Background

The stirring pile is a soft foundation treatment mode, cement mortar is used as a main agent of a curing agent, and curing agent slurry is sprayed into a soil body by using a stirring pile machine and is fully stirred, so that the curing agent and the soil body generate a series of physical and chemical reactions, and soft soil is hardened to improve the foundation strength. The conventional mixing pile sprays curing agent such as cement or cement paste while mixing, so that the curing agent is mixed with soil and then is cured into cement mixing pile under the action of the curing agent, thereby improving the soil strength of the mixing area and achieving the effects of soil retaining and water stopping.

However, since the aggregate is insufficient, the improvement of the strength of the mixing pile formed by spraying or mixing the pure cement slurry as the curing agent is limited, and in order to achieve a stronger mixing pile strength, it is necessary to add the granular aggregate to the curing agent as the skeleton of the mixing pile to further improve the strength of the mixing pile.
