In order to overcome the defects of the conventional steel slag water permeable brick in the aspects of strength, water permeability coefficient, engineering cost and the like, the invention provides a high-strength high-permeability full-aggregate steel slag water permeable brick and a preparation method thereof.

3) in the actual engineering, firstly determining the compressive strength and the water permeability coefficient of the required water permeable brick, obtaining the initial mixing ratio of the all-steel slag aggregate slag water permeable brick according to a calculation formula, and then obtaining the all-aggregate steel slag water permeable brick meeting the engineering requirements by properly adjusting the water-cement ratio or the grain diameter of coarse steel slag; for example: the compressive strength of the full-aggregate steel slag permeable brick is increased by 1MPa, the water-cement ratio of 0.0054 can be correspondingly reduced, the water permeability coefficient of the full-aggregate steel slag permeable brick is increased by 0.1mm/s, and the water-cement ratio of 0.0344 can be correspondingly increased;

4) determining the usage amount of the coarse steel slag, the cement, the water reducing agent, the acrylic resin, the water and the steel slag sand according to the steps 1) to 3), wherein the usage amount of the steel slag sand is 10% of the usage amount of the coarse steel slag.

The high-strength high-permeability full-aggregate steel slag permeable brick prepared by the invention can be used for permeable pavement structures such as urban lanes, sidewalks, squares and parking lots.
