Detailed Description

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be more easily understood by those skilled in the art, and the scope of the present invention will be more clearly and clearly defined.

The first push plate 3 includes an elongated first substrate 31, a first limiting arc strip 32 is disposed at the rear of the first substrate 31, an elongated first limiting horizontal strip 33 is disposed at the front of the first substrate 31, a first scraper 34 is disposed at the upper portion of the first limiting horizontal strip 33, a top scraper 35 is disposed at the top of the first scraper 34, the first substrate 31 is provided with a hollow spring cavity 311, the front of the spring cavity 311 is provided with a spring window 312, a return plate spring 6 is disposed in the spring cavity 311, and a spring fixing foot 61 is disposed at the front of the return plate spring 6.

The second push plate 4 comprises an elongated second base plate 41, a second limit arc strip 42 is disposed at the rear of the second base plate 41, an elongated second limit transverse strip 43 is disposed at the front of the second base plate 41, a second scraping plate 44 is disposed at the upper portion of the second limit transverse strip 43, a second limit protruding strip 45 is disposed at the front side of the second base plate 41, and the second limit protruding strip 45 is matched with the second limit opening 27.

The third pushing plate 5 includes an elongated third base plate 51, a third limiting arc strip 52 is disposed at the rear portion of the third base plate 51, an elongated third limiting cross strip 53 is disposed at the front portion of the third base plate 51, a third scraping plate 54 is disposed at the upper portion of the third limiting cross strip 53, a third limiting protruding piece 55 is disposed at the front side portion of the third base plate 51, and the third limiting protruding piece 55 is engaged with the first limiting bayonet 26.

The method of using the multi-range measuring spoon 1 will be described below, taking the weighing of flour as an example.

As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the first push plate 3, the second push plate 4, and the third push plate 5 are all in the original positions. The user scoops up the flour to be weighed using the receiving cavity 25 of the cup 22, and thus, the user must stack up the flour in the receiving cavity 25 and go beyond the opening of the receiving cavity 25.

As shown in fig. 17 and 18, the user pushes the first push plate 3 in the direction F1, so that the first push plate 3 moves forward, and the first scraper 34 and the set-top scraper 35 of the first push plate 3 push the flour rising out of the accommodating cavity 25 down, thereby obtaining the flour of accurate weight. When weighing is finished, the user loosens the first push plate 3, and the first push plate 3 is reset under the action of the reset plate spring 6.

As shown in fig. 19 to 21, the user pushes the second push plate 4 in the direction F2, the second retention tab 45 of the second push plate 4 abuts against the first retention bar 33 of the first push plate 3, and the first push plate 3 moves forward with the second push plate 4. The first scraper 34 of the first push plate 3 and the second scraper 44 of the second push plate 4 together constitute a combined scraper which pushes off the excess flour, so that the flour with accurate weight is obtained. When the weighing is finished, the user loosens the first push plate 3, and the first push plate 3 and the second push plate 4 are reset under the action of the reset plate spring 6.

As shown in fig. 22 to 24, the user pushes the third push plate 5 in the direction F3, the third retention tab 55 of the third push plate 5 abuts the second retention bar 43 of the second push plate 4, and the second push plate 4 moves forward with the third push plate 5. Then, the second restricting tab 45 of the second push plate 4 abuts against the first restricting bar 33 of the first push plate 3, and then the first push plate 3 moves forward again with the second push plate 4. Finally, the first scraper 34, the top scraper 35, the second scraper 44 and the third scraper 54 together constitute a combined scraper which pushes off the excess flour, so that the flour with accurate weight is obtained. When weighing is finished, the user loosens the first push plate 3, and the first push plate 3, the second push plate 4 and the third push plate 5 are reset under the action of the reset plate spring 6.

Of course, the number of the push plates in the multi-range measuring spoon is not limited to three, and can be multiple, and the more the push plates are, the more the measuring spoon range can be selected by a user.

As shown in fig. 27, a second embodiment of the multi-range measuring spoon according to the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that one cup 22 is provided at each end of the handle 21. Thus, in this embodiment, the user can have 6 push plates and 6 corresponding spans.
