And a large amount of halogenated butyl rubber is used for the bottle stopper, the heat resistance is stable, and the maximum processing temperature is 10 ℃ higher than that of the butyl rubber. The improved halogen atom increases intermolecular attraction, reduces gaps among molecular chains, and has strong sealing property and larger viscosity.

The halogenated butyl rubber is easy to have the phenomenon of adhesion of a plurality of blocks in the storage and transportation processes, great inconvenience is caused to production and transportation, an outer packaging layer is needed to be convenient to package, the rubber blocks are effectively separated from adhesion, a packaging film can be dissolved at low temperature during production, and the halogenation performance of the packaging film is not influenced.

At present, the packaging film depends on import and is expensive, no substitute product exists in China, and a technical blank exists.
