it is also stated that: when the baffle 67 does not seal the corresponding through hole 61 any more, at this time, the through hole 61 is opened, the water bodies on the upper portions of the first movable plate 56 and the second movable plate 57 can apply pressure downwards, so that the first movable plate 56 and the second movable plate 57 rotate downwards, the first movable plate 56 and the second movable plate 57 can push the water bodies in the oil-water separation space downwards, the water bodies in the oil-water separation space are promoted to be discharged outwards, the downward flowing speed of the water bodies in the oil-water separation space is improved, the washing of the interior of the treatment tank 2 and the screen plate 4 is further facilitated, the residue of impurities on the interior of the treatment tank 2 and the screen plate 4 is reduced, the blocking probability of the interior of the treatment tank 2 and the screen plate 4 is reduced, and the use reliability of the device is improved; meanwhile, the first movable plate 56 and the second movable plate 57 rotate downwards, so that the area for water to pass through, which is generated between the first movable plate 56 and the second movable plate 57, is increased, and therefore, the water above the first movable plate 56 and the second movable plate 57 can rapidly enter the oil-water separation space through the area between the first movable plate 56 and the second movable plate 57, so that the oil and water outside the treatment tank 2 are promoted to rapidly enter the oil-water separation space, when the oil and water rapidly enter the oil-water separation space, the oil and water in the water can be better driven, outward diffusion of the oil and water outside the treatment tank 2 due to untimely treatment is avoided, and further, the oil and water can be cleaned conveniently;

it is also stated that: when oil and water on the outer side of the treatment tank 2 quickly enter the oil-water separation space, the washing force on the filter screen 15 is larger, so that the filter screen 15 can be effectively washed, the blocking probability of the filter screen 15 is reduced, and the use reliability of the device is improved;

it is also stated that: when the first movable plate 56 and the second movable plate 57 rotate downward, the water above the fixed ring 52 and outside the treatment tank 2 can enter the oil-water separation space, and the water can be timely supplemented into the oil-water separation space, so that the oil-water separation efficiency is improved due to the fact that a gap is formed in oil pumping.

Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the oil pumping mechanism 3 includes an oil storage tank 33, the oil storage tank 33 is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the processing tank 2, an oil outlet pipe 34 is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the bottom of the oil storage tank 33 and is communicated with the oil storage tank 33, and a valve is installed on the oil outlet pipe 34; the upper surface of the oil storage tank 33 is provided with an oil well pump 31, and the liquid inlet of the oil well pump 31 is connected with an oil suction pipe 36; the oil suction pipe 36 penetrates through the treatment box 2, one end, far away from the oil well pump 31, of the oil suction pipe 36 is connected with the output end of a hydraulic cylinder 37, the hydraulic cylinder 37 is installed in the treatment box 2, and an ultrasonic detector 35 for detecting the position of an oil-water layered boundary is installed in the treatment box 2; the liquid outlet of the oil pump 31 is connected with one end of the flow guide pipe 32, and the other end of the flow guide pipe 32 is connected with the oil inlet of the oil storage tank 33.

Need to explain: the oil suction pipe 36 enters the processing box 2 and enters the oil-water separation space, and oil on the upper layer of the oil-water separation space can be pumped into the oil storage box 33 through the work of the oil well pump 31, so that the collection of oil is realized, and the subsequent processing of the oil is facilitated;

it is also stated that: through the work of the hydraulic cylinder 37, when the free end of the oil suction pipe 35 moves, the free end can be disturbed from the inside of the water body to be treated, the floating of oil at the bottom of the water body to be treated is facilitated, and the oil-liquid separation efficiency and quality are improved.

The working principle of the suspension type marine pollution cleaning device provided by the invention is as follows:

when the invention is used, the floating ring 13 floats on the water surface, and the helium balloon 11 is filled with helium gas, so that the helium balloon 11 can float in the air and provide upward tension for the treatment box 2; the balloon 11 provides an upward pulling force to the treatment tank 2; after the water body enters the treatment box 2 through the filter screen 15, the water body stays in the treatment box 2, and downward pulling force is generated on the treatment box 2 under the action of the self gravity of the water body, so that the treatment box 2 integrally moves downwards, the downward pulling force generated on the treatment box 2 is gradually increased along with the amount of the water body entering the treatment box 2, and when the downward pulling force generated on the treatment box 2 by the water body is greater than the upward pulling force provided by the helium balloon 11 on the treatment box 2, the treatment box 2 moves downwards; after the water in the treatment tank 2 is discharged, the downward pulling force of the water on the treatment tank 2 is gradually smaller than the upward pulling force of the helium balloon 11 on the treatment tank 2; therefore, the positions of the treatment tank 2 and the filter screen 15 can float up and down along with the water body entering and discharging, so that floating oil on the surface layer and the middle and upper layer of the ocean can be collected, the effective collection area of the device is increased, and the use of the device is facilitated; the filter screen 15 is soft, so that the floating ring 13 is not rigidly connected with the treatment box 2, when the treatment box 2 floats up and down, the filter screen 15 can be switched back and forth in a folded and tightened state, so that the opening of the filter screen 15 can be switched back and forth in an opened or closed state, the size of the opening of the filter screen 15 can be adjusted, and meanwhile, due to the movement of the filter screen 15, the probability of blockage of the filter screen 15 can be reduced, meanwhile, sundries nearby the filter screen 15 can be pushed away through the movement of the filter screen 15, the probability of blockage of the filter screen 15 is further reduced, and the use reliability of the device is improved; when the device is used, the helium balloon 11 provides upward tension for the treatment box 2, so that when a water body fluctuates, the tension provided by the helium balloon 11 can counteract the impact force of part of the water body fluctuation, the wave resistance of the device is improved, the probability of instability of the device due to overlarge water body fluctuation is reduced, and the use stability of the device is improved.
