(4) after the liquid food is filled, the screw cap is locked on the suction nozzle, and then the stick-shaped food package is completed;
(5) The whole outer packaging bag is put into a refrigeration house for freezing, so that the liquid food is frozen into congelation.
Technical Field

Background
At present, products such as ice cream, ice lolly, ice cream, jelly and the like are snacks which are favored by people, particularly children, and the ice cream, the ice lolly and the ice cream are good products for cooling and quenching thirst every time summer is extremely hot. The existing packages for congeners such as ice cream, ice sucker, jelly and the like generally adopt an integral sealed flexible package, a barrel-shaped box package or a box package.
The above-mentioned integrally sealed flexible package has two packaging modes. The first soft package comprises a screw cap, a suction nozzle and an outer packaging bag, wherein an inner thread is arranged on the inner side wall of the screw cap, an outer thread is arranged on the outer side wall of the suction nozzle, and the screw cap is in threaded connection with the suction nozzle; the outer packing bag is provided with an opening, the lower end of the suction nozzle is positioned in the opening, and the lower end of the suction nozzle is connected with the edge of the opening in a sealing way. When the liquid is eaten, the liquid in the outer packaging bag can be sucked by aligning the nozzle with the suction nozzle after the coagulum in the soft package slowly melts by hand. The first soft package has no shaping function, can only absorb the concretions in the outer package bag through the suction nozzle, and has a single eating mode.
The second soft package is that the liquid food is first matched with the coagulating rod, and the coagulated food is frozen and shaped into the outer packing bag, and the whole coagulated food is finally sealed inside the outer packing bag. When the stick is eaten, the outer packaging bag needs to be torn off, and then the stick-contained coagulum can be eaten by holding with hands. The second soft package needs to shape the liquid food firstly and then transfer the liquid food to the package in the production process, thereby increasing the production procedures and improving the risk of the contamination of the solidified substances. When the food is eaten, the food is generally eaten at one time, the solidified substance is easy to melt in the eating process, and the melted liquid is easy to drip on clothes and floors and is difficult to clean; moreover, the torn outer pouch cannot be used to contain the uneaten parts, because the solidified material is taken out and eaten, and then more or less melted, and if it is put back into the outer pouch, the melted solidified material will stick to the inner wall of the outer pouch, and after freezing, it will stick to the inner wall of the outer pouch, which not only causes waste, but also lacks the setting function.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a stick-shaped food package which can shape coagulants, reduce production procedures, reduce the risk of contamination of the coagulants and increase eating modes.

When the filling head of the filling machine fills the stick-shaped food package, the filling head arranged in a hanging way extends into the inlet of the suction nozzle, the filling nozzle of the filling head is abutted against the inner side wall of the inlet of the suction nozzle, the fluid food in the filling head is filled into the liquid inlet and outlet channel of the suction nozzle, the fluid food flows into the outer packaging bag through each liquid inlet and outlet hole, the rotary cover is locked on the suction nozzle after the fluid food is filled, the stick-shaped food package is completed, and finally the whole outer packaging bag is placed into a refrigeration house to be frozen, so that the fluid food is frozen into a solidified substance. The stick-shaped food package can be used for making ice cream, ice sucker, jelly and other foods.
When the stick-shaped food is eaten, the outer packaging bag can be torn by hands, the solidified substances on the solidified bar are exposed after the outer packaging bag is taken down, and the solidified substances can be eaten only by holding the screw cap; the solidified substances in the outer packaging bag can be slowly melted firstly, then the screw cap is unscrewed by hand, the nozzle is aligned to the suction nozzle to absorb the liquid melted in the outer packaging bag, and the amount of the solidified substances in the outer packaging bag can be absorbed, so that the phenomenon that the solidified substances are quickly melted when the solidified substances are held by hand for eating is avoided. If the outer packaging bag is not torn, the consumer can not eat the liquid melted in the outer packaging bag completely at a time, the screw cap can be screwed on the suction nozzle again, then the whole outer packaging bag is placed in the refrigeration house in an inverted mode for freezing, the remaining liquid in the outer packaging bag is frozen into the solidified substance on the solidified rod again, the consumer can eat the liquid for the next time, and the eating mode is increased.
The outer packing bag is generally a food-grade packing bag and meets the standard of food sanitation and safety. The above-mentioned overwrap bags are in various shapes, for example: the solidified substance can be made into any shape corresponding to the outer packaging bag, thereby greatly improving the interest.
As a preferred scheme of the invention, the supporting piece comprises at least two supporting bars, the upper end of each supporting bar is connected with the outer wall of the lower end of the suction nozzle, and the lower end of each supporting bar is connected with the upper end of the coagulating rod; and the liquid inlet and outlet holes are formed between two adjacent support bars.
As a further preferable scheme of the invention, each support bar sequentially encloses a liquid inlet and outlet cage, the upper end of the liquid inlet and outlet cage is communicated with the lower end of the liquid inlet and outlet channel, and the periphery of the liquid inlet and outlet cage is communicated with the liquid inlet and outlet holes.
As a further preferable scheme of the invention, the suction nozzle, the support bars and the solidified bar are integrally formed by injection molding.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the coagulation bar is flat, and reinforcing ribs extending in the axial direction of the coagulation bar are provided on both side surfaces of the coagulation bar. The reinforcing ribs are arranged on the two side surfaces of the flat coagulation rod, so that the strength of the side surfaces of the coagulation rod is enhanced, the side surfaces of the coagulation rod are provided with the convex edges, the friction force between the coagulation rod and the coagulum can be increased by the convex edges, and the coagulum is prevented from easily sliding off the coagulation rod.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
