step 5, needling: the laid fiber web is processed by needling, so that the fluffy fiber web is entangled into a non-woven fabric with certain strength;

Processing 70% of environment-friendly PET flame-retardant fiber and 30% of environment-friendly PET water-repellent fiber into non-woven fabric by a needle-punched non-woven process, scattering PE/EVA powder on the surface of the non-woven fabric by a powder scattering machine, drying the powder in an oven until the powder is melted, and then cooling and flattening to obtain the composite needle-punched non-woven fabric.

Therefore, the preparation process is simple, the processing efficiency is high, and the prepared composite needled non-woven fabric has good flame retardance, water repellency and cohesiveness and can meet the special requirements of the automobile industry.
