1. A method for reinforcing a concrete beam, comprising:

s1, drawing a contour line and a fixed point position on the binding surface of the cross beam;

s2, preprocessing a beam joint surface and a steel plate joint surface;

s3, fixing the steel plate and the cross beam according to the contour line;

s4, bonding a U-shaped hoop;

and S5, cleaning the outer surface of the steel plate.

2. The method for reinforcing a concrete beam according to claim 1, wherein in step S2, the method further comprises the steps of:

s21, filling the concave part of the beam binding surface; wherein, the flatness of the joint surface of the filled beam is less than 3 mm;

s22, polishing the binding surface of the beam;

s23, removing scum and dust on the binding surface of the beam;

and S24, drying the beam bonding surface.

3. The method for reinforcing a concrete beam according to claim 2, wherein in step S2, the method further comprises the steps of:

s25, removing rust on the steel plate binding surface;

s26, polishing the steel plate binding surface; wherein the polishing grains are vertical to the stress direction of the steel plate;

and S27, cleaning the steel plate joint surface by using acetone.

4. The method for reinforcing a concrete beam according to claim 1, wherein in step S3, the method further comprises:

s31, drilling holes at the fixed point positions, removing scum and dust in the holes, cleaning the hole walls by using acetone, and drying the holes;

s32, pre-burying a fixing bolt in the hole;

and S33, coating an adhesive on the steel plate attaching surface, attaching the steel plate attaching surface and the beam attaching surface, and screwing the fixing bolt.

The method for reinforcing a concrete beam according to claim 4, wherein in step S33, the thickness of the adhesive applied on the steel plate abutting surfaces is 1-3mm, and the thickness of the adhesive at the middle position of the steel plate abutting surfaces is larger than that at the edge positions.

6. The method for reinforcing a concrete beam according to claim 1, wherein in step S4, the method further comprises the steps of:

s41, coating an adhesive on the surface of the U-shaped hoop;

and S42, adhering the U-shaped hoop surface to the cross beam and/or the steel plate, and screwing the fixing bolt.

7. The method for reinforcing a concrete beam according to claim 5, wherein in step S5, the method further comprises the steps of:

s51, cleaning grease and dirt on the outer surface of the steel plate;

s52, polishing the outer surface of the steel plate, and removing rust and oxide skin;

and S53, painting paint on the outer surface of the steel plate for corrosion prevention.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a method for reinforcing a concrete beam.

Background

The reinforced concrete structure is a structure commonly used in the industry and civil buildings in China, and in recent years, along with the continuous improvement of requirements of people on the safety, the applicability and the durability of the structure, the maintenance and the reinforcement of the existing concrete structure are more and more concerned and paid attention. At present, the commonly used reinforcing methods for concrete beams in China include a section enlarging method, a fiber composite material pasting reinforcing method, a prestress reinforcing method, a fulcrum adding reinforcing method and the like.

However, the current reinforcement method has the following drawbacks: the construction operation time of the reinforcing method for increasing the cross section is long, the load needs to be limited during the concrete curing period, the self weight of the reinforced structure is increased, and the using space of the building is reduced; when the fiber composite material is pasted to be used for hogging moment reinforcement treatment of a continuous beam and a cantilever beam, anchoring measures are lacked, and the fiber composite material is easy to suffer from fire and artificial damage; the construction process of the prestress reinforcement method is complex, the construction cost is high, and the protection treatment in a hot environment is difficult; the added fulcrum reinforcing method changes the stress state and appearance of the original structure, and has great influence on the use of the original building space.

Aiming at the cracking caused by insufficient hogging moment bearing capacity of the concrete beam, no quick, simple, convenient, economical and reliable reinforcing method exists at present.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings in the prior art, the present invention is directed to a method for reinforcing a concrete beam.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is a method for reinforcing a concrete beam, which comprises the following steps:

s1, drawing a contour line and a fixed point position on the binding surface of the cross beam;

s2, preprocessing a beam joint surface and a steel plate joint surface;

s3, fixing the steel plate and the cross beam according to the contour line;

s4, bonding a U-shaped hoop;

and S5, cleaning the outer surface of the steel plate.

Further, in step S2, the method further includes the steps of:

s21, filling the concave part of the beam binding surface; wherein, the flatness of the joint surface of the filled beam is less than 3 mm;

s22, polishing the binding surface of the beam;

s23, removing scum and dust on the binding surface of the beam;

and S24, drying the beam bonding surface.

Further, in step S2, the method further includes the steps of:

s25, removing rust on the steel plate binding surface;

s26, polishing the steel plate binding surface; wherein the polishing grains are vertical to the stress direction of the steel plate;

and S27, cleaning the steel plate joint surface by using acetone.

Further, in step S3, the method further includes:

s31, drilling holes at the fixed point positions, removing scum and dust in the holes, cleaning the hole walls by using acetone, and drying the holes;

s32, pre-burying a fixing bolt in the hole;

and S33, coating an adhesive on the steel plate attaching surface, attaching the steel plate attaching surface and the beam attaching surface, and screwing the fixing bolt.

Further, in step S33, the thickness of the adhesive applied on the steel plate attaching surface is 1-3mm, and the thickness of the adhesive at the middle position of the steel plate attaching surface is larger than that at the edge position.

Further, in step S4, the method further includes the steps of:

s41, coating an adhesive on the surface of the U-shaped hoop;

and S42, adhering the U-shaped hoop surface to the cross beam and/or the steel plate, and screwing the fixing bolt.

Further, in step S5, the method further includes the steps of:

s51, cleaning grease and dirt on the outer surface of the steel plate;

s52, polishing the outer surface of the steel plate, and removing rust and oxide skin;

and S53, painting paint on the outer surface of the steel plate for corrosion prevention.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:

the steel plate is fixed on the cross beam, so that the steel plate and the cross beam form a unified whole, and the purpose of enhancing the load bearing capacity and rigidity of the negative bending moment of the cross beam is achieved by utilizing the good tensile strength of the steel plate; and the integrity of the cross beam and the steel plate is further strengthened through the reinforcement of the U-shaped hoops.

Detailed Description

The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses a method for reinforcing a concrete beam, including:

s1, drawing a contour line and a fixed point position on the binding surface of the cross beam;

s2, preprocessing a beam joint surface and a steel plate joint surface;

s3, fixing the steel plate and the cross beam according to the contour line;

s4, bonding a U-shaped hoop;

and S5, cleaning the outer surface of the steel plate.

In the embodiment, the steel plate is fixed on the cross beam, so that the steel plate and the cross beam form a unified whole, and the purpose of enhancing the hogging moment bearing capacity and the rigidity of the cross beam is achieved by utilizing the good tensile strength of the steel plate; and the integrity of the cross beam and the steel plate is further strengthened through the reinforcement of the U-shaped hoops.

Further, in step S2, the method further includes the steps of:

s21, filling the concave part of the beam binding surface; wherein, the flatness of the joint surface of the filled beam is less than 3 mm;

s22, polishing the binding surface of the beam;

s23, removing scum and dust on the binding surface of the beam;

and S24, drying the beam bonding surface.

The depression of the binding surface of the cross beam is filled, so that the binding surface of the cross beam is smoother and more firm in bonding; the binding surface of the beam is polished, impurities are cleaned and dried, and the beam and the steel plate can be bonded more firmly.

Further, in step S2, the method further includes the steps of:

s25, removing rust on the steel plate binding surface;

s26, polishing the steel plate binding surface; wherein the polishing grains are vertical to the stress direction of the steel plate;

and S27, cleaning the steel plate joint surface by using acetone.

The grain of polishing is perpendicular with the atress direction of steel sheet for the moment that the steel sheet can bear is higher.

Further, in step S3, the method further includes:

s31, drilling holes at the fixed point positions, removing scum and dust in the holes, cleaning the hole walls by using acetone, and drying the holes;

s32, pre-burying a fixing bolt in the hole;

and S33, coating an adhesive on the steel plate attaching surface, attaching the steel plate attaching surface and the beam attaching surface, and screwing the fixing bolt.

The setting of pre-buried fixing bolt has two effects: firstly, fixing and pressurizing by pre-embedding a fixing bolt and utilizing a screwing fixing bolt after attaching so as to enable the steel plate to be bonded with the cross beam more tightly; secondly, the connecting strength of the steel plate and the cross beam is enhanced through the stress of the fixing bolts.

When the steel plate is attached, the edge of the steel plate is overlapped with the contour line, so that the steel plate is fixed at the target position.

Further, in step S33, the thickness of the adhesive applied on the steel plate attaching surface is 1-3mm, and the thickness of the adhesive at the middle position of the steel plate attaching surface is larger than that at the edge position.

Immediately after the steel plate is adhered, the steel plate is fixed by a jig, a fixing bolt, or the like, and is appropriately pressed so that the adhesive is just extruded from the edge of the steel plate.

Further, in step S4, the method further includes the steps of:

s41, coating an adhesive on the surface of the U-shaped hoop;

and S42, adhering the U-shaped hoop surface to the cross beam and/or the steel plate, and screwing the fixing bolt.

Further, in step S5, the method further includes the steps of:

s51, cleaning grease and dirt on the outer surface of the steel plate;
