 340 and 350 of the stiffener 300, with its top surface abutting the bottom surfaces of the fourth and fifth protrusions 340 and 350 of the stiffener 300 and its bottom surface abutting the top surface of the top plate 101. The hinge body 201 is fixed between the fourth protrusion 340, the fifth protrusion 350 and the top plate 101, which can further enhance the stability of the fixation of the upper hinge 200.

The installation and adjustment process of the upper hinge 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below.

First, the bottom plate 301 of the reinforcement 300 is placed against the inner surface of the top plate 101 of the case 110, and the first protrusion 310, the second protrusion 320, and the third protrusion 330 are positioned on the top plate 101 of the case 110 through the first positioning hole 111, the second positioning hole 112, and the third positioning hole 113, respectively, and are integrated by foaming.

Next, the stud bolt 400, the stud bolt 500, and the screw 600 are fixed to the first boss 310, the second boss 320, and the third boss 330 of the reinforcement 300, respectively, and then the second lock nut 440 is screwed to the second screw portion 404 of the stud bolt 400, the second lock nut 540 is screwed to the second screw portion 504 of the stud bolt 500, and the nut 610 is screwed to the screw portion 601 of the screw 600.

Again, the first protrusion 210, the second protrusion 220, and the third protrusion 230 of the upper hinge 200 are respectively engaged with the first protrusion 310, the second protrusion 320, and the third protrusion 330 of the reinforcement 300. The oval through-hole 211 of the first protrusion 210 of the upper hinge 200 is caught outside the polish rod portion 402 of the stud bolt 400, and the first locking nut 410 is screwed on the first screw portion 401 of the stud bolt 400 such that the first protrusion 210 of the upper hinge 200 is located between the first locking nut 410 and the stopper portion 403 of the stud bolt 400. The notch 221 of the second protrusion 220 of the upper hinge 200 is caught outside the polish rod portion 502 of the stud bolt 500, and the first locking nut 510 is screwed on the first screw portion 501 of the stud bolt 500, so that the second protrusion 220 of the upper hinge 200 is located between the first locking nut 510 and the stopper portion 503 of the stud bolt 500. The notch 231 of the third protrusion 230 of the upper hinge 200 is caught outside the polish rod portion 602 and/or the screw portion 601 of the screw 600, so that the third protrusion 230 of the upper hinge 200 is located between the third protrusion 330 of the reinforcement 300 and the head 603 of the screw 600.

Finally, according to the flush degree of the door body, the second screw portion 404 of the stud bolt 400 is rotated with respect to the screw hole 311 of the first boss 310 of the reinforcement member 300 by using a socket head cap screw through the socket head cap hole 405 of the stud bolt 400, so that the distance between the stopper portion 403 of the stud bolt 400 and the first boss 310 of the reinforcement member 300 is changed, that is, the distance between the first boss 210 of the upper hinge 200 and the first boss 310 of the reinforcement member 300 is changed, and the upper hinge 200 is moved forward and backward. Meanwhile, according to the flush degree of the door body, the second screw portion 504 of the stud 500 is rotated with respect to the screw hole 321 of the second protrusion 320 of the reinforcement 300 by using a hexagon socket screw through the hexagon socket 505 of the stud 500, so that the distance between the stopper portion 503 of the stud 500 and the second protrusion 320 of the reinforcement 300 is changed, that is, the distance between the second protrusion 220 of the upper hinge 200 and the second protrusion 320 of the reinforcement 300 is changed, and the upper hinge 200 is moved left and right. After the door body is flush, the second lock nut 440 and the second lock nut 540 are locked, the lock nut 610 is locked, and the first lock nut 410 and the first lock nut 510 are locked, so that the upper hinge 200 is fixed firmly.

When the front, rear, left and right positions of the upper hinge 200 need to be adjusted again, only the lock nuts related to the adjustment may be loosened, or all the lock nuts may be loosened and adjusted, and the process is not described in detail herein.

Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
