A combined special-shaped carton is often composed of an outer box and an inner box: for the outer box, the outer box is usually obtained by gluing, assembling and pressing facial tissue which plays a role in surface decoration and an ash plate which plays a role in forming a frame, the facial tissue is die-cut into semi-finished products to be bonded according to design, the ash plate is formed by die-cutting the whole ash plate into a plane according to the designed size, then die-cutting the ash plate into grooves, positioning by a finishing worker and bonding and forming to obtain the outer box frame; for the inner box, the inner box is usually obtained by gluing, assembling and pressing surface paper for surface decoration and an ash plate for forming a frame, the surface paper is die-cut into semi-finished products to be bonded according to the design, the ash plate is formed by die-cutting the whole ash plate into a plane according to the designed size, then die-cutting the ash plate into grooves, positioning by a receiving tool and bonding and forming to obtain the inner box frame. Therefore, the structure of the outer box and the inner box of the traditional combined special-shaped paper box leads the forming process to be complex and involves a large amount of manual work, thus leading the production efficiency of the paper box to be low and the production cost to be high.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a single paperboard combined special-shaped paper box and a forming method thereof.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

s60, sleeving the inner support in the step S50 into the inner side of the outer box body in the step S30 to obtain the finished box.

According to the forming method of the special-shaped paper box combined by the single paperboard, the single paperboard is used for replacing the surface paper and the ash plate as the production raw materials of the outer box and the inner support, so that the steps of slotting and die cutting of the ash plate material and the ash plate are saved, the production cost is reduced, the plastic deformation of the paperboard is high, the embossing and embossing effects are obvious, and the surface decoration effect is good; the automatic box sticking machine and the automatic folding machine can stick and fold the paperboard, so that the production process is simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.
