8. The method for producing fats and oils for milk powder-based powders according to any of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:

(1) centrifuging animal natural milk fat at 20-50 deg.C and 6000-8000 r/m, and controlling the fat content of dilute cream after centrifuging animal natural milk fat to be not less than 38%;

(2) sterilizing the animal natural milk fat treated in the step (1) at 80-90 ℃ for 10-20 min, and then cooling to 4 ℃;

(3) maturing the animal natural milk fat treated in the step (2) for 15-18 h at the temperature of 4-10 ℃;

(4) stirring the animal natural milk fat treated in the step (3) for 20-60 min at the temperature of 10-15 ℃ and the speed of 1500-2000 r/m, washing the animal natural milk fat for 3-5 times by using ice water with the temperature of below 4 ℃ after the fat is separated out, and removing protein to obtain solid milk fat;

(5) melting solid cream at 40-50 deg.C, mixing with vegetable oil at 38-45 deg.C and 40-65 r/m for 15-25min according to the proportion of claim 1 or 2, and making into oil for milk powder base powder.

Background

Most infant formulas use vegetable oil instead of milk fat to provide an overall fatty acid profile similar to breast milk. The research shows that the palmitic acid content of the sn-2 position in the mother milk exceeds 50 percent of the total palmitic acid content (hereinafter referred to as relative content), the sn-2 palmitic acid relative content in the vegetable oil is less than 10 percent, and the sn-2 palmitic acid relative content of the animal milk fat (cow milk or goat milk) is 20 to 40 percent. For example, patent application CN201510541431.3 is to add structural oil to milk powder, but the structural oil is not naturally occurring, and is a food additive prepared by modifying oil.

Researches show that the SN-3 linoleic acid content in the Chinese mother milk accounts for more than 40 percent of the total linoleic acid content, and if the SN-2 palmitic acid content is concerned and OPO is added, the SN-3 linoleic acid content in a fatty acid system of milk powder is insufficient.

The preparation method of the grease for the milk powder base powder comprises the following steps:

(1) centrifuging animal natural milk fat at 20-50 deg.C and 6000-8000 r/m, and controlling the fat content of dilute cream after centrifuging animal natural milk fat to be not less than 38%;

(2) sterilizing the animal natural milk fat treated in the step (1) at 80-90 ℃ for 10-20 min, preferably 15min, and then cooling to 4 ℃;

(3) maturing the animal natural milk fat treated in the step (2) for 15-18 h at the temperature of 4-10 ℃;

(4) stirring the animal natural milk fat treated in the step (3) for 20-60 min at the temperature of 10-15 ℃ and the speed of 1500-2000 r/m, washing the animal natural milk fat for 3-5 times by using ice water with the temperature of below 4 ℃ after the fat is separated out, and removing protein to obtain solid milk fat;

(5) melting solid cream at 40-50 deg.C, mixing with vegetable oil at 38-45 deg.C and 40-65 r/m according to the ratio of claim 1 or 2, and stirring for 15-25min, preferably 20min to obtain oil used as milk powder base powder.

The grease for the milk powder base powder contains natural SN-2 palmitic acid. The invention only adjusts the proportion of animal oil and vegetable oil to ensure that the fatty acid composition proportion of the oil is close to that of breast milk fatty acid, and the relative content of the palmitic acid at the sn-2 position is more than 20 percent, the biological efficacy of the mixed oil is close to that of the vegetable oil added with OPO, and the mixed oil has obvious effect on improving the conversion of alpha-linolenic acid into 20-22 carbon omega-3 fatty acid in vivo.
