Technical Field

Embodiments of the present invention relate to containers, and more particularly, to collapsible containers.

Background

Collapsible containers, particularly plastic collapsible containers, are increasingly used in modern storage, logistics, packaging, retail display and other industries because of their recyclable, moisture resistant, and long-life characteristics, and are gradually popularized as substitutes for wooden and paper containers. The foldable nature further reduces the amount of recycling and storage space required when empty, saving a significant amount of associated costs. Therefore, the development, manufacture and use of the foldable container can save the cost for related industries and is a very significant matter for saving energy and protecting environment.

The containers have a series of specifications from large to small, and meanwhile, the containers generally have a base and four side walls, in order to save the recycling cost, the side plates of the containers can be folded relative to the base, and the volume of the folded containers is greatly reduced, so that the recycling rate is increased, and the recycling cost is reduced. Typically the side walls of such containers are constructed to be higher than half the width of the base of the container and in order to increase the recovery rate the side walls facing each other fold towards each other in parallel overlapping causing the rear folded side panels to rise with the side panel rotation axis out of the starting position and at the upper edge of the base catch groove. This just leads to the container in folding recovery process because jolt on the way, the curb plate has the risk of breaking away from the base draw-in groove, finally leads to the limited maintenance cost that increases of container function.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a folding container, which enables the connection between a side plate and a base to be more stable, the side plate is not easy to separate from the base after being folded, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a foldable container, including a base and two pairs of opposite side plates, where the base has a base body and two pairs of opposite extension plates extending upward from the base body, each side plate has a side plate body and a plurality of insertion plates extending from a bottom surface of the side plate body and spaced apart from each other, and the side plates are connected with the extension plates in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and is characterized in that the extension plates are provided with a plurality of open slots spaced apart from each other, and the insertion plates correspond to the open slots in a one-to-one manner; the opening of the open slot faces upwards and faces towards the inner side of the base body, and a hinge table extending vertically and a first limiting part and a second limiting part which are positioned on two sides of the hinge table are arranged in the open slot; the inserting plate is connected to the hinge table in a sliding and rotating mode, the first limiting portion and the second limiting portion are arranged to limit the inserting plate to slide away from the hinge table, and the first limiting portion and the second limiting portion are inserted into the inserting plate when the side plate is erected relative to the base.

Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the folding container comprises the base and two pairs of side plates, the base comprises the base body and two pairs of extension plates, and the side plates comprise: curb plate body and a plurality of plugboard. And the extension plate is provided with an open slot which is vertically arranged, a hinged platform is arranged in the open slot, and the insertion plate is inserted into the open slot and is connected with the hinged platform in a sliding and rotating manner relative to the direction of the base body, so that the side plate is movably connected with the base. And the open slot is internally provided with a first limit part and a second limit part to limit the insertion plate to slide away from the hinge table, so that when the side plate is turned and folded, the side plate can not slide out of the open slot, and the side plate is more stably connected with the base. In addition, the first limiting part and the second limiting part are also used for being inserted into the plug board when the side board is vertically spliced with the base, so that the side board can be vertically spliced with the base to form a container.

In one embodiment, the open slot has a first slot wall and a second slot wall which are oppositely arranged, and the hinge platform is arranged between the first slot wall and the second slot wall; the hinge table and the first groove wall are mutually separated to form a first groove body, the hinge table and the second groove wall are mutually separated to form a second groove body, the first limiting part is arranged in the first groove body, and the second limiting part is arranged in the second groove body;

in one embodiment, the plug board has a first insertion part inserted into the first slot body and a second insertion part inserted into the second slot body; a first hinge shaft is arranged at one end of the first insertion part, which is far away from the side plate body, a second hinge shaft is arranged at one end of the second insertion part, which is far away from the side plate body, and the first hinge shaft and the second hinge shaft are matched to clamp the hinge table and are in slidable and rotatable connection with the hinge table;

a first slideway arranged in a vertical direction is arranged on one side, facing the first groove wall, of the hinge table, and a second slideway arranged in a vertical direction is arranged on one side, facing the second groove wall, of the hinge table; the first hinge shaft slides along the first slide way, and the second hinge shaft slides along the second slide way.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.

Embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in fig. 1, the folding container includes: curb plate 1, curb plate 2, curb plate 3, curb plate 4 and base 5, curb plate 1 and 3 relative settings of curb plate, curb plate 3 and 4 relative settings of curb plate, curb plate 1, curb plate 2, curb plate 3, curb plate 4 set up around base 5 respectively. The base 5 includes: the base comprises a base body 50, an extension plate 51, an extension plate 52, an extension plate 53 and an extension plate 54, wherein the extension plate 51, the extension plate 52, the extension plate 53 and the extension plate 54 are all vertically connected with the base body 50, the extension plate 51 and the extension plate 53 are oppositely arranged, and the extension plate 52 and the extension plate 54 are oppositely arranged. The side plate 1 is correspondingly connected with the extension plate 51, the side plate 2 is correspondingly connected with the extension plate 52, the side plate 3 is correspondingly connected with the extension plate 53, the side plate 4 is correspondingly connected with the extension plate 54, and the connection mode of the side plate and the corresponding extension plate is the same. Taking one set of the side plates 1 and the extension plate 51 as an example, the specific structure is as follows.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the side panel 1 includes: curb plate body 11, link to each other with curb plate body 11. An open slot 6 is formed in the extension plate 51, the open slot 6 extends vertically, one side, facing away from the base body, of the open slot 6 is open, the insertion plate 12 is inserted into the open slot 6 from the open area of the open slot 6, and a vertically arranged hinge table 7 is arranged in the open slot 6. The plugboard 12 is connected with the hinge table 7 in a slidable and rotatable manner relative to the direction of the base body, a first limiting portion 91 and a first limiting portion 92 are arranged in the open slot 6, the first limiting portion 91 and the first limiting portion 92 are located on two sides of the hinge table 7, and the first limiting portion 91 and the first limiting portion 92 limit the plugboard 12 to slide away from the hinge table 7. The first stopper 91 is disposed in the first groove 601, and the second stopper 92 is disposed in the second groove 602. The socket plate 12 has a first insertion portion 121 inserted into the first slot 601, a second insertion portion 122 inserted into the second slot 602, and the first insertion portion 121 and the second insertion portion 122 cooperate to hold the hinge table 7 and are slidably and rotatably connected to the hinge table 7. As shown in fig. 5 to 11, the first insertion portion 121 is provided with a first hinge shaft 81, and the first hinge shaft 81 is slidably and rotatably connected to the hinge base 7. As shown in fig. 3, a vertically arranged first slideway 701 is provided on the side of the hinge table 7 facing the first groove wall 61, and the first hinge shaft 81 slides along the first slideway 701.

In addition, as shown in fig. 3, the open groove 6 also has a third groove wall 63 connecting the first groove wall 61 and the second groove wall 62. The hinge table 7 is provided with a first blocking portion 71 protruding towards the first groove wall 61, and the first blocking portion 71 and the third groove wall 63 are separated from each other to form a first slideway 701.

Wherein, the first limiting part 91 is abutted against the first tail cut groove 1212 when the side plate 1 is folded; and also for insertion into the first top cutout 1211 or the first rear cutout 1212 when the side panel 1 is vertically coupled to the base 5.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the side plate 1 and the base 5 are installed, the side plate 1 is vertically downward, the first tail cut groove 1212 is aligned with the first limiting portion 91, the first limiting portion 91 moves along the first tail cut groove 1212, the first hinge shaft 81 slides along the first sliding channel 701, after the top of the first limiting portion 91 abuts against the groove wall 12120 of the first tail cut groove 1212, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the side plate 1 is turned inside the container, the side plate 1 is pulled to continue to slide downward until the first top cut groove 1211 shown in fig. 10 is located at the first limiting portion 91, the side plate 1 is turned again to the state shown in fig. 11, the side plate 1 is in a vertical state, and the first limiting portion 91 is embedded into the first top cut groove 1211.
