The invention mainly aims to provide a medical laminar flow purification system which realizes the regular and automatic cleaning of fluff on a filter screen in return air and improves the service life of a circulating unit containing a filter and the stability of working performances such as energy consumption, wind resistance and the like.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a medical laminar flow purification system comprises a circulating unit with a filter, a laminar flow air supply box, a fresh air unit and an air return opening positioned below the laminar flow air supply box, wherein the circulating unit is connected to the air return opening and the laminar flow air supply box through an air return pipe and an air supply pipe respectively;

and the long strip block which is positioned at the bottom of the return air pipe and is parallel to the screw rod is arranged on one side of the screw rod, which is opposite to the filter screen, the side surface of the long strip block facing the screw rod is provided with an arc groove, and the other end of the connecting rod, one end of which is fixed on the screw sleeve, is provided with a universal ball embedded in the arc groove of the long strip block.
