The method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein in the driving mechanism, the SVO and the SVC are actuators for driving the valve to open and close respectively, and when the valve needs to be opened or closed, the electronic device outputs a DO signal for opening the DO-SVO or closing the DO-SVC to drive the valve to open or close; the LSO and the LSC are position switches of a valve opening position and a valve closing position respectively; when the valve is in an open state, the position switch LSO is switched on, and the valve driving mechanism outputs a valve open state signal for the electronic equipment part; when the valve is in the closed state, the position switch LSC is switched on, and the valve driving mechanism outputs a valve closed state signal for the electronic equipment component.

Background

As is known at present, when an electronic device component or a PLC/DCS device controls an on-off valve, 2 DI channels configured by the electronic device component or the PLC/DCS device detect 2 position switching signals of a gate position of the on-off valve to obtain on-off state information of the on-off valve; when the valve needs to perform over-moment fault detection, 1 or 2 DI channels are required to be added to complete over-moment fault monitoring of the switch type valve; the opening and closing operations of the on-off type valve are performed by 2 DO channels configured by the electronic device parts or the PLC/DCS device.

Thus, the electronic device components or PLC/DCS devices need to be configured with multiple DI channels and 2 DO channels to complete the monitoring of the on-off type valve.

The conventional method has the characteristic that a plurality of DI channels (2 (or 3) and the like) are required to complete the state information detection of the switch type valve. Therefore, firstly, more electronic equipment parts or DI channels of PLC/DCS equipment need to be occupied, the scale of the electronic equipment parts or the PLC/DCS equipment is larger, and the cost is higher; and secondly, the number of cable cores of the switch-type valve and the electronic equipment component or the control interface of the PLC/DCS equipment on the site is large, and the cable cost and the site construction cost are high.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a method for detecting and judging and controlling the state of a switch type valve, which aims to solve the problems in the prior art, reduce the scale of electronic equipment parts or PLC/DCS equipment, reduce the cost of control equipment and reduce the cost of control interface cables and engineering construction cost.

The solution of the invention is based on the principle that a valve position switch is always in a connected state, namely the valve is in a closed state instead of an open state, no matter whether the valve is in the open position or the closed position.

The technical solution of the invention is as follows: a method for detecting and discriminating the state of switch-type valve includes such steps as combining 2 signals of opening and closing valve position of switch-type valve to obtain 1 DI detection signal, or combining the signal of over-torque (STO) and over-torque (STC) of switch-type valve and the signals of LSO and LSC of switch-type valve to obtain 1 DI detection signal, and performing logic operation on the DI detection signal and the drive signal of DO for driving the valve to open or close by electronic device.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the drive mechanism for opening and closing the on-off valve is a pneumatically or electrically driven on-off valve actuator.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the electronic equipment component is a PLC/DCS device or a valve control device which is specially used for open-close type valve control and has logic operation capability.

According to the embodiment of the invention, in the driving mechanism, SVO and SVC are actuating elements for driving the valve to open and close respectively, when the valve needs to be opened or closed, the electronic equipment part outputs a DO signal for opening the DO-SVO or closing the DO-SVC to drive the valve to open or close; the LSO and the LSC are position switches of a valve opening position and a valve closing position respectively; when the valve is in an open state, the position switch LSO is switched on, and the valve driving mechanism outputs a valve open state signal for the electronic equipment part; when the valve is in the closed state, the position switch LSC is switched on, and the valve driving mechanism outputs a valve closed state signal for the electronic equipment component.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the valve position signal loops of the opening LSO and the closing LSC of the switch type valve are added with the opening over-torque signal STO and the closing over-torque signal STC of the switch type valve; the opening over-torque signal STO and the closing over-torque signal STC of the switch type valve and the valve position signals of the opening LSO and the closing LSC of the switch type valve are combined together into 1 DI detection signal DI-LSOC, and the DI-LSOC is connected with the electronic equipment part through a wire and cable to be used as a DI signal to enter the electronic equipment part for the electronic equipment part to judge the input DI signal of the valve state.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the connecting terminal DC-COM is a power supply terminal for providing power for collecting a valve driving signal and a valve state signal; the DO-SVO and DO-SVC terminals are DO signals output by the electronic device components, and the DO-SVO and DO-SVC are used for driving the opening and closing operations of the valves.

According to the embodiment of the invention, an opening over-torque signal STO and an closing over-torque signal STC are added to 2 opening and closing valve position signals of the switch type valve, an electronic equipment component judges the state of the valve, namely the switching state and the fault state, the opening and closing over-torque switches STO and STC of a valve actuating mechanism, a valve opening position switch LSO and a valve closing position switch LSC are connected in parallel, the signals are used as DI signals through a connecting terminal DI-LSOC and enter the electronic equipment component, and the electronic equipment component judges the person DI signals in the valve state.

The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows: the method can obviously reduce DI detection points of electronic equipment components or PLC/DCS equipment, realize the reduction of the scale of the electronic equipment components or the PLC/DCS equipment, reduce the core number of connecting cables of the low electronic equipment components or the PLC/DCS equipment and field equipment, simplify the wiring between the electronic equipment components or the PLC/DCS equipment and a field valve, and achieve the purposes of reducing cost and saving cost.
