6. The quick release of claim 1, wherein said handle assembly further comprises a handle sleeve and a cylindrical pin; wherein, the handle sleeve is fixed at the other end of the main handle through a cylindrical pin.

7. The quick release of claim 1, wherein a cotter pin is inserted into the lock nut.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, contents and advantages of the present invention clearer, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.

The present embodiment provides a quick release device, which has a structure as shown in fig. 1, and mainly includes a bracket assembly 1, a rotating sleeve assembly 2, and a handle assembly 3.

As shown in figure 2, the bracket assembly 1 consists of a bracket connecting plate 1-1, an inner fixing sleeve 1-4, an outer fixing sleeve 1-3 and a bracket 1-2. Wherein, the bracket 1-2 is a U-shaped structure and is welded on the bracket connecting plate 1-1, and a round hole is processed in the middle of the bracket 1-2. The inner fixing sleeve 1-4 is inserted and welded in the outer fixing sleeve 1-3, and the two welded fixing sleeves integrally penetrate through the round hole of the bracket 1-2 and are welded on the bracket 1-2.

As shown in figure 3, a stepped hole is arranged in the middle of the inner fixing sleeve 1-4, one end connected with the outer fixing sleeve 1-3 is provided with uniformly distributed conical bulges and grooves, the grooves are conical, and the other end of the inner fixing sleeve 1-4 is processed with threads.

As shown in FIG. 4, the rotating sleeve assembly 2 is composed of a rotating sleeve connecting plate 2-1, a rotating sleeve 2-2 and a stud 2-3. Wherein, a round hole is processed in the middle of the rotary sleeve connecting plate 2-1, one end of the rotary sleeve 2-2 is welded on the rotary sleeve connecting plate 2-1, and the hole on the rotary sleeve 2-2 is flush with the end part of the round hole of the rotary sleeve connecting plate 2-1.

As shown in figure 5, one end of the rotating sleeve 2-2 far away from the connecting plate 2-1 is provided with a uniformly distributed conical protrusion and groove structure, and the protrusion part can be meshed with the groove of the inner fixing sleeve 1-4.

One end of the stud 2-3, which is not provided with a round hole, penetrates through the rotary sleeve 2-2 and the rotary sleeve connecting plate 2-1, the end part of the stud is flush with the rotary sleeve connecting plate 2-1, and the rotary sleeve 2-2 and the stud 2-3 are welded together through the end part.

As shown in FIG. 6, the handle assembly 3 is composed of a main handle 3-1, an auxiliary handle 3-2, a handle seat 3-4, a pin shaft 3-3, a handle spring 3-5, a handle sleeve 3-7 and a cylindrical pin 3-6. Wherein, one end of the main handle 3-1 is inserted into the handle seat 3-4 and welded on the handle seat 3-4, and the auxiliary handle 3-2 is fixed on the main handle 3-1 through the pin shaft 3-3; one end of a handle spring 3-5 is hung on the auxiliary handle 3-2, the other end is fixed on the main handle 3-1, and a handle sleeve 3-7 is fixed at the other end of the main handle 3-1 through a cylindrical pin 3-6.

As shown in figure 7, the handle seat 3-4 is a cylindrical structure with an axial through hole, the rear part is provided with a boss, the outer circle of the boss is hinged with a thread which is matched with the thread part of the inner fixed sleeve 1-4 of the bracket assembly 1. The side surface of the cylinder at the front end of the handle seat 3-4 is milled with a plane, the central position of the plane is processed with a radial hole which is intersected with the axial through hole of the handle seat 3-4, and the main handle 3-1 is inserted into the radial hole and welded on the handle seat 3-4.

The handle assembly 3 is screwed into the inner fixed sleeve 1-4 of the bracket assembly 1 through the external thread at the rear end of the handle seat 3-4. The spring 9 is sleeved on the stud 2-3 of the rotating sleeve assembly 2, and two ends of the spring 9 are respectively abutted with the inner fixed sleeve 1-4 and the rotating sleeve 2-2. The stud 2-3 sequentially passes through the outer fixing sleeve 1-3, the inner fixing sleeve 1-4 and the handle seat 3-4 of the handle assembly 3 of the bracket assembly 1. And a washer 8 is arranged on one end of the stud 2-3 penetrating out of the handle seat 3-4, a locking nut 6 is installed, and a cotter pin 7 is inserted. The baffle 4 is fixed on the bracket 1-2 through two screws 5 and used for limiting the auxiliary handle 3-2 and playing a role in preventing the handle assembly 3 from loosening.

The working principle of the quick release device of the embodiment is as follows: the engagement and the quick separation of the inner fixed sleeve 1-4 and the rotating sleeve 2-2 are realized by utilizing the screwing-in and screwing-out of the screw thread and compressing or restoring the spring 9, so as to realize the quick locking and the quick releasing, and the reliability of the quick locking and releasing is determined by the screw pitch of the handle seat 3-4 and the engagement size of the inner fixed sleeve 1-4 and the rotating sleeve 2-2 (the screw pitch of 1/4 of the handle seat is equal to the engagement size of the inner fixed sleeve and the outer fixed sleeve). When the novel handle is in specific work, the auxiliary handle 3-2 is pressed, the spring 3-5 is compressed, the auxiliary handle 3-2 is closed, the baffle 4 is jumped over, the main handle 3-1 is rotated clockwise, and the rotary sleeve 2-2 and the inner fixed sleeve 1-4 are separated under the action of the spring 9. The main handle 3-1 is rotated anticlockwise, the handle seat 3-4 compresses the spring 9, and the rotating sleeve 2-2 is meshed with the inner fixed sleeve 1-4. The auxiliary handle 3-2 is loosened, so that the auxiliary handle 3-2 is clamped at the baffle 4, and the failure of the whole mechanism caused by the loosening of the handle assembly 3 is prevented.
