Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of ocean engineering equipment, and particularly relates to a device for detecting stress of a net piece and a purse seine using the device.

Background

The widespread use of advanced technologies and the over-utilization of marine resources by people has led to the rapid depletion of offshore marine fishery resources, and shallow sea farming has been vigorously developed in recent years. In shallow sea culture, purse net culture or deep water cage culture is commonly used, under the condition of heavy stormy waves, the purse net or the cage is difficult to resist or certain impact occurs to cause damage of netting/the cage, and the damage of the netting cannot be found in time, so that a great amount of fish escapes to cause huge loss. Therefore, the safety problem of the netting is one of the key problems to be solved in shallow sea culture. The following measures are commonly adopted for monitoring the damage of the netting abroad: 1, an underwater camera which can rotate by 360 degrees and can ascend and descend is arranged in the center of the net cage to scan the netting, but the method cannot be used in muddy water environment. 2. The underwater robot with the camera crawls along the netting to transfer the surface condition of the netting to the water surface monitoring room, and the underwater robot can be used for muddy water. However, the crawling speed of the robot is slow, and the robot and the netting may be wound to damage the netting. 3. In the sonar mode, when the netting is damaged and fish escapes, sound wave reflection images in the internal area and the external area of the net cage are obviously changed, and the defect that the damaged part cannot be determined is overcome. The common disadvantages of the above 3 methods are: the system has high energy consumption, needs personnel to monitor and has high development, operation and maintenance costs.

Disclosure of Invention

One of the purposes of the invention is to provide a device for detecting the stress of a net piece, which can monitor the stress of a net under different water quality conditions, reduce the risk of breaking the net, find out the damage of the net in time and reduce the economic loss.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for realizing the purpose is as follows: a device for detecting mesh strain, comprising: a first component which is used for connecting the first component,

the first components are arranged on the net piece in a horizontal straight line and are connected through a tensioning adjusting rope;

the first assembly includes: the data wire of the first pressure sensor is wound in a mesh woven rope of the mesh and is connected with a first signal transceiver, and the first signal transceiver is arranged on a buoyant element with buoyancy;

the first signal receiving and transmitting device is in wireless connection with a second signal receiving and transmitting device arranged on a land base, and the second signal receiving and transmitting device is connected with an industrial personal computer. And a signal amplifier and a filter are also arranged between the second signal receiving and transmitting device and the industrial personal computer and are used for amplifying and filtering the received signals so as to improve the accuracy of the monitoring data.

According to the invention, the first component and the sensor are arranged on the net piece, so that the stress of the purse net in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction can be monitored, the multi-direction stress condition of the purse net is monitored, the deformation of the netting can be controlled by tensioning the adjusting rope in the using process, the bearing strength of the water resistance of the netting is improved, and the effective culture volume of a culture purse net area or a culture net box is kept.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the third assembly comprises two limiting plates which are respectively arranged on two sides of the mesh and clamped with the mesh, one side of each limiting plate is provided with a supporting side plate parallel to the horizontal plane, the supporting side plates of the third assemblies are positioned on the same side, the springs are respectively connected with the supporting side plates on the upper end and the lower end of each third assembly, and the supporting side plates are provided with two through holes. The third component is connected with the mesh pieces with different horizontal heights up and down, under the connection of the springs, the length of the tensioning adjusting rope can be stretched or shrunk to control the shrinkage of the springs in the deformation process of the mesh, and then the control of the distance between the two third components is realized, and the resistance to wind waves is facilitated.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the tensioning adjusting rope sequentially penetrates through the through holes on the supporting side plates of the first assemblies; the tensioning adjusting rope can control the deformation of the netting in the using process, the bearing strength of the netting by water resistance is improved, and the effective culture volume of a culture purse net area or a culture net cage is kept.

In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention,

two ends of the tensioning adjusting rope respectively penetrate through the through holes upwards from the bottom surface of the supporting side plate with low horizontal height in the first assembly and upwards penetrate through the through holes in the supporting side plate with high horizontal height along the inner ring of the spring, and two ends of the tensioning adjusting rope are respectively connected with the tensioning adjusting rope corresponding to the first assembly with the same horizontal height;

the tensioning adjusting rope head penetrates through a through hole in the supporting side plate with the high first assembly level, penetrates through a through hole in the supporting side plate with the low first assembly level downwards along the spring inner ring, penetrates through the other through hole in the supporting side plate with the high first assembly level upwards along the spring inner ring, and sequentially penetrates through the first assemblies on the same horizontal plane by repeating the operations.

Specifically, the tensioning adjusting rope is connected with each first component in a penetrating manner, when the netting is impacted by water flow, the netting generates deformation, a pressure sensor on the first component is pressed to measure the stress data of the netting, meanwhile, the tensioning adjusting rope stretches along with the deformation of the netting in the deformation process, the tensioning adjusting rope has upward pulling force to a supporting side plate below a pull spring in the stretching process to enable the supporting side plate to move upwards, the spring compresses, the length of the tensioning adjusting rope between the two first components is prolonged and stretches along with the deformation of the netting, the existence of the spring between the two supporting side plates at the upper end and the lower end limits the distance range of the two supporting side plates to control the stretched length of the tensioning adjusting rope so as to control the deformation of the netting, the distance contraction of the netting at different levels is driven to improve the wind wave resistance of the netting, certainly, the tensioning adjusting rope can be contracted under the counter-acting force of the spring, and the spring has lower thrust to the supporting side plate below, the distance between the two supporting side plates is promoted to be enlarged, the tensioning adjusting rope is contracted, the length of the tensioning adjusting rope between the two first components is reduced, and the deformation of the netting is controlled.

Because above-mentioned first subassembly includes two third subassemblies, the tensioning is adjusted rope length and is realized reducing and expanding of different level third subassembly intervals from top to bottom through tensile or shrink to the in-process of netting deformation control, and this process drives the contraction of different level's netting interval and expands, does benefit to the separation from of adnexed marine organism on the netting, has certain cleaning performance to the netting.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the limiting plate clamping fitting surfaces are respectively provided with crossed limiting grooves corresponding in position for clamping and limiting the net ropes on the net piece.

The two limiting plates are connected through the limiting assembly, an adjustable gap is formed between the two limiting plates, a second pressure sensor is arranged on the clamping matching surface of the limiting plate, and the second pressure sensor is wound in the mesh woven mesh rope of the mesh and connected with the first signal receiving and transmitting device. The adjustable gap is smaller than the overlapping thickness of the two mesh weaving ropes. The limiting plates extrude the second pressure sensor under the action of ocean current or object impact, the stress data of the mesh is acquired in the mode, and the installation control of the second pressure sensor is provided under the condition of guaranteeing clamping of the mesh by setting a proper gap between the two limiting plates.

The invention also aims to provide a purse net with a device for detecting the stress of a net piece, which can realize real-time monitoring of the stress and damage of the net, effectively reduce the influence of wind on the net and improve the escape-proof function of the net.

According to one embodiment of the invention, metal wires are woven in the weaving ropes of the mesh sheet, the surfaces of the metal wires are provided with insulating protective sleeves, one end parts of the metal wires are sealed by sealant, the other end parts of the metal wires are connected with a first signal transceiver, and the first signal transceiver is also connected with electrodes arranged in water.
